A fantastic hotel right on the golf course away from the Monterey hot spots but just a short drive away. After my first stay, it's now one of my favorite places to stay in Monterey. The rooms are clean, quiet, and up to date. Service is very good. Parking is ample with valet as an option. Couple of EV chargers available including a Tesla destination charger. Very nice pool and hot tub, along with outdoor games like ping pong, shuffleboard, bean bag toss, and connect 4. There's a nice firepit under a gazebo where you can roast s'mores! Beautiful view of the golf course from some of the rooms and lounge patio where you get a front row seat watching the golfers. The golf course is a Pebble Beach golf course that's separate from the hotel, so you cannot get on the course to walk around, you have to book a tee time! Some guests don't understand this for some reason. Good restaurant options with the Knuckles sports bar and restaurant highly recommended as it is very lively with good beverage options, lots of TVs, and friendly service.

Visited while attending a business conference and was very impressed with the facilities and the wide array of services offered. Everything was very professional and operated efficiently and allowed attendees to enjoy a great conference.

Nice rooms. Getting to the room was a bit confusing and annoying. The bathroom doesn't have a lock and the shower doesn't have a door so you can clearly see yourself in the mirror while you shower.

Nice hotel. The rooms are good and service was great. The hotel is spread out into 3 or 4 buildings which can require a bit too much walking for people with leg or knee issues, but they will offer to drive you to and from your building in one of their golf carts if you don't mind waiting a bit. Breakfast was an ok buffet, but was lacking in fruit varieties. There's a golf course right behind it, so it would be perfect for a golf enthusiast.

Room was nice but right on the parking lot. Front desk agent was very kind and offered amenities for our baby. Room above very loud all night and hard to sleep. Billing was wrong and agent unhelpful, phone rang for several minutes unanswered

Beds are comfortable, the restaurant was also good. Parking was bad. They were having an auction next door and attendees were parking in Hyatt's parking lot, taking up the parking spots! Hotel should have monitored that.

Management at this Hyatt needs to be replaced and all it's workers retrained. We booked in advance for our visit from the East Coast for our visit to CA .

I called two days in advance to check the room was the one we booked and it was confirmed over the phone. Upon check in the room was not available that we wanted and we were placed in a substandard room facing a parking lot.
Of course they had no record of my prior call and no room was ready before the 4 pm check in time . It's now 3.50 and I am still sitting in the lobby waiting for a room. Let's hope this isn't the tone for our 3 day visit to Monterey their are so many other choices of hotels I suggest you look into others in the area .

Solid hotel. Quiet and well maintained. Bar could have an improved wine list though for such a high end establishment - especially as fine dining options are closed Sundays. Only a 1.3 mile walk to town and a nice walk after you leave the dangerous entrance to the hotel.

The service was very good here and I'm glad that they are taking many steps to be greener. The cleaning staff come every other day which means they save a ton of water and energy. The WiFi here was surprisingly good. I was able to walk around the expansive hotel area and not lose signal.

Had a Company retreat here. We started the morning with some breakfast. Great food and awesome service. We were a decently sized group and we were attended very well. Their breakfast buffet was good. Their custom omelettes were also good. The view of the golf course while eating was really great.

The 24th annual American cancer society luncheon and fashion show. The models with their stories of survival are so inspiring and the luncheon was delicious. I will attend again next year. An event you should definitely consider attending. April 2019.

What can I say? It s at Hyatt. The place is clean and comfortable and the service is great. I don t play golf but it is on a golf course. We stay here because it is close to everything especially Monterey bay whale watch. It s also just a short drive to Big Sur. It s not a Motel 6 but it is worth every penny and terms of comfort and luxury. Pamper yourself and go first class. You can thank me later.

Our king bed facing the golf course was clean and comfortable, with the normal amenities you would expect from Hyatt. The location is further away from Cannery Row and other tourist attractions, but that is reflected in the price. On a side note, the pools close at 9pm and 10pm, but fitness rooms are open 24hrs. Shoe shining is included in the resort fee, but needs 24hrs turnaround.

The hotel provided us with a suite upgrade that was affordable, and the staff, especially Beth, was very helpful. The suite was supposed to have a foldout bed, which wasn't there, but we were given a rollaway bed at no additional charge.

Expensive for the quality of the rooms. The walls are thin and you can hear the conversation in the next room. The room next to us flooded so we had to listen to the workmen going in and out of the room for hours. The beds are comfortable, the location is good and the grounds are beautiful, but not worth the price for all the noise.

Hotel provided a good first night stop on our CA trip and if we didn't have a free night at another hotel chain we would have preferred staying the second night there as well. Great peaceful environment by the golf course and in the hills above Monterey.
Not used to double bed rooms for a family of 4 but the hotel provided a cot for our child which came in handy. Towels like most chain hotels could use an upgrade and the room showed slight dating.
Overall I recommend the Hyatt versus staying close to Cannery Row if you want a peaceful nights sleep in a location surrounded by nature.

Should be a nice place but they charge pet for 100 dollars per week even you only spend one single night. Also, they are very unclear about their fee so we end up being charged almost 160 not included room cost. Don't come here if you only prepare spend one or two night. It's not worth money.

Room was clean and spacious. Customer service was great, requests to guests services were fulfilled promptly. Fitness center was bigger than average, with more variety of equipment than one would expect at a hotel.

Hotel ok ... A bit below the standard hopes ... Caretaker visibly reserved only part of the customer ... Power failure very thinking on the day of our visit ... Gesture nonexistent ... Beautiful bedroom.

The front desk is extremely helpful, very friendly. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful; some fun things to do including ping pong ball, Connect Four, Shuffle ball , in addition to the swimming pool and hot tub by the golf course. The room has touches of modern pieces which is great, overall it could still use some updating. There's a sports bar, breakfast buffet, and small cafe all are great.
