Good facilities. Take 15 mins to the French disteict.

Room design was a little dated. But, clean, comfortable and spacious. Proximate to Pontchartrain Casino. I'd stay again.

The location was convenient to a lot of restaurants, the rooms were great, and the staff was accommodating.

Went to Pride prom and had the best time 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The restaurants in the hotel are Great,but you are in a great part of town if you want to go out.

Navigating through the hotel is kind of annoying, but the hotel is absolutely beautiful and has everything you may need if you just wanted to stay in. Super comfortable, excellent service and very accommodating staff.

The 8th floor of the North wing was a bit noisey but the staff was great and was able to move my room to a more quiet location. So attentive to the guests, helpful and a very clean and comfortable.

Nice modern hotel. Great views in all directions. Comfortable rooms and a great place to start your New Orleans adventure.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This is a hotel built for groups yet when our group showed up they herded us into a ballroom for FIVE HOURS because they were behind on getting rooms together. The hotel staff lied to us repeatedly about when rooms would be ready and were extremely rude about the whole process. I would HIGHLY advise against staying here especially if you are a group. This is the worst experience I've ever had with hotel service.

Super friendly with very clean rooms. Out view of the city scape was amazing. Lots to do in the immediate area, including a Dave and Buster s on on the corner.

We came in during peak rush hour traffic in New Orleans and still managed to valet and checkin quickly. Highly recommended.

Front desk help was wonderful, but the service ended there. Really need to improve the attention to detail in the cleanliness of rooms and service in the restaurants.

Helpful, friendly clean. All I could have asked for. Good access to the rest of the city. The front door staff know their jobs.

In the same parking lot as the superdome where the saints play as well as the stadium that is home to the pelicans. 10 to 15 minute walk to the French quarter and bourbon street. Spacious room that are quiet and comfortable. Great beds. The hotel itself is beautiful with great dining and drinking options as well as its of convention space.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Their elevator system can be inconvenient however. Just a heads up.

Very clean, friendly staff. I think that it should be an elevator closer to front of the hotel that leads to the rooms for people who are handicapped

Staying at the hotel for a convention, absolutely beautiful hotel. It's a little like a maze but overall it's wonderful.

I came here for a conference and this was just a great hotel. I have never been in any structure before with so much empty space. The entire center of the building is air, it almost feels like you are outdoors. There are tons of ballrooms. The Starbucks inside was very convenient.

Good service, nice selection of sights and restaurants in the area, all of which are accessible by streetcar or by walking. Rooms are nice but the air conditioning is not that great.

Was a great hotel. Could use some better signage as far as getting around but the rooms were great and the hotel staff pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want to leave. I had a great room with a great view and I was very impressed with the hotel in general. I hope to stay here again in the future.

The hotel was nice, but valet was ridiculous. They wanted $50 to valet my truck and the lighted/gated lot adjacent to the hotel was only $20. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. WiFi was buggy.

This place in downtown. Security young men does not know exactly where to go to truck. Very bad experience of loading in this place! Truck drivers have to load by themselfs! Are you kidding me? Workers in loading dock are lazy and unhelpfull people!

Ok but not great. The staff needs to go on vacation here and experience the overwhelming mediocrity of the service. Noisy rooms next to the parking lot, wind noise from the building all day and night. Sprawled out floor plan is unfriendly for handicapped person.

Very luxurious at an affordable price. The high tech elevators are annoying.

The building is so unique and the staff keep it looking brand new. The staff is always extremely friendly as well

I gave them a 8/10 on their review because the coffee pot was dying and included that in the comments. They sent up a new coffee pot on 10 minutes. 5 out of 5 here.

I stayed in the SouthTower, Room 1828.

Great location, close to restaurants, a grocery store and a quick Uber ride to the French Quarter & Bourbon Street. The rooms are standard, there's no microwave and the bottled water in the fridge is $4 each. They do charge a per day incident fee which is returned after you check out. I saw some reviews where people weren't charged the fee and some were.

There's a Starbucks, convenience store and two restaurants within the hotel. They always have water in the lobby, so fill up there.

A post office is a block away...really convenient when shipping stuff home.

Excellent location near the Superdome and a 15 min. walk to the French Quarter. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly.

Rooms were good. Standard room was comfy, but bathroom was small. Housekeeping missed servicing my room one day, it wasn't done until I called in late afternoon. 8Block has good food and service.

It's beautiful in there my brother wedding pictures were marvelous because of the scenery of the hotel

Despite Covid-19, we loved our stay at Hyatt Regency New Orleans! We did find our bathroom a little smaller than we hoped, but that was nothing compared to a clean room, a wonderful bed and quietness that helped us sleep through the night after touring the French Quarter. But what made it even better was the constant cleaning I saw taking place throughout the hotel. Kudos to all those who made us feel extra safe! We'll be back for sure!!
