The staff are lovely, the rooms even on the lower levels have spectacular views, the outdoor hit tub on the 5th floor is absolutely relaxing. Wonderful experience overall! Only downside is that the elevators give me motion sickness. Definitely recommend staying here. It's right close by a lot of great places to eat too! And it's not a super far walk from the rail that runs between the airport to the city center!

Nice hotel, definitely recommend it to everyone. Reasonable price and comfortable rooms with a different number of beds. There is parking, air conditioning, TV, and all other amenities. You can also order room service. In general, the service I would say here is on the highest level!

I have NEVER received such impeccable customer service as I did from my 24 hour mini vacation to Denver, Colorado.

My boyfriend and I had a free weekend and decided to cash in on a free night at the Hyatt Regency and we couldn t have been more happier with the choice we made!

The morning of our flight, we were due into Denver, an email was sent to me from the assistant of operations at the Hyatt; Matt Palmer. He asked if we needed any accommodations and wanted to make sure our stay was superb. I responded stating that we would be arriving into town early and could we have an earlier check in and within minutes Matt sent back an email confirming that we would be able to not only check in earlier but he upgraded our room!

Upon arrival, the staff was amazing and showed us our room which indeed had a breathtaking view and to our surprise, there was a chilled bottle of champagne with a delicious tray of treats, along side a custom note from Matt!

I have stayed a quite a few Hyatt s from all over the globe and this happily surprised me.

From when we checked in to check out, we had the best hotel experience of our lives and we can t thank the staff at the downtown Denver Hyatt and Matt Palmer for meeting every single desire and need! We can not WAIT to plan our next trip here and we are telling ALL of our friends about our stay (which we actually have good friends heading up there this weekend from Florida)!

10 stars!!!

The hotel is in a great location and our room was quiet w an awesome city view. Thelounge is beautiful as well. And that s where the stars end. We booked bc it s the only hotel around w a hot tub. However we were not able to even get close as there were 300+ screaming cheerleaders running around the pool and hot tub completely out of control. It s about a 20 person hot tub for 500 or so hotel rooms ?? Then we went up to the Peaks lounge, another reason for booking here, only to find it closed for a private hotel . Sure we could go to the lobby but again more screaming cheerleaders sitting AT THE BAR!! Trying to find some R&R I booked a massage at the so called Spa. Guess what? It s not a spa but basically a wing of the fitness center w the dressing room opening up to the pool w the screaming kids!!! Head to the quiet room oh that would be the booth IN the lobby of the fitness center with a curtain. What a JOKE !!! I m so mad and frustrated that every single amentity we attempted to use was not available and that they would try to pass off a hallway as a spa . I should have gone w our favorite Marriott brand knowing there would have been full disclosure at the time of check in that we should be prepared for the invasion of the screaming bow heads and they would never pass off a hallway as a spa .

Great views of the city, good food you can walk to but if you don t feel like it they have decent room service/restaurants within the hotel itself. Everything is near by and if it s not there is the light rail right next door that can take you where you wanna go. Staff was pleasant and they check on you everyday that your there ( even if you let them know you don t need anything).

All Hyatt's are extremely nice but this one takes the cake. It's super nice in the lobby and the whole staff is very nice and welcoming. It is in a great location too, I will plan to stay here when I come back to Denver!

I was with a good friend catching up in the bar and open area. That part of the lobby, had a very welcome, open feel with prompt and friendly service. The staff is what made it a great place to meet. They were very low key, but always ready to provide assistance when requested, and sometimes they were one step ahead of us on our drinks and refills.

My wife and I stayed here overnight for a ball event being held in one of the ballrooms. We had a very nice time, actually. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with good water pressure and nicely appointed rooms. It's a little frustrating that they want to charge $3.50 for a bottle of water in the hotel room. The beds were pretty comfortable, but the pillows were pretty average. Overall, though, I'd probably stay here again if there was something going on in downtown Denver. A nice experience in downtown.

Great location, the service was excellent from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. Everyone was attentive and willing to help how ever they could. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a great trip!

While the lobby is stunning, the rooms are no different than a nice Comfort Inn or even some Holiday Inn Express rooms I've stayed in. The TV, a flat screen Samsung, had HORRIBLE quality. Oh, and expect to pay a LOT for EVERYTHING. $4.50 for a bottle of water that they thoughtfully put in the room. And $9.99 per day for internet access. Really?!?!? There's free wi-fi everywhere except at the Hyatt?? On top of it, the signal strenght was so weak, I had to use the provided ethernet cable to hook my laptop up.

NOT RECOMMENDED.

We were staying at The Hyatt for a week, my husband attending an International Convention. We could not have been treated better! EVERYONE was nice and respectable to us. We had access to the Regency Club which was a nice plus. Adrian, Vanessa, Cody, Crystal and Jodi treated us like Royalty and took great care of us and any thing we might have needed. We were at the Hyatt several years ago for the same conference and the service was superior then.

We went for the thanksgiving buffet and it was absolutely everything we could have wanted. The food wad outstanding, the wait staff was superb, and the atmosphere was festive. We ate our fill without having to deal with prep or cleanup. Since it's only my husband and I, not having tons of leftovers is also nice. We will definitely consider going back next hear.

Disappointing check in time after 4PM and starting at 10 AM housekeeping is knocking on your door for you to get out. Other than that very close from 16th St. where you have all restaurants and shopping Starbucks etc...
