Great, from check in. Sourav did a real nice job greeting us...very personable young man. Actually from the shuttle driver to Miasha at the front desk. We will be back.

Beautiful property. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean, modern, and welcoming. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in at that price point.
When arriving to CO from driving 7 hours we get a call from this Hotel that our reservations were canceled due to reaching capacity. Leaving my family (including newborn) stranded-homeless!! I called and they had no care about our situation. I told them we just got in from driving several hours and the girl had no care and until now haven't heard from the manager or supervisor!! I had to to stay on the phone for over 2 hours trying to locate another hotel for my family having to pay double the cost and fees (we booked the hotel several months prior and called the day before too confirm our reservations) because we needed a place to rest our hea!! How can you be so inconsiderate!!!!!
The room was great with a decent view of the mountains. That staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.
Looked like a lovely hotel but sadly we arrived at the wrong hotel. We were looking for the place not the regency.
The staff were really helpful.
Outdated linens and beds, poor soundproofing, complimentary water not complimentary, read fine print. No microwave, short cord on hairdryer, exhaust fan does not work in bathroom. Cheap toiletries, (toilet paper rough). Suspected bed bugs.
It was a nice stay as usual at the Hyatt Recency. I have not been a guest at this particular property for nearly a decade (they do, or did at least, one heck of a balloon drop and many other awesome new years festivities). They get 3 stars this time because there was no fan or an avenue for guest operation rather, in the restroom? I did notice the vent in the ceiling but never did experience it in operation. And the cool mirrors with the touch sensor buttons in them, we're more like punch buttons, if the light came on at all.
Thank you so much I m so happy with family in denver it s nice sity
Great venue for parties and beautiful hotel. On point service!
Best hotel breakfast we'd ever had. Fast internet. Comfortable beds. Clean pool. Friendly attentive staff. Plenty of parking. Bathroom could use updating, but functioned well
Had a room right by the ice machine and it was constant noice all night.
While the hotel is nice and the rooms were clean, we felt we were nickle and dimed at every opportunity. $12 a night for parking, $3 bucks just to do anything on the television. They were kind enough to remove the charges when we complained but were rude and unapologetic about our experience. We will be staying at a Marriott next time.
Hyatt Regency Denver Teach has been a great stay so far, they even accommodated our group by allowing us to check in early!
The facilities are nice, but the service is poor. The cleaning service personnel are fantastic, but checking in was a hassle, and even calling prior to arriving each person who answered was curt and rude. There was no door tag for room service, and the front desk did not elaborate what to do.
Located in the Denver Tech Center, the Hyatt Recency lived up the their high standards. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and food in 2nd floor restaurant good.
Was there for a company party at the ballroom. Staff was diligent, professional, courteous and respectful. Food was good and delivered on time, despite our large group.
There was not a valet on duty when we checked in and when we checked out. Normally I would not care but the event we attended paid for the valet. If you are going to have a service then you need to staff for that service.
Upon booking i requested a quiet room area and also early check in which were all honored. This made a very good first impression as it is my first time lodging here. Upon arrival the receptionist was very friendly and even gave me a discounted parking for serving with the military. I only stayed a night. Bed was really comfortable with plush pillows i wish i could take home.
In addtion: For a hotel this highly rated I would have loved to get Complementary breakfast atleast.
WIFI is free though.
Just popped in here to present at another vendors meeting so I didn't stay here. The conference room was above average, and the staff was excellent. The Valet folks especially rocked.
best hotel on my trip. great bar, unique design, i wish the parking lot wasn't as far (though i'm lazy so not a good barometer) wonderful rooms, upscale
Great room. Didnt realize it was going to be $12 extra to park over night. And also no free breakfast at all. Cost $20 for the breakfast buffet, which was worth half of that, or less. Still a nice stay.
Love this place. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, super comfy beds!! 5 out of 5!!
Bar section was good. One of the best hotel at this location. Architecture was beautiful. I liked the decor. Great atmosphere. I liked the view from my window of room .Staff were professional. Services was great.
Great place to stay! We visited Colorado in February and decided to stay here because of the great reviews. Very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready so they upgraded us at no additional cost. Very happy with this place. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel. My 3 kids loved it and enjoyed the pool, the restaurant and the great view of the mountains.
Nice place with clean rooms and very friendly employees. Highly recommended.
This would of received a 5 star rating but the free parking in the garage was a joke the gate to get into the garage was broke so you had to pay for valet! And the staff didn't care that we had to pay.
Great conference center! Parking is a bit of a hassle, though.
They gave out room key to drunk college kids at 2 am. Then got mad when we got upset and complained. Manager was a condescending jerk. When the kids went back to the desk they cancelled Our room keys instead and locked us out the next day.
One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Awful place and people.
It was pretty good, the steak was a little bit overdone. The actual event was great and the service was good.
There for a work event. Only leaving a review so Google Rewards will give my some change.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, pretty good hotel restaurant/bar.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HoteIRaven. com Booked a room here and they had the cheapest rates around...
Looking for a restful, peaceful, getaway while still being close to everything in Denver? This is the place. Beautiful Hotel, EXCELLENT restaurant. Overall service is FANTASTIC! Aaron Sanora makes us feel like we're checking into and staying at a 5 Star Resort each time we stay with the Hyatt Regency in the Denver Tech Center!
Not especially clean room and pool area looked like it hadn t been cleaned in days. I know it was a cheap ($80) or so per night stay but from a hyatt I would have expected better quality.
Property is overall nice. The staff treats you really well and they are above and beyond for service, especially considering the location. Room service is delicious!
Conveniently located in the Tech Center, facilities & meeting rooms comfortable
Power was out almost for several hours had to wait to get my key went to dinner came back they told me they pit my key under my door but I didn't have my key to get my key so they had to make me another one but the place looked nice
Quite possibly the finest iteration of creme brulee I have ever had. I dont take pictures of food often, but if id a had my phone i would have taken a couple. Impressive
Nice place to have a meeting. Traffic is not like downtown.
Very clean, looked good, was there for an event and the staff was very courteous.
Great hotel and a really good breakfast buffet. Gym has free headphones if you forget yours along with towels.
Not our first choice of lodging but not terrible. The quality of the room didn't quite match up with the shine off the lobby but the staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast is way way overpriced for what you get fyi...
Best hotel in the Denver area, great staff, outstanding bar, rooms are modern and spacious not to mention comfortable, and must say again fantastic bar
Hotel was amazing! The concerige lied to me mutiple times and had awful customer service! Because of this I will not be returning!
I was there for a business meeting with my partners. Whenever we needed something it was brought up to us in no time. We had ordered a room. I love the place for all my business meetings and plus thereis a coffee shop on the bottom, I love coffee.
Was very disappointed with the size of the gym. 6am and every single cardio machine was taken. Also the on-site Starbucks staff was not very accommodating with readjusting the price for a product sold that was apparently not available after purchased (you would think they would know that). Lastly, the internet service was pretty slow compared to other Hyatt properties.
No signal in lower levels, and hotel was overly hot.
Wonder accommodations, especially during this COVID-19 period. Stefanie checked us in as truly outstanding. She went way above the call of duty. We highly recommend this hotel. - Outstanding Value!
Was there for a conference. The banquet staff was good to work with. The sleeping room was spacious and comfortable.
They charged my vard by mistake and I still have not received a credit 2 weeks later.
Stayed Feb.22-24th Great staff great place. They were so helpful, I will mos def be back. Thanks
We have stayed in five Hyatts since the year started. This Hyatt seemed to be lacking a few critical items. 1) The breakfast was substandard, as the eggs had water in them. 2) The ice maker was broken in the room and in the kitchen the last day of our stay, so we were without ice, period. 3) The blanket in the room had blood on it. Was anything clean in the room, if the blanket had blood on it? The positives were the room and pool was nice. A huge PLUS is the hotel is near a Target, Chic-Fil-A and a few other major shopping locations (IKEA) and the train station. Does the positives outweigh the negatives...ummm...I will let you decide.
Great experience & excellent guest/customer service. Overall, very clean/well-maintained place. Staff was very friendly. Aaron made a great impression & was exceptionally helpful.
Friendly staff, nice rooms, good location I enjoyed my stay
During check in I asked several times for a specific card to be charged for room and was reassured by the concierge... even after asking 3 times they still ended up charging the wrong card which I was very specific about. Also, there was no disclosure on the cost of parking they just gave me a room key and said it would get me in the garage (initially did not work). There was no disclosure to the cost of parking it was just charged after the fact during check out .
They did a fantastic job hosting an event we attended, great venue.
Military members:
Please do not give your business to this hotel. I planned to stay here with my family upon return from deployment this past June but due to COVID-19 my deployment was extended two months. I hadn't gotten any reminder e-mails about this reservation until the day of check-in and when I did I reached out to have it canceled. Expedia said they would try to get a hold of a representative and they could not do anything for us. When I reached out to the Hyatt, they did not assist me either.
Loved the room here good maid service , room service and friendly people .
Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is not the most luxurious hotel... But given it's prices, that's fine. It's about what you'd expect from a low-end Hyatt hotel. Rooms were spacious and felt a little bit homey. The building/rooms look and feel very modern and up to date. Overall the experience was good, and if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, this place is what you're looking for.
When I travel to Denver this is my go to hotel. It's in a very clean and nice area of the city and it's easy access to the interstate for quick transit downtown. Interior of hotel is very sleek and aesthetically appealing.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, $12 for overnight parking, snack shop available inside the hotel, few restaurants nearby, a little father from the downtown.
#1 Parking. They Charge 12.00 per day parking. No guest parking. 100 Valet parking spaces outside and none used. Parking lot empty. Unacceptable
#2 Construction while I slept. wouldn't stop even when I asked
#3 No Hot Tub. You are promoting it, but it is gone!
Very nice hotel we had a room with mountain view and wow what a sight
Went for a work event. It was very nice, food was ok, not the greatest, but everyone was friendly. Would go back.
I had booked a room over the phone directly with someone who worked at this Hotel. I requested a handicap accessible room with a walk in shower & TWO beds. I made this reservation about a month & 1/2 before our stay. We were to stay there 5 days. They confirmed they could accommodate me with what I was requesting & even sent an email with everything I had asked for on it. When we arrived they informed me that they did not have a handicap room available with 2 queen beds & a walk in shower. They said they had one with 1 king bed. I was staying with my mom (who needs her own bed- she is handicap) myself & my 7 year old. She told me she could send a roll-away bed up & there was also a couch in the room. & for the inconvenience she'd like to send us up a basket of "goodies." We get to the room & it is VERY small. Not enough room for my Mother to get around or the rest of us for that matter. The couch was stiff as a board & when they brought the roll-away bed up it was so thin I could feel the springs on my back. Then came our "basket of goodies" which contained 2 bottles of water, 2 small bags or popcorn & 2 small granola bars. This was supposed to make up for their mistake??? We were spending over $700 for the nights we were there & I was so upset!! I called down & spoke to the manager & told her how unhappy I was. She said she could show my another handicap room with a "walk-in bath tub" that had 2 beds. So I go to take a look. It's very difficult for my Mom to get into a bathtub because she is handicap. But the tub was low enough she said she'd manage. I was very disappointed with our experience. We would have went to another hotel but of course all their handicap rooms were taken for those days. We wont be returning to this hotel.
They also show a hot tub pictured on their website. When I got there they had filled it in without making changes to their website. Giving us false information.
The prices for the food & drinks in the restaurant are ridiculously expensive!
Hot tub was cold.... Facet was broke in room. Bed was really comfy and coffee pot was broken.
Excellent room and service. The room was clean and very comfortable. Would you recommend it to others.
Great customer service and clean rooms. Also, very quiet and great for a nice evening away from home.
Kinda noisy, the hotel rooms smell like cigarette smoke, and the beds are uncomfortable and scratchy. Would not recommend. 2 1/2 stars.
