This was absolutely the worst stay u have ever had at the Hyatt Downtown. The staff (frint desk) was very un helpful. I used the phobe in my room 4 times over 2 days to call the front desk and they never answered. The air-conditioning in the room did not cool and the housekeeping staff did not clean the room.
I understand that Covid-19 does have an impact on some services but if your establishment is open and charging regular rates to it's guest they should offer at the least housekeeping every day. Motel six does.
Again this was my worst stay ever at a Hyatt Hotel. Me nor my family will stay there again.

Nice hotel overall... However we were given a small, sub-par room, for what my wife and I spent, while our friends traveling with us had a room that was double the size for the same price.

Rooms were very compact. Nothing was impressive. I've stayed in better hotels for less. However, the location cannot be beat and the staff and cleanliness were great. I'd give it more stars, but the price doesn't match the value of comfort.

Best mini vacation ever thank you Hyatt i had the most wonderful time. Starbucks on 2nd floor, rooftop gym with amazing view of the city and the pool glows purple at night! They also have room service, a little on the pricey side but good selections.

Awesome stay. Lovely decor of the lobby, conf room floor, and room. The Regency Club is a must for any stay. Staff were super polite and helpful. Personalized elevator system is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was super nice and super helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. Plenty of outlets and charging ports. Mini fridge. Locking safe. Iron and ironing board. My room had nice tiled walk in shower but my co-worker had an older tub. Walking distance to the French Quarter, without walking through any areas that seem safety compromised.

The elevators are...challenging.

I was there for a conference. Meeting spaces were nice, and my room had everything I needed. WiFi was sometimes a bit spotty and the hotel-to-conference-space route was a bit of a maze. Otherwise, no complaints

Do not stay here! The worse hotel ever! Most unprofessional staff!!!!! I had to file a police report on their front desk staff or whatever he thought he was. They are so lucky I did not sue them once their staff actually put their hands on me and technically held me against my will which is called kidnapping in a civil lawsuit.

I should have sued them soooo bad however all I can do is WARN you NOT to stay here and go to the numerous other better hotels in the area.

Once again you have been tod not to stay in this hotel! For your own safety just go to a better hotel. Esepcially now after COVID and the unsantiary city of New Orleans, the last thing you want to do is step foot in one of their hotels again!

My husband checked in and was told we don't have a King room available(which is what was confirmed with his reservation) will you accept a queen and a reduction in price. Yes, no problem. Well he gets up to the room and it is 2 single beds pushed together to make a queen, no microwave or refrigerator, both of which had been requested and promised when making the reservation. He says this is unacceptable, they say too bad that's what you get. Well this is the last time we will be staying at a a Hyatt. Antithesis of customer service.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have been to while in New Orleans. The restaurants inside are top notch and the breakfast quality and options were very impressive. The Beautiful hotel is in a great part of town and is a short walk away from the Smoothie King Center and the Mercedes Benz Superdome. I would definitely come here again.

This is a real great hotel. It is huge and amazing. I visited it for a three days conference and the experience was fantastic. The service is excellent, the staff so courteous, the facilities very well maintained, nice and modern decoration. It is not a cheap option but you get a great experience for the price. For companies or organizations that are planning to offer conferences or training, this is a great place. It is close to the French Quarter and many of the New Orleans famous attractions.

Location is right next to the Superdome. My room faced it. I was surprised at how nice it was for the price, though I got a discount through my work. I didn't eat or drink there because, well, I was in New Orleans. Room was very nice though.

Hotel was an amazing location for the BLC convention. Staff was great and accommodating. Valet is pricey but great service there and with the bellmen. Rooms are even cleaned late which was nice to come back to. Would love to come back.

Location is very nice for our inteded purpose. We were going to Loyola's graduation. The breakfast was nice, very tasty, but not complimentary. Bathrooms are very nice, and the room service is effective.

Good
