Went to the Hyatt Regency for my Bestfriend's wedding. It was top of the line, elegant, romantic, and 1 of the best yet.

Loved it. Phenomenal service, a bit pricey but hey its a hyatt!
Balcony room with great view of the stadium and downtown. Gorgeous hotel with a happening bar and restaurants.
I cannot remember staying anywhere with such a high standard of service! If you asked for anything, you got it right away! Our company held a conference here, everything with excellent. Kudos to the staff! I would love to come back again definitely!
Beautiful hotel but rooms are small and air conditioning didn't work well, room never cooled down. Shower curtain was too short, so bathroom floor was flooded with water after a shower.
Great hotel, clean, staff were amazing! We had a huge room with a nice view! Starbucks inside hotel. Love that they are using refillable bottle in bathroom to be environmentally friendly.
Wonderful hotel! Top notch staff and experience. Highly recommend
Loved the atmosphere of this place. This was my second stay here and both have been great. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel itself is has bars and restaurants. There are little areas throughout the building where you can just sit and relax. They even have live band performances. Going to try to stay here every time I have to visit New Orleans.
Extremely amazing hotel, great location, amazing staff, lots of amenities
Room was a tad bit small but that's my only complaint. Service was excellent and everything was beautiful and we kept
Very nice hotel!! Staff was awesome!!! Just an all around great experience!!
Great service and very accessible, but holy cow! The architect who designed it needs a refresher course!
Must try food in Vitascope hall must try sandwiches, sushi.
Great environments, conference rooms and great organization!
The best conference center experience ever. Good food, competent staff, great location...
Venue is wonderful, clean and well air conditioned. Bar and restaurant staff, however, could have better customer service skills.
We stayed here for our honeymoon in 2016 and had a wonderful experience. Since then, we have gone back a couple times just for the food! The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room had an amazing view of the Super Dome. Pizza Consengna and the Vitascope Lounge both have out of this world food. We highly recommend the crawfish/shrimp basket!
Beautiful property, great food and service. Very nice room.
Good rooms, good location with easy streetcar access, quite a hike from lobby to guest rooms
Probably my favorite hotel in NOLA. Stay here for anything related to two stadiums literally right next to it. Best place for basketball, football games, or concerts. Just a few short blocks to walk right into the quarter as well. Warning: you need to pay attention to how the elevators work, or you'll wind up frustrated quickly.
It's big, it's beautiful! But during my stay a fire alarm went of and we were told to evacuate at 1am.
Nicely renovated. Very large hotel-very confusing to navigate at first. Elevators are a hassle especially if a large banquet group is trying to use the elevators at once. Suppose one could use the stairs but being on the 25th floor this was not an option. Luckily the bar is close by and you can sit and drink until crowds subside.
Rooms were good, we enjoyed our king bed and decent pillows. Thermostat was not working correctly, and calls were put in multiple times to have it looked at which were promptly resolved but it still was hard to regulate temp to a comfortable status for us not used to air conditioning.
Everything was great but the elevators were a nightmare. Took the stairs more than the elevator because the technology is so complicated. Can't go to any floor but your own, so we couldn't get to our friends floor without taking their key or the stairs
Great place.
Parking sucks.
The rooms are always clean and very comfortable beds. Stay here every year for a conference. Great location and within walking distance of many restaurants.
I ate dinner at Borgne in the Hyatt and it was delicious. Each course was excellent. The service was very quick. The servers were very friendly. It was a beautiful restaurant as well. The bathrooms were immaculately clean. The whole experience was great. I would recommend Borgne highly. I only got a peek at the hotel, but it seemed to be incredibly nice as well.
The Hyatt Recency in New Orleans is nice, but nothing to rave about. The rooms are nice and clean, but very small. This is my first time in a Hyatt hotel - it seems as though Hyatt isn't quite as concerned about your comfort as a Hilton or Marriot property.
Nice sized room. Great conference rooms. Elevators are really slow, but that's not a big deal unless you're in a hurry to use the restroom in your room. Friendly staff too. Overall a good stay!
This place is located in the heart of the City of New Orleans when planning a weekend of special celebration & entertainment!
Hotel is luxurious and has numerous amenities to offer during your stay
This hotel was extremely efficient, despite the large groups of people checking in and out of the hotel. The rooms are spotless, and the staff is extremely nice. The view from our room was also gorgeous. We will definitely be coming back again.
The hotel was really nice. My room was decent sized and had a nice view at night. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My only complaint is that our alarm clock was broken when we arrived and after multiple calls, it was never replaced.
Parked at the Hyatt parking garage. Wonderful and friendly staff. Was an ease to get out of during a very busy football game
The staff is amazing and courteous, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and the waiting staff in itself deserves 5 stars
The atmosphere was exquisite. The event in which I attended was well organized and attended. I will definitely return anytime for an event and or ladies night as well as date night with my husband.
The lobby was very spacious. The food provided to our party was tasty.
Very modern! The staff are all super friendly and interior design on point. Great location! This is what a Hyatt is supposed to be like.
Front desk and valet employees were great. Bathroom was ENTIRELY TOO SMALL, mini-fridge in room DOES NOT COOL anything, we had several family members (about 10 families in 10 different rooms on 5 different floors) who all complained about small bathrooms, and fridge not cooling or working in room. Very hectic and crowded hotel but the staff was very pleasant, pool was great and valet was awesome.
So much more than just a hotel, there's Starbucks and other businesses inside. There's also a reception room/ conference room available for events!
Very pricey, messed up my billing, took 3 months to get it back.
Great location and prices. Starbucks located inside.
At the bar, I get the most delicious margarita, it was made by Ivonna Ristovic
Great conference location with Starbucks on site. The Smart elevators take some getting use to for the novice.
The best hotel I was at in New Orleans. This placed rocked and the rooms and service was awesome
Nice place if not a bit large & spread out. One escalator NEVER worked and that wasn't helpful but good staff & really well kept property.
Nice location, hotel restaurants were great, dave and busters next door
Very clean and easily accessible to downtown New Orleans. I had to visit vital records to get birth certificates. Parking at the Hyatt was resonable. Thank you.
Old confusing hotel layout and very overpriced for what you get. Beds and pillows were very very uncomfortable. The hotel pool was gross with algae and the bar was understaffed with only one person working. Sometimes took over 20 mins just to get a single beer.
I didn't know a hotel this size could run out of water and breakfast food, but this one did. Rooms were overpriced for what ammeneties we received. Sheets didn't quite fit the bed. Valet was overpriced and required. Great location though, within walking distance to the Superdome and the French Quarter. And the non-breakfast staff was friendly.
Rooms are beautiful, clean, smell amazing, and are close to all the night life entertainment! Nicely decorated and pool is also fun.....
Very nice hotel. I love the amenities and the location of this place. I will definitely stay here when in New Orleans.
I know the building used to be a mall but the layout is ridiculous and confusing.
Nice hotel. Confusing to get around. Rooms are ok but not memorable
Great rooms, friendly staff, & good eating options. Hotel is close enough to walk to French quarter but far enough to get away from the noise.
Nice hotel. Very nice. Very clean. Very big. Easy to get lost. I had a hard time locating the parking garage after not using my car for 4 days.
It was not easy with our juniors neighbors but they move our room to a quiet one. Well done
Very nice hotel, clean and lots of activity. Check in and out was relatively easy.
The hotel was very clean although the layout of the property was confusing. We were there with a group that was attending a dance camp, it was as if the hotel really did not care about our needs. It seemed like the hotel catered to the business crowd.
Extremely professional staff and service...parking Valet could improve during peak time but overall experience was superb
