Massive luxury hotel and conference center. Went there for a conference, had great facilities including a Starbucks inside the hotel, plus a number of decent restaurants.

The zulu brunch was held at this hotel!!! They chose the best place to have this event!!! We had a fabulous time!!!
This hotel is so so. Too many twists and turns to find elevators to guest rooms. The shower curtain was so short the bathroom floor flooded. I wouldn't choose this hotel for future stays.
Great hotel, so many places to eat, aesthetically pleasing!
Nice hotel with lots of options all be it a little pricey.
beautiful but very confusing at how to get around the hotel and to find a guest hotel room, it's impossible!!! The ac in the rooms was the absolute loudest I have ever heard. After a hot and heavy session the air conditioner is a must!
Hotel is very nice and in a perfect spot in downtown Nola especially for events at the Superdome
I was here to speak at a conference. Excellent accommodations. Great meeting rooms.
This has got to be the absolute WORST hotel I've EVER had the horror of staying at!! I was in town for Mechacon 2318 event and so much went wrong. First I arrived and checked in I asked to have the 2 for $25 added to my bill so we could wake up and go eat right away. . .BIG mistake! They double charged me with a double hold on my card which took about $500 which left me with next to nothing for the con, I understand the hold but a double hold was ridiculous for just a one night stay that was less than $200. . . And it was on a Saturday so banks were already closed and not open till monday so I had no solution to my issue and when I asked why they had a double hold they told me just to call my bank and cancel the payment even though they were closed. . .to add insult to injury even though I reserved a room months in advanced they didn't have the double queens I asked for since we have 3 adults so they offered us a king sized bed and to have a twin sized tiny bed for the 3rd person to sleep on. ..I felt so bad and they didn't even bring pillows or even a decent blanket they gave her some sort of towel blanket!? Of course I gave her some of the pillows off of the king bed but we didn't have much blankets either! I called the front desk to ask what time the breakfast 2 for $25 ends and they said 12 which was a lie as well it ended at 11 so we missed it when we got there they were already picking up at 11. . .I even called the next morning JUST TO MAKE SURE!! Also during the first call asking about the buffet I wanted room service only to find out they have a policy on room service on how much you have to spend to get it delivered to the room. They also have a weird elevator system that made the con a horrible experience changing costumes and such or taking a break up in my room we had to sometimes wait 20 minutes just for an elevator to come down and one even broke during that same day too!! Making the lines longer! I would have used the stairs but who is going to walk up 26 flights of stairs? Now when I checked out of the hotel one of the holds on my money was released and my funds were back except for an almost $300 hold which the hotel lied and said would be back in my account within 24 hours which was not and had to call my bank monday just to get my money back!! All the hoops I had to jump through just wasn't worth the stay and they don't even have a deal on parking which was $30 for over night parking! And when we asked for a bellhop they said it would take 30 + minutes for them to get to our room within that time frame we all 3 just said screw it and carried it all ourselves in the heat and the bellhop never even came up!! What the heck!!?? WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN CONVENTION OR NOT!!!
It's amazing inside. I love it. And the rooms are so spacious.
Just came for drinks with friends who live locally while I was visiting. Great drinks, fun atmosphere and the staff was wonderfully attentive. Appetizers were very tasty.
Very nice rooms and next to the Superdome and French Quarter close by.
Nice staff. Elegant hotel and great restaurants will definitely stay here again when we're in town.
Great location for our convention but so far food is just ok. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
The staff are helpful. The hotel is very nice but the balconies could use a rinse and housekeeping could do a better job
Very nice place... enjoyed the upscaled feeling of the hotel.
Huge, classy super close to super dime. 15 min walk to quarter
Had a reservation at the Hyatt for the Bayou Country Superfest. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel left a bit to be desired. The room was hot when we got in, called maintenance, the guy pulled out two filthy filters from the A/C and rinsed them off in the bathroom. Told us to call if that didn't work. There was a used tampon on the balcony, and the tub didn't drain. By the time all three of us took a shower, the tub was filled to the brim. When we returned from the concert at 12:30, starving, we called the 24/7 room service, held for about 45 minutes, only to find out (after my husband went down to scrounge up some food), that they were too busy and had closed the restaurants. That would have been nice to leave that message on the phone. Bed was comfortable, but the room was not worth the money.
The elevators are not very efficient but the hotel is still very nice.
Great hotel, only downside was the water temperature on the 26th floor (where we stayed), one day cold water was warm, other days the other way around. But great location, friendly staff and very clean!
The service was impeccable! The room was lovely. I would definitely stay again.
Great venue, great bar food, I really enjoyed my visit.
Lovely, a mini town inside. Starbucks, gift shop, fedex, great bar and restaurants.
I was only there for so I can come up with the concierge was nice.
I will never book here again the pool food was horrible they charge a 250 dollar deposit and lied and said we smoke in a room and kept it never again
Very spacious rooms, and great location, Hopon-Hopoff is right outside the door, great way to explore this beautiful city.
Nice hotel in the business district, mainly for meetings and to be close to the Superdome. Gym on the 32 floor is also very nice.
The elevators, escalators and stairs are confusing. The rooms are nice.
Very clean. Nice size rooms. Great bars and restaurants inside. Price is higher, but worth it.
High tech hotel. The dining is amazing and a Starbucks on the 2nd floor. We would definitely stay again.
Staff was friendly, rooms were nice, liked the stay
valet damaged a wheel on my BMW and the management refused to take responsibility. They lost a customer for life.
Excellent. Great room, dining options and conference center. Slightly strange layout, but we got used to it.
I lost my AirPods Pro last weekend (check in Dec 14 and check out 15) to the hotel room #1234. After returning to home, I realized the AirPods Pro was accidentally left in the room. I tracked the "find my AirPods" in the account and clearly showing it is in the hotel. Upon calling the hotel lost and found, No one turns in. It is sad for such a large hotel the security team was not top-notch.
Unfortunately I can't give this hotel a great rating. The elevator set up is unnecessarily complicated. It takes almost 20 minutes to get to the lobby from the rooms. The Chromecast amenity never worked and the wifi was constantly down. The pool was nice, gym and everything was clean.
Place is a little confusing. Pretty cool place to have an anime convention though.
Impeccable service! The staff are all extremely nice and courteous. The rooms are amazing too.
The front desk manager Bobby has an extremely horrible attitude and attempted to accuse me of lying about a family health issue that transpired at the hotel. It ruined the experience-especially with my entire family being frequent patrons of the hotel.
Amazing staff greeted me before entry, spacious rooms. Great views of the city. Excellent conference rooms.
Convenient location, not right in the French Quarter so quiet at night. Close enough to all the attractions. Great service. Real solid. On the streetcar line, 5 minute walk to French Quarter. Very dramatic lobby and atrium. Good buffet, great staff.
A/C wouldn't cool room. Tiny bathroom. Carpet needs replacing.
I stayed at this hotel Memorial Day weekend with a few of my classmates for our 15 year reunion. Our entire stay was more than awesome!! Everyone was so nice & helpful! Valet was great! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh yeah shuttles were readily available outside! Thumbs up from me & my crew Class of 2001!! (Alabama Bred)
Wonderful place, everything you could need is located in the hotel. The room was great and had everything you would need. Only pitfall was the cost, parking alone was $180.00 for 4 nights. Ouch.
Hotel is extremely nice. Staff are very friendly. Elevators take a bit to figure out.
Wonderful hotel, everything you need is inside the walls of the hotel. Well kept, clean, organized, key system do the door and elevators is a bit annoying. Easy to get lost. Signage could be improved a bit. Prices are very higher for buffet.
Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Just wish the rooms had safes.
Ball room was amazing but the service kinda sucked people dropping plates left and right drinks were over priced all in all not to bad but not great
HUGE hotel in an excellent location with fast internet and an in-room fridge. My particular room was on the small side, but modern and very comfortable. The TV was internet enabled via chrome cast.
I was here for a conference and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay and there was nothing to distract me from the conference...everything just worked.
Loved the high-tech elevators and the helpful pre-trip emails from the hotel.
