Beautiful hotel, wonderful food and drinks. The pool area is a little loud due to something that sounds like air conditioning units running. Super convenient to the trolly line and Mercedes Superdome and Smoothie King Center. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would love to stay again.

Great hotel for conferences. The hotel looked recently remodeled. Super clean and nice. The gift shops were extremely over-priced, but it makes sense. I also had a cleaning lady walk in on me but she apologized. All in all, good experience. Staff was great and extremely helpful.

Upscale hotel with nice amenities! Friendly staff and food was top notch! Elevators take a little getting used to (you will understand when you get there) and drinks were a tad bit pricey ($11 for a beer). Room was great, but a little on the small side, but big enough for me, since I was alone.

This is absolutely a first class Hotel, the views from the rooms are spectacular. On your way up the garden elevators give a unique look out into the hotel. Everything from sports bar to excellent restraint this Hotel has it all. Enjoy New Orleans and rest comfortable.

My wife and I were headed to a concert at Champions Square and decided to stay the night. Being right next to the venue it was a perfect location. I am not sure what the original room price was but I wanted to upgrade for something special. I talked to the woman at checkin and she suggested one of the suites. It was 350 a night and I usually just need a place to lay my head but I figured, why not. So we head up to the 25th floor, I believe and the hotel looks great. Head into the room, the view is great.walk around and this is why I gave it 1 star.. 350 a night you'd figure something nice. The bed sat against the wall looking at the back of a tv for the sitting area, wires and all. Nothing nicely routed etc. There is another strangely placed tv on the wall that there is no use for. It a bit like they changed the furniture layout without thinking about it. Broken plates on the plugs in the wall. So ok that's fine I guess I'll take a shower in a nice walk in. Nope, its an tub shower in what resembles a second bath in a house. I was a bit grumpy. Go to sleep, wake up to make coffee because they are nice enough to have a Keurig. Only tea and decaf..
350 a night!? I was very dissapointed... I only wish I knew how to attach pictures on here. It was a bit like everything in the room was from the 90's..

Hotel was amazing. The staff was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. The room was clean. The restaurants weren't very busy so we tried them for the first time. Usually we are Leary to eat in hotel restaurants, but we where amazed. The food was of the local taste and very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel especially for Hyatt Passport members. Nice breakfast in the mornings.

This hotel was great, it had a very nice setup! Located walking distance from entertainment and restaurants. There are two restaurants located in the hotel itself. One thing about the location is the elevators lol they give a grand view of the areas surrounding the hotel.

The staff is prompt and accommodating. The room setup is a bit odd. The flow of the room is a little clunky usually when we stay at hotels there's a flow to the room. With this room on the 11th floor it doesn't have a lot of mirrors, it's a little tight and I found the setup is a little inconvenient. There's a design flaw with the shower and sink being that water tends to get everywhere. Other than that everything was just as expected. The entrance and lobby is grand and spacious. The room was clean, turndown service was excellent, room service was great, all in all I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were big and beautiful. they have coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the rooms there are lots of TV channels that you can surf on. I had a very comfortable night in the Hotel. 3-stars because all the hotels I have ever been to serve free breakfast. this hotel does not do that. breakfast is not free for guests that are lodged in the hotel, you will have to pay. Apart from this they deserve a 5-star rating.

A great hotel. Great lobby and mezzanine level (you will need to take an escalator to the floor to get to the guest rooms elevators. They have a real cool tablet for you to enter your floor and the tablet informs you which elevator to take. Large room with all amenities - including mini fridge and safe

Great location and service from the staff. Great hotel for conference. Concierge desk really helpful and knowledgeable. Parking valet only and pricey at 40 dollars a day. Best to ride share from and to the hotel.

If you have to park a car go to the Platinum parking stucture at 1301 Girod. The Parking Garage connects directly to the hotel at level 2. $25 a day.

It is a nice hotel with good food but expensive, as hotel food usually is. I thought the roms were clean until I jumped in the shower and seen mold all across the bottom of the shower curtain liner, I jumped out and left called and they replaced the liner. So check your shower liners!
