The hotel was amazing. They staff was beyond friendly, the facilities were fantastic and the amenities were great. There were games, firepits and bands. It was an amazing stay and I will be returning.

Although it seems luxurious the amenities were actually so-so.the shower was difficult to use and there wasn't central lighting had to use lamps. That said there was a nice deck area and the grounds were well kept. Friendly staff and had a nice breakfast at the cafe. Their crab benedict is delicious and large portion. Not sure if I'd stay there again but it was alright.

The rooms aren't particularly sound-proof, but other than that, the landscaping is great and the golf course is really nice. The location is not exactly convenient relative to other attractions, but is within ~10 minute walking distance to the beach. A fairly nice place overall.

This is one of my favorite hotels ever. Expensive, sure, but really lovely. I appreciated the fire pit, the wide terrazza and of course the green. The conference center is very cozy and welcoming and terribly well equipped. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a room near the pool. The room was nice, especially a bed that wrapped its arms around you but....portable AC unit, heard neighbors kids all night and a $62 buffet breakfast for two wasn't worth it. I'd go with 'been there done that and couldn't afford the t-shirt'.

The location is great, bear downtown and aquarium. The food at the conference was incredibly. I did not expect that from "hotel food". Had drinks at the bar at the hotel and the bartender was really friendly towards all the customers. Would definitely recommend. This is my second time staying here and I would stay here again.

Rooms are okay, bed was uncomfortable. The parking lot was full of event guests so you had to park very far. Waiter at the restaurant was horrible. The lounge was under staffed, the Waitress never got to us we had to go to the bar and get our own drinks.

I'm quite happy with my three night stay at the Hyatt while I attended a conference in the same facility.

The grounds are well maintained, the site is off of the beaten path so it's not busy but close enought to get just about anywhere on the waterfront you need with the help of Lyft or Uber within minutes.

I stayed in a second story single king without a balcony. The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. It came with a good working desk, windows that opened allowing fresh air, a deep shower (with no door, just how it's designed nothing is missing).

The room included a safe (something too many hotels are removing these days) and a fridge (useful when I ordered in food from one of the local pizza places).

USB and normal power ports are well spaced throughout the room, I think this is the first place I've stayed in a while that actually had plenty. Big TV at the foot of the bed on the dresserr.

Previously the rooms had a heater and a ceiling fan because Monterrey is known for getting cold, not hot. But it looks like the hotel added free-standing air conditioners to each room to help with the stuffy days. I really appreciate that they left the fans in though.

Staff came in early and got my room setup every day. I liked that beacuse during many conferences they put off the staying people until the afternoon and when you come back during break you get in their way.

Hyatt makes checking in and out easy. All in all this place isn't perfect but there was nothing that I outright didn't like. I hear the conference will be hosted here again and I'm looking forward to it.

The room seemed nice upon arrival. It was a let down though. The walls were paper thin. My husband and I could hear the family in the room next to us yelling on all 4 nights of our stay. The front desk did nothing to resolve this issue. The water pressure in the shower was weak and made showering a chore. We didn't realize that the hotel was set up more like a college dorm on a campus rather than a high-priced resort. which made it awkward walking to pool/spa area and to the front desk. We had awful service at the sports bar attached the Hotel. No one ever came back to the table to get our food order after they delivered the appetizer. Also, the ATM in the lobby did not work. It charged our bank account but did not dispense the cash. Honestly, this hotel helped us to decide never to vacation in California again. It was just more of the same stuff we always encounter in that state. Piss-poor service at exorbitant prices.

The place is HUGE! Lobby is goregous, employees are respectful and answers any questions you have. Room had a view of the golf course Dinner down at the bar was amazing. Has a pool table, popcorn machine. The decor is sports themed The hot tub was amazing too, VERY RELAXING perfect for winding down. Very spacious swimming pool. Went for a morning workout in the gym. The treadmills have these cool interactive options of different tourist spots around the world so it seems like you're running there! Kind of like a virtual tour? They also have yoga mats, and other equipment. Water machine included. Overall, Great experience. Would come back again.

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay, right on a golf course. The swimming pool is lovely, and the food at the restaurants on site is great. This property is made up of several buildings. You may want to ask for assistance getting your luggage to your room if you have difficulty pulling a suitcase long distances. There is an elevator but it is tiny. Certainly not a reason to avoid this property, just ask where your room is before you unload your baggage from your car.

This place is right off the freeway, good location have to drive or Uber into all of the touristy spots. Hotel staff was fantastic. This place is excellent for kids lots of things to do for then. They have fire pits and give you s'mores. Two pools. Main pool closes at 9 which kind of sucks. The fire pits close at 10. They have a few restaurants and a bar. It is on the expensive side but our 8-year old loved it.
