It is such a nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff, rooms are great. The restaurant downstairs has delicious food. Its a great location to explore downtown for whatever event you are here for.

Hotel was good but the parking prices at the hotel were ridiculously high. There is $52 overnight valet parking at the hotel and the parking garage next to it was $39 overnight. No discount to valet for hotel guests.
It is the closest to the convention center and there is a 24-hour shop-and-bar near the lobby. It's a Starbucks coffee, but it doesn't have a barista.
You can get salads, snacks, and wine bottles, but they aren't cheap because of the list price. The bar isn't really authentic, it's a bit more drinkable. Good at times.
The 21st floor and above, the city view is basically a separate fee. Even if it is not, there is not much dissatisfaction. It's not a great view.
The rooms are quite large and the beds are comfortable. There was a smart TV that was compatible with Google's Chrome cast, so it was very good to see the video as a cast from the iPad.
It is a good place that the air conditioner works well and the shower comes out well. Denver seems to have good water quality and no mineral water service. Slippers and bathrobes are available on request. I don't know the toothbrush.
Overall a good hotel.
Beautiful facility. Members of the staff could use some serious work.
Room is very comfortable and the staff had been on the spot to assist in any way we have needed. Very courteous and professional staff.
Very clean and great staff. The location is perfect.
The service and friendliness was incredible,we got stranded in Denver and they got us in five hrs early, was greatly appreciated, and the room was very clean and up to date, highly recommend
The gym is amazing. The rooms are standard nice. It's just a short walk to several great places to eat.
One of the best services experienced in all our years of traveling. Regency Center staff was amazing. Special shout out to Jodi and Staci(Sp?)!! They made our stay over the top amazing! Rooms are nicely decorated, super clean, well maintained, but on the smaller side. Workout facility is one of the best we have experienced. The Regency Center ladies were what made this stay most memorable! Thanks!
Great hotel quite and all around good service from food to room I stayed in
I love This Hotel! Room service is excellent! Whenever you need something they come right away! Everyone is so nice and friendly, rooms are super clean! Very nice area! My family and i love it here! We enjoy our stay every year!
The rooms are nice, we were here for the CruWC and the area and meeting rooms were nice for the conference.
This hotel is located next to the convention center. The place is very elegant and the food is very good.
Extremely nice place to stay. Enjoyed it for three days. Will recommend vNd stay here again
It was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very elegant and everything was set to meet our needs. The staff was very nice and service was great. Would definitely stay again. Loved it.
Highly recommend this place. Rooms are clean, great atmosphere and great customer service. Received a text from Devin (Assistant Manager) making sure everything was ok. I had forgotten a few things and they ran a replacement to room.
Clean rooms, relatively quiet floor, helpful staff. Right across the street from the convention center.
Lovely hotel: clean, modern, and comfortable; lovely staff: friendly, helpful, not too perky. Definitely check out the bar on the 27th floor-- great drinks and views!
Great location in downtown Denver, right across the street from the convention center. Check-in/check-out was fast and efficient. All of the staff that we interacted with were very courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and appropriate for the location and Hyatt brand. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
The people here are really nice! The beds are amazing! 10/10 would stay here again!
So I didn't stay in the rooms themselves, but the convention rooms were gorgeous. Very comfortable, large lobby. Comfortable bathrooms. Problem with wifi though, anywhere past the lobby.
The hotel property was very nice and clean. The only complaint for me was the need to make the room cooler or have a ceiling fan for air movement.
Friendly, helpful staff. Nice hotel inside. Parking is a little pricey and the toilet paper ia terrible but still would stay here again next time!
Decent upscale hotel, clean environment, spacious meeting rooms that easily accommodated 1000+ person conference. Food services we also at or above average. Coffee was predictably horrible. Guest rooms are well appointed with comfortable mattresses and moderate to good bed linens.
This was my first visit to the Hyatt Recency Denver @ CCC, and I was surprisingly, very impressed. The lobby/entryway was elegant and spacious, with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The front desk girl (I'm horrible with names :/) was gracious and pleasant as she guided us through and even offered us a couple Points of Interest we might enjoy around Denver we hadn't seen before. The Valet and Room Service was equally amazing. Thank you for a fabulous stay! -BS
Lovely, beautiful hotel. Great location. Flawless service. Would absolutely come back.
The convention I was in was amazing and the hotel did an amazing job. The only complaint I have is that the hotel Wi-Fi is unreliable in the conference areas and can be spotty in the room.
Tried the pretzel, Mac & cheese, and tostada's. All three were excellent, but the combination of the gigantic pretzel and the amazing cheese dipping sauce will bring me back here again and again!!!
Huge hotel with decent facilities, especially in terms of lobby, bar, coffee shop and restaurant on the first floor and the gym and pool elsewhere (these are particularly impressive for a downtown hotel). However, given its proximity to the conference center and its size, it caters primarily for big business and corporates which takes away any charm. The rooms themselves are bland and surprisingly basic. I'd rate nearby Hyatts as providing a better overall packages: the conjoined Hyatt Place/House has better rooms and is more practical with decent breakfast thrown in, laundry, gym and bar and has a more personal approach. The Grand Hyatt, which is a slightly longer walk to the conference centre but really not that far at all, is also decent with an outdoor running track, gym and pool as well as notably more upscale rooms.
Always a great hotel, customer service is always outstanding. Room was great stayed in a Colorado Suite it was good a little pricey but overall a nice room.
Very nice hotel. Fresh look. Super clean.
It is pricey; however in this case you get what you pay for.
Details like the toilet seat... Egomanic. Self closing - quiet closing - you just push a little too start the close action. No slamming shut.
Rooms are to notch.
Hotel so nice I stayed here twice in the same trip. Very conveniently located around shops restaurants and pharmacies. The lobby has multiple seating areas . We ended up grabbing food to go from a nearby restaurant and sat in the lobby to eat (covid). The room is clean bed is comfortable and bathroom is functional. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Denver.
Good location in downtown. Room was clean. Valet tried to steal from my keyring.
Love this hotel, have stayed here many times and will stay here again!.The staff will go above and beyond to make guests comfortable and to represent the Hyatt brand well. From the valet parking to the concierge to the front desk and restaurant it's a great place to be.
The hotel is very nice, and is conveniently located next to the convention center. The staff are well trained, and accommodating. I found the pool and jacuzzi to be more of an afterthought to the spa and athletic center, which seems to be more of a priority and, while it is running well, seems to be more of a focus as a additional profit Center for the hotel. That being said, my only real complaint is that the hot tub is outside, which can be a bit challenging in the cooler weather, especially when snow can come and go Fairly sporadically here in Denver. My worst experience was purchasing snacks at the convenience store which is in the lobby and part of the hotel. I bought tea, some trail mix, and an apple to eat in my room. However, the Apple was actually rotten through and through, which unfortunately I didn't know until I took the first bite. I brought the Apple down to the manager, and they have been apologizing ever since. Sadly, I don't think I'll ever eat in the hotel again. The apple was really disgusting. Other than that, it's a nice hotel, with good people running it, and Denver is simply fantastic.
This is the second time I've stayed here, geat property and caring staff. Had some party animals two doors over so I called guest services and they fixed the problem right away. Will def be back!
Went here for a conference. The staff was really nice and friendly.
Recieved a couples massage at the spa here! Great, relwxing, and professional.
Excellent hotel very well located but please change the toilet paper, with that rate we deserve a better role in the bathroom.
Bar on 27th floor is beautiful, great valet guys as well
Went for a conference reception ballroom was spacious and catering was tasty.
Pretty generic hotel, staff seems overwhelmed, rooms and dining are plain and boring and service is slow. The burger and flat bread were pretty bad.
Great location, incredible view from our room and excellent customer service.
In the heart of downtown, next to the convention center, walking distance to great shops and entertainment, what more could you ask? The answer - a hotel that is clean, has a good restaurant, a cool lounge with a great view and a courteous staff. This is the hotel you want.
Good central location, nice room, comfy bed, very nice employees. Pleasurable experience.
I was in town for AAE18 and visited this hotel numerous times as several colleagues were staying here. The club on floor 27 has AMAZING views of the city from room length windows. The restaraunt on site has amazing farm to table food and a amazing bfast Buffett. Not to mention this place is convenient to the civic center.
I see all these great reviews and I m honestly confused that my husband and I didn t have the same great experience. We were on our honeymoon and stayed at a cheap hotel to help pay for our stay at the Hyatt and it was so frustrating how little amenities we had to make our stay even remotely comfortable. I would like to be contacted by someone to talk about this in more detail.
Staff goes above and beyond, and the rooms are modern and beautiful. Great location with entertainment, activities and yummy eats all around. A superior experience in every way. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency for your stays!
This review is from a bit of a different prospective:
I am a 25 year veteran makeup artist who consistently books onsite weekend wedding services.
My bride was staying and getting ready here.
I arrived to valet my car and was absolutely blown away by how on point, gracious and professional the valet staff was.
The room she was in was stunning.
It had a terrific view of the big blue bear and the coolest scape of bustling Denver.
I was easily able to set up along with my partner who does hair, quickly and efficiently.
The light was great.
Plenty of table space, electrical outlets and longue area for the rest of the bridal party.
The housekeeping stopped us politely on our way out just to check in if there was anything we or the bride may need.
She was also incredibly kind, warm and professional.
My job was so smooth and I have no doubt my bride was well accommodated.
I have seen many many accommodation facilities in my time attending to brides... Never once have I felt compelled to speak to the high level of service.
Fantastic job everyone.
Hospitality at it's finest level.
Thank you.
Wonderful hotel. Comfortable, great hospitality. Room had everything we needed and plenty of space. Great downtown location.we were able to walk to dinner which was nice. 16th street mall is just around the corner. There is also a nice little shop in the lobby that has coffee, snacks and little "emergency" items. Very helpful.
the employee's were great except for the old bat working front desk that didn't know anything about your WiFi. and there are far too many different hyatys downtown. can they have identifiably names between them.
Was visiting Denver from NC... stayed here for 2 days and it was AWESOME and cheap. The room was only $109 a night with a BEAUTIFUL view of the city! GO TO THE BAR ON THE 27TH floor for the panoramic REAL view of Denver.. Its centrally located and everything you need or want to do is within a short walk.. Or you can get a peddy cab for a little quicker transportation..... I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel!
We come here every Thanksgiving with a group for Youth Convention. Rooms are nice and clean. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance.
Our stay was fantastic. The hotel is right in the middle of downtown, a short walk from the 16th Street free shuttles, and had an amazing view. The hotel was able to hold our luggage after checkout while we went to a Rockies game. Everyone was very courteous and polite.
I love this hotel. They always do a great job of hosting when I visit for conferences. The bar on the 27th floor is awesome, but a tad pricey.
The rooms were nice. The staff was rather pleasant, but you can't check in till 4 pm, which is quite late. I was able to haggle one of the front desk reps to get us in a little earlier, but be weary of this appalling checkin time.
My main issue with the Hyatt was their sneaky little $50 valet fee I found on my credit card after I came home. NONE of this was disclosed to us via Travelocity, front desk, or event the valet themself. This seems like horrible business etiquette and the reason I rated them like I did. On top of that, the front desk clerk was rude when I tried to ask her about the fee. Typical response was that it was posted on their site somewhere and they would have disclosed that fee to me if I had asked....lol. How do you ask about a fee that you're not aware of?
Anyways, I filed a chargeback with my CC company and hope that they not only incur the reversal charge, but also the chargeback fee that comes along with it. I won't be staying with these guys again. Seems like they try and "nickel and dime" you to death.
Great location and staff. One block south of the 16th street mall! Easy walking to a lot of things to do!
Very good service nice people and also work their as is
