The service I received was amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is beautiful from top to bottom
At check in, we were greeted with a wonderful warm welcome from Dori M. She was so helpful and informative I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond and that really set the tone for an amazing stay. And as you see from the photographs it's an absolutely beautiful hotel, our room was spectacular with a fantastic view. We didn't eat at hotel but did get a drink walk around the grounds at night which was really beautifully lit with all the Palm trees and the fires that were placed throughout the property. All in all you just got the sense that they just want you to have a really memorable time and we will definitely be back.

A special place! The natural beauty professionalism + incredible customer service are in realm of exceptional. Plus great memories of ministry+lives enriched on site in very many occasions.

Great service but place needs upgrades in bathrooms especially bathrooms.

The staff is amazing! We got a flat tire and towed the car to the hotel. Although, we solved the problem without them, they were very helpful. Took us to the auto parts and back. Provided a jack, and other references as to who around the city might be able to help (one of the lug nuts were stripped, so we couldn't change the tire) the place is beautiful, rooms are clean and modern. The type of place where you can stay in the premises and have everything and really enjoy yourself. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Beautiful resort and great service, but please note that this resort is not on the beach. On the website it shows pictures of a boardwalk leading to a beach, but that s not the case. You can take a trolley or walk to a marina and from there you get on a boat that takes you to a secluded island. You have to make reservations for the boat ride, too. Don t get me wrong it s a great island with chairs & umbrellas and not that crowded, but you need to pack food and drinks as there is none on the island. The pools at the hotel are nice and lazy river and kids area is nice for kids. The adult pool is not really that secluded at all and there were kids in it while we were there. Food & drinks are very expensive by the pool, but will say food and drinks are good. Overall a very nice place, but wish you could walk to the beach.

Beautiful and clean hotel with so much to offer! The pools and lazy river make it so you don't ever want to leave and the staff is incredible. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. We recommend this hotel to everyone and definitely plan on being repeat guests!

Great service, spa was amazing, pool areas were great but the food was extremely expensive. Food was good but. $25 for breakfast? That's just ridiculous for good being just good, not great. I've been to far better 5star hotels with better food and much better prices. Other than that, the services of the hotel was good.

This hotel was gorgeous, the staff delightful, the grounds beautiful, and the swimming pools amazing! The lazy river was my favorite! The water slides and climbing wall would be good for children.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point for five nights and ate at every restaurant on the property. They were all delicious... but expensive. Tarpon Bay was my favorite. The snapper ceviche made by John-John was the best ever!

The drink prices were inconsistent. My Bloody Mary from the pool bar was $18 and just 100 yards away at the lobby bar, it was $12. The bartender gladly filled my personal Tervis tumbler at that price. Def a better deal than the pool bar... yikes.

We also took the free boat ride out to Hickory Island, to the hotel's private beach. That was a great day and lots of fun. Take your own drinks and snacks (got ours from Target by the outlet mall) because there are no concessions on the island as it's a wildlife preserve. There is a pavillion with bathrooms. We saw sand dollars, tons of shells, and a dolphin up close to the beach!

The hotel's shuttle service to Coconut Point outlet mall is nice but it only goes twice a day. The mall itself offers a free shuttle service to local places but its closed on Wednesdays.... the day we went shopping. We Ubered instead.
Overall we loved the hotel and the whole trip! We plan to return with in the spring with our 3 boys.

Great staff. Beautiful rooms. We have really enjoyed our stay.

Paid extra for Bay View room. They had a prom event and felt like we were sleeping in a night club. Our infant had to sleep in the bathroom due to music and bass until 10PM. Not sure who would want to come back.

We only went here for drinks but the place is just lovely inside and out. Not on the water if you're expecting that (which we were) but if you're staying there you can take a shuttle boat to their private beach.

The reason of the 1 stars I was waiting for the 4th of July 2017, I was Suit 1027 and 1028. I went to the pool, I left my glasses to take a photos when I returned they had been stolen. Through the place passed the gardeners and asked for my glasses, ask in the pool desk and lost and found. No hotel staff helped me find them.

I went to the pool very early, I put my glasses on a chair to take a picture of me when I returned they had stolen them. For the place the gardeners went by and asked them about my glasses, ask in the pool desk and in lost and found. No hotel staff helped me find them.

The hotel pools are amazing. The restaurants are overpriced for what you get. Also the water pressure its horrible. But that seems to be a problem with all Hyatt hotels.

Well suited for families, 5 swimming pools, several slides, climbing wall, 1 swimming pool reserved for adults.

Beautiful Resort Hotel, even for locals to have a staycation. Enjoy a great spa day or relax by the many different pools. A short ferry ride takes you to beach.

Very clean and prestige Hotel. Family friendly,with big water slides,lazy river and lots of pools. We have been coming here for over 10 year, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

One of the best resorts in Naples/Fort Myers/Bonita Beach area.

Nice place to stay. I was a little disappointed that my bathroom sink was dirty(see photo) after all our luggage was brought up to our room is when I noticed.
The lady at the desk offered another room and when I asked if i could get one with a bay view she stated it would be an additional $15/night. I paid it but with the inconvenience on a $319/night room, she should have absorbed that minor cost in the name of customer service and retention.
My wife and I took our own luggage to the new room as I was already down $40 without even settling in.
Unfortunately, the hotel was nice but customer service goes a long way as there are plenty of options for hotels nearby. This one will not be getting my repeat business.

Wonderful experience. First class staff, great amenities, including a shuttle to a private island beach, nice pools and more. I would visit again.

We wanted a relaxing staycation, and this resort met all of our expectations and more. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hand sanitizer stations were everywhere, and staff were constantly sanitizing. There are also so many outside activities to do as well, which was a bonus. Given the circumstances, we felt very safe. From Candice at Tarpon Bay, Neil at the front desk, and Chef Billy, Randy, Dino, and Noreen outside helping us with our needs, we couldn t have asked for a better weekend! We will definitely be back!

Very clean, well-appointed rooms. The grounds are immaculately maintained. Numerous family activities including pools, waterslides, a ferry to the private island, and more. Very nice outside recreation and relaxation areas. Not overly impressed with the food, but I would stay again.

Amazing! The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The games in the courtyard were fun, and the pools are incredible! The staff are super helpful and friendly and the food was also good.

Wonderful four day stay at the Hyatt last week. This is a massive resort and spa location that literally has it all. The service was absolutely top notch. And they had some of the best hotel food that I ve ever eaten in my life!! There is of course a full spa and multiple restaurants to choose from. There is access to a private island as well. There are multiple beautiful pools with water slides that are tons of fun for the family. There s also a mini water park with a lazy river. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was kept in immaculate condition. Ample parking both outdoors and under garage but prepare for that extra $20 plus dollars a day. Great place, location and accommodations. Love the pools, slides and lazy river and food was very good.

The Stillwater Spa is amazing. Big shout out to Lori who is an excellent therapist. However, the modernistic grey/white patio furniture out back looks rediculous and out of place. Please remove it and all attempts to "de-tropicalize" your lovely hotel.

Always a great stay. Good for children or a romantic getaway. Private beach is a nice escape as well

Nice for families but I do think the pool areas are too small especially the sections where the water slides are located causing overcrowding.

Have been here many times. Service has gone down hill a lot in the last few years. Prices in my opinion are too high for the location. Cost $18 bucks for 2 beers at the bar and $61 for chicken parm, slice of cake and 2 sodas. For the prices id expect better service and better experience. I do have to say that their pools are great and the outside area is very nice.

Gorgeous hotel. The ballroom and patio are beautiful places to host an event or wedding. Staff is friendly. Will definitely return.

I have never stayed the night here, but every time I visit fort myers I always stop by here. It's beautiful inside and out especially at night. I live in ohio and hopefully I will stay the night there this December 18 with my family since my grand parents no longer live in fort myers.

It was a beautiful resort and the service was extremely efficient. I had an amazing time there.

A captivating place! You are going to amaze with the ambiance.... this property is beautifully designed.... from the inside and the outside. The pool, the lazy river the exceptional service of every employee, the food in the rstaurant from breakfast to dinner and even the store (Starbucks)... you have to experience and stay here!...

Nice grounds, giving the average 3/5 as I did not stay here and cannot comment on the rooms at all. I stayed at the residence nearby and I enjoyed the grounds more at the residence. Though the boardwalk to beach is nice.

I come every year and sometimes twice a year. The facilities and staff have always been exceptional. Lots of great options for families (bon fire, lawn games, game room, etc.) but also very classy and upscale for romantic getaways or business meetings. The only critique is that there's terrible cellphone service inside the hotel. They can hardly help it given the location but make up for it in free WiFi.

Beautiful property. Well maintained. Their restaurant Tarpon Bay is incredibly delicious and romantic. A wonderful place to go for a special night to have dinner and then stroll the property. Excellent service.

The hotel is moce but not having the previous banquet stuff put away made it feel cheap...clean up before the next event

Terrible, terrible terrible. I feel like I m at a Disney pool or Atlantis with tons of kids. Staff doesn t manage much. They ve ruined the experience of how wonderful the Hyatt at Coconut Point was. Now with the lazy river, which they don t manage at all either...kids swimming in all directions with masks in a narrow lane that you can t even enjoy floating in a tube down, I thought that was the whole intent....? floating in a tube. It s super crowded and a very unpleasant experience if you re not there for your small children.

at the adult pool, and never mind all the 20-30 yr olds smoking, calling across the patio to each other, and generally not creating the luxurious relaxed feeling that I have felt on prior visits, I even had to track down someone to uphold the no one under 17 at the Adult pool policy as there was a family with a baby and another with a 6 yr old...I thought I was in a Spanish speaking country...very loud and seemingly unaware of other people s existence...

Breakfast was lousy. Can t order off the menu, have a sort of continental self serve behind glass experience, NO SOCIAL Distancing, again, no staff monitoring, limiting the amount of people standing by the toaster or, egg station, super crowded. Terrible. I would rather eat in my room. But felt it necessary To stop their fabulous Sunday brunch.

Noisy in the hallways late into the night with children and people not quiet in the halls.

We called after returning for dinner and never got anyone to pick up the phone at the front desk, or concierge, or housekeeping. Just rang and rang and rang. We called again finally got someone and maybe an hour later had to call again as they never appeared with our request. For 2 nights a bit over $1k the best part of my trip was dinner out of the hotel at a good restaurant.

Next time I think I ll stay closer to home and try the Sarasota Ritz.

I foresee this place tumbling way down from what it was. They will change the food to cater to kids because that s all there was there tons of kids, family s with 3 & 4 kids or/and babies. No luxury here.

I cannot wait to come back here! The scenery alone draws in the best of times, sitting on the Cypress lawn or on the dock out back over looking the water. They have a nice putting area and pool layout for outdoor socializing and entertaining while visiting Bonita Springs. The hotel and bar staff were all smiles as we pass through, and families of all generations hung around the different lounge areas. We didn't get to the Waterpark this time, but we will head back soon and make sure we get over there. From those we met, this venue appears to rate well with visitors as a great getaway from all over, even locals.

Good place, but no one is monitoring the wristbands, so im sure people were sneaking in, and being less than savory...one guy basically abusing his kids in the pool, causing everyone to be uncomfortable....

First visit to the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. Nice property overlooking an inlet but they have access to a beach. Stayed in a newly renovated room which was bright and well appointed. Nice touch to have a couple of complimentary Waters in the fridge and a Kuerig for complimentary coffee and tea. Wonderful looking pool area with a lazy river. Two knock I will give are due to an annoying iPad on the desk for room/hotel feedback survey, even after completing the survey the iPad would not turn off and the "glow" lit up the corner of the room all night. Also if staying for more than a day or two (or for business purposes and traveling with suits and dress shirts,etc.) the closet and drawer space is limited.
