Put down a reservation for a standard room months ago. Called and due to an error on the hotel part, I was put in a King with balcony for way more money. Instead of helping me I was told tough luck and had to cancel my reservation. Have never been treated more poorly by a hotel than I was by Hyatt Regency Cocunut Point. I was really looking forward to my vacation there. Highly recommended you go down the street to a friendlier staff like I am doing.

Our favorite family retreat! Hotel is great.. Although, did have a Mexican family sending there kids up a closed slide and laughing at him while he was clearly going down a dry slide. Thats a law suit waiting to happen for the hotel. They'll complain he got hurt there when he goes tumbling down a dry slide and then the poor hotel gets sued. Needs more staff for these types of problems. This has happened at every visit so its a reoccurring problem. Not sure if these people are actually staying there or they come for the pool. As it is around 400 dollars a night..People at the pool are a lower class of people for the most part. Not our first time here. Just a honest review. Will we go again..Yes..But be prepared for people in the pools not following rules or keeping track of there kids. And the parents letting it happen. It is a beautiful place though. And our room was clean along with good food choices. Waiters and waitresses were all very polite and attentive!

The property is beautiful with lots of amenities for every member of the family. They have multiple pools (including an adults only pool) and a water park for the kids. The restaurants on property are great, including the poolside one from which you can sit down to eat or the top-notch staff will serve you poolside. We have visited on numerous occasions for our anniversary weekends and have always found the service and amenities second to none. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt regency over mother's day weekend. The property is very family friendly with an amazing pool/waterpark setup for people of all ages. We especially enjoyed the waterslides and lazy river. They also offer free shuttle boat rides to a private beach. The views from the upper floors was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was very good with staff going out of their way to make us happy. Highly recommend for family visits or business conferences.

I went there for my birthday with my hubby, it's a very clean hotel and good costumer service, highly recommended for vacation. We visit and bought stuff at one of the store in there before we went to the beach, the two ladies was very nice and helpful, one of there name was Elizabeth PL. Oh my gosh I will definitely come again for more days for sure.

My husband and I enjoyed a 3 day golf package which was set up with Phil. We enjoyed the courses he recommended as well as the lovely Inn. Our room was generous in size and recently refurbished. The walk in shower was great. We felt very welcomed with the TLC given us also in the restaurant and bar.

A very nice resort. The staff was friendly during my recent visit at the FASRO conference. The pool, water slides, Lazy River, and fountains were well maintained and perfectly staffed. On-site amenities were excellent and I will be back with my family again in the future.

Two words: water slides. Best conference venue, nice pools, decent food (decent vegetarian options), clean, sophisticated, beautiful, and had a blast on the tubed water slide and blissfully zoned out on its lazy river. Careful with the blue (no tube) body water slide. Kinda hurts to go down so wear a rash guard. I really liked the restaurants, and the staff was very friendly.

I wish I could give 10 stars to the amazing staff and overall experience we just had over the last 4 days. We had our wedding on 4/30 with around 140 guests. From the moment we checked in to check out everyone was over the top in making us feel like royalty. Even all of my guests commented on how amazing the entire hotel from the grounds, quality of food, and exceptional service.
Mike Dolch needs to be recognized for his hard work in making our wedding one of the best days of my life. It was perfect!!
Sammy the bellhop to Dino and Chris the bartenders at the pool bar became like friends over the 4 days.
Luanne a server at mangroves was literally one of the best. We had a very large crowd and she did a great job.
Also, can t forget Mike and his staff who went above and beyond in making our Saturday night BBQ party a huge success. The food was absolutely outstanding!! Everyone must of commented a hundred times.
I can t wait to go back to the Hyatt for a long weekend, it s now my favorite place in all of SW Florida!!

There is even a food truck! A fountain that me and my sister and father swam in and the hot tub is so relaxing!! And I even love the top floor! The balcony is so beautiful and I enjoy heights
I even watch avengers infinity war and mission impossible on the tv! I highly recommend you use this hotel expensive but worth it!

The Spa is fantastic, there's a steam room, sauna and showers in the restrooms. They have heated tables and essential oils upon request. A large assortment of product is also available at checkout. It's not the cheapest in the area, but the scenery of this luxury hotel is an experience in itself.

We are here over the Thanksgiving Holiday and despite the high rates and fact that it s not very full we re stuck in a room in the very back of hotel with a loud AC unit right below our balcony. Also despite them boasting multiple restraints the choices of dinner entrees on the room service menus is between 10-12 options. Not many workers manning the water slides and lazy river.

We ve wanted to try this place for years as we have young active boys. Would not return there are much better run options.

Huge hotel. Was there for a conference. Food was good, bar was good, rooms were excellent. Only downside is the location; it is not close to anything. Even restaurants were a hassle. No running paths etc. It is a resort, and so I imagine that most people are fine with the isolation.

We took our three kids ages 3 (twins) and 6 for three nights in mid March. We had stayed once before last year and overlooked a lot because it was during cover; however, things should have shaped up by now. We decided to go back to Hyatt over the JW Marriott because they had the lazy river and water slides. BIG MISTAKE. If you like over priced room and food and poor service then this is the place for you! We paid $3600 for three nights with two adjoining regular rooms. There is no housekeeping at all. NO fresh towels or trash taken out. This is unacceptable not only for a Hyatt but also for what they are charging per night. There's also no room service and any food you must order at a restaurant. Not exactly convenient with three young kids if you want an easy breakfast in the room. Also, not on the beach. Have to schedule a ferry to get to it and bring your own towels etc.

We bought a cabana for $500 one day. Another BIG mistake. TV didn't work and poor service. We ended up just walking to the bar to get drinks instead of having someone come to the cabana as the wait was long and the one time we did order it never came. We order food by the pool and 20 minutes before 5pm we had three different people "remind" us that we had to "get out" by 5pm. Our food arrived right at 5 and we were told to get out very rudely by the manager Emily. We have gotten many cabanas throughout our vacations and have never been rushed out or told to " get out" by anyone. Especially with what they are charging and that there's nothing to clean inside it. We had one by the lazy river so it wasn't a private room. just a couple couches with towels. No bathroom or shower to clear/clean.

We stayed at the JW in Marco 4 times in the last two months and highly recommend you spend your money there if you're looking for a family friendly resort with housekeeping, room service, and friendly staff. They also have actives planned during holidays and spring break for kids like movies at the pool and build a bear. Hyatt had nothing. Not one activity or even pool games for kids even though I was told when I called front desk a few weeks prior that their would be activities for kids.

We LOVED it!!!!! What an amazing experience we had there, the pools are for me the main attraction , spent the whole day out by the many pools , what service!! You're lounging around the pool , put your little flag up and service comes to you , how great is that. We will definitely go back. The rooms atevery nice wr stayed on the 15 fl we had vies of the pools and the bay , two walkabout balconies , one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Hallways are very quiet , i love that, absolutely beautiful. Eduardo and I had a memorable stay. Keep up the good work!!!

Something to do for all ages. The lazy ricer was my personal favorite. My 11 year old had a ball. She enjoyed the tube slide which led to the lazy river. The blue slide is a little rough on the skin. Despite the mild skin irritation it is alot of fun.
