Awesome family day. The lazy river is so relaxing. The water slides were so much fun. Bring money because the food and drinks are pricey but worth it.

Staff were extremely friendly. Prices were exceptionally reasonable. This is a place where you can get high class service, but also have the freedom to control your own vacation. You could spend a week here and never repeat activities that are accessible without a personal car; beach, Resort pool area, Coconut Plantation pool area, golf, and a large outdoor mall minutes away (hotel shuttle available twice daily). Definitely recommend this place.
Lovely, spacious, excellent service, dinner with family for our 50th wedding anniversary made special by attentive servers, complimentary dessert and sparkling wine. Leisure facilities for families looked impressive.
Wow. This a a beautiful resort/hotel with lovely outside areas.
It's amazing. The location, scenery, atmosphere makes for a perfect location.
One of the most beautiful steam rooms ive seen! Fully framless glass door to enter it .
Great Hotel. Amazing Pool area. Building a Waterpark on site as well.
Well maintained property with great scenery, nice eateries on property and an above average exercise facility...I'd stay again
Great place. Better than I imagined. We had a room with a small balcony which I was not expecting. The views were great. Lots of stuff to do even with kids. Clean and quiet. It was perfect.
Enjoyed everything about this place. I will definitely be back.
This hotel is grand and full of nice amenities. I went to done at Tarpon Bay, which located just outside the hotel, and had a lovely dinner. The staff is terrific and attentive. The company I was with told me that St. Barnard's used to greet people in the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not get to see them, but hopefully they will bring them back. Overall, lovely place with beautiful shops inside and extravagant fountains on the main grounds.
Great room. Very spacious. Huge flat screen. Clean. Drain in the shower was slow though. Property is very nice. The pools are very nice. The shuttle to their private island was very convenient. The beach there is very pleasant. There were chairs and umbrellas first come first serve. Lots of shells to find.
Fantastic resort. Loved the water slides. Huge campus, lots to do.
These people know how to run a resort hotel. The hotel was clean, organized, and full of amenities. Being guests we had access to bikes, in-room wifi, boat ride, private beach, pools, DVD collection, and concierge at no additional cost. We were touring Florida when we stumbled across this Hyatt and couldn't have been happier.
Amazing Place! Great service & restaurants. Loved the new Lazy River!
Hotel is dated, didnt feel clean & food tasteless. They do try & staff very friendly.
Be sure to stop and see Billy Tang at Mangroves! He s efficient, fun to talk to, and will make your experience at the Hyatt most enjoyable! Great service and great drinks! Be sure to ask for Billy when you get to the bar!!
Grounds are splendid, had a wonderful morning meal outdoors with guest from out of town, service was above and beyond, ended our visit with a nice walk on the board walk thru the estuary.
What a wonderful resort. I felt so special, doors opened for us, staff asking if all was ok, and housekeeping stocking the coffee. This is a great place to rest and relax, separate from the businesses of life. Pools galore with one awesome slide, fire pits, Jenga, cornhole, ping pong, and sitting niches all over. Enjoy your stay!
Did a little in house party for the staff. The atmosphere of family and team work is amazing at this location. Maria P does amazing job.
Very rude and stuck up up i was treated with disrespect wen I was hired to work a night for them. No my husband worked for you throw a temp agency he was supposed to work last Sunday and did not return
Got married there.. everything seems to look perfect. One month later we got more then 10000$ charges with no explanation. They just use our credit cards without letting us know nothing.
They found excuses for everything.
The day of the wedding was no room for us to get ready like they told us.. we needed to wait 2 hours to get them and we got late to our wedding photoshoots.
We had to run after them to get the refund. And the few hours later they changed us again.
Don t do that. Never go back there again
This is a beautiful resort. I think that they thought of everything when they created it. There are fun things for children to do (slides, lazy river). Going to the beach is a bit of a hassle, but that has to do with the location of the resort, not the resort itself.
Worth the money. Very high end and luxurious experience, especially compared to the other options locally.
Great property.
Clean room.
Good view.
Decent breakfast in regency club.
But best part is GREAT customer service. Was treated so wonderfully at check in by Carely and Joey. They were attentive, personable and classy. Answered every question patiently and with respect. This is becoming more rare nowadays so it means a lot to see it on occasion. Thank you!
Nice facility... Massively over priced... Mask Nazis
Gorgeous property. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating.
Everything is awesome. The water park it super fun for kids and parents. The gym is for everyone. There is no age limit. The food isn't over priced. The elevators are slow. The gift shop is over priced. Breakfast and dinner at the club is good but desert is bad. All and all it is a great place.
Wonderful hotel. Great staff all over the hotel. Amazing SPA with top rate therapists dedicated to making you feel like you are THE ONLY ONE!! Restaurants in the hotel make you never want to leave! Such a treat & pleasure to be here. Thank you Hyatt!
One of the best Hyatts and great service in the front desk by Joey
Check with hotel on ballrooms and other spaces for parties, conferences and other events.
Excellent staff and services.
Everything was absolutely perfect. Food was amazing! Fire pits & alot for kids to do. ONLY problem we had was we were there for 4 days. I believe the girls name was Kate where you recieve your towels. We were waiting on our wristbands for my sis n laws childern. Kate caused a huge issue about it & scared the children when threatened to call the police because they didn't have wristbands although we told her 3 times that a manager was bringing them down. She embarrassed everyone in our party & really scared the children. It was uncalled for. She was very rude! Was shocked!!! She was the only bad apple that was employed there though. Everyone else was very nice. There was about 100 of us there for a wedding & everyone had a fantastic time other than the one incident. Again sitting out by the fire pits at night was so nice. Food was AMAZING!
Very expensive. Staff is great but the quality of food is not good. The bar within the Hyatt has the best food. Not much to do at night as there are limited resources. Rooms are decent. There are alot of conventions here which unfortunately take away from a "vacation feel"
Great restaurant. Great amenities. Looking forward to the new Pool slides
Overall visit was perfect. Every detail was amazing and hotel was on point on every aspect.
Amazing. This resort was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly, caring, and responsive. From the second you walk though the grand entrance you will be in heaven at this resort. Upon arriving at the front desk for check-in you will be presently surprised by a mimosa or some champagne, complements of the resort, of course. Then you make your way over to the elevator and the bellman will show you to your beautiful room. Now, the room is amazing but you wont really notice because you will be distracted by the stunning views of the pool area and the natural beauty going on all around you. Next is my FAVORITE part... there is a little water park here... enough to entertain children and adults alike for hours. You wont even know your kids exist because they will be out having so much fun in the pool area. There are 4 watersides, 4 (or more) Pools, a lazy river, mini golf putting, rock wall climbing, nature watching, oversize outdoor games (ex. Connect 4), and at night there are 3 HUGE fire pits for making s'mores and hanging out! Now more about the pool area, the adult only (17 years +) area is really nice too. They have a large hot-tub and large lap pool, of course, for adults only. So while your kids play in the "water park" you can sit back and enjoy your adult beverage (I recommend the Banana daiquiri with an extra floater) in peace and quiet at the adult only pool. The hotel restaurants are also really good.
Really good place, I played there in a party couple weeks ago, it was fantastic.

Wonderful place to stay, very clean and accomodating, private I land with beach!!!
It was a very nice resort, with restaurants, bars, kiddie pools, lazy river, the rooms where well a pointed, right in downtown Estero with many other restaurants and bars
Beautiful decor, outstanding service, and a lazy river, adult only pool, obviously a family pool as well, so much to do
The best thing the hotel has for me is the adult pool that closes at 10pm. This hotel seems more for families with children they will have fun in the 3 pools as it has slides and a lazy river (which are not big they are small) One of the pools was in very bad condition had mojo and insects and children running everywhere. The view of the room was not bad but there was a bad smell in the bathtub, the bed and pillows were very hard, the horrible breakfast there are no options the food is very limited. At the reception the attention was not as expected. For him the price seems to me that it is not worth it.
Amazing luxurious style hotel. Pricey even for the area but fun place with amazing pool style amenities.
We checked in 2/15/21 after three different hotel quotes (over 2 calls) for pricing from the hotel, not third parties. They finally decided to honor what they told us. We were told to download the app, self park, don t worry about checking in in person. We get here and had no idea what to do so we called and the girl was less than friendly and said everyone has to come in, I didn t know that. I m just trying to figure out how to get to our room. We had already self parked then had to go back to the front unload and then go park again (20 min or less or charged for parking). Got in the guy who helped us was friendly. Got to the room. They don t even open the trash bags for your trash cans, you have to do that. After this price I was shocked-seems minimal, but in addition to other problems it was annoying. No blankets or pillows provided for the couch bed that we specifically asked for, had to call and ask again. Drawer broke, thankfully my husband could fix it. Hooked up the roku and it didn t work, called again and they sent someone up. It was missing wires they had to connect. Went to take a shower and the water is stuck on. It took two of us to get the knob loose enough to adjust. How that happens I don t know. Now we are to day two, a rainy day. I need to do work this morning and the internet won t work. I called she said no one else has complained. I said ok. She said I can give you our company if you want to call. Shocked, no. That s the last thing I want to do on vacation is call an internet company and figure this out. Outdoors looks great, indoors is big and that s about the end of it. The closet light kept clicking on while we were all in bed trying to sleep as well. Maybe because they had to honor the rate we got the room that s broke. Very disappointed.
OMG! Amazing hotel and incredible staff. Love this place
Fancy hotel but not on the beach. There is really nowhere to relax. The pool waterfall is obnoxiously loud and both times at the adult pool loud lawn equipment was trimming bushes for hours. The hotel staff at the front desk provided incorrect information. I was glad to be moving on when we left.
The hotel itself is beautiful. I only saw the lobby and the pool area this visit. Our high school was hosting a luau fundraiser on the North lawn. The area we had was wonderful! Really tall hedges lined the area and artificial turf was perfect for the event! The staff was very helpful when we needed anything. And having the bathrooms close was perfect!
Everything is fine with this hotel the but the only thing is that the breakfast is very expensive so just go to a restaurant like ihop for breakfast.
Great hotel. Fantastic food and attractions. They need to check on some servers. Found couple of them with a bad day.
There was plenty of parking on the surface and garage. This hotel is massive with 18 floors. There is a lot of activities, 3 pools, a water slide, ping pong table, spa, etc. There are also vendors here to go on excursions. Service was great and there's a lot of restaurants and stores near by.
The service at this resort was top notch- from the very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk, buffet, and poolside. Everyone was warm and welcoming. (Pro tip for parents of young children celebrating birthdays- mention the birthday at the towel building for an awesome surprise!)
Cleaning and PPE protocols at the hotel and pool areas were fantastic. All employees wore masks, the areas properly were configured for physical distancing, and even the lazy river tubes were sanitized.
This was a return trip for us and we couldn't have asked for a better time!
It is a Hyatt so great service is expected and we were not disappointed. We were there for a March of Dimes event. The staff was fantastic from first contact with the valet. Within the event the staff was also attentive. Later in the evening the valet service went above and beyond as we video equipment to load in the car. We left the equipment with them, they recovered the car, loaded the equipment, parked the car within their site and brought my the claim ticket to me at the bar. It was fantastic facility for the event.
Great location and facilities with top notch customer service
We stayed in the Four Seasons in Disney. The service was incredible and the room/bed incredibly comfortable. The service at the Grand Hyatt was terrible. The bedding and pillows are awful. You totally do not get what you pay for. It was a total disappointment.
We were there for an event the confrence rooms, and ball room are beautiful. Service is good.
We were initially drawn to this venue because of the private beach but the entire hotel is amazing. It was very important to us to be able to have our wedding beach ceremony in a private place to be enjoyed only by our guest and not by every guest in the hotel. Our wedding was a destination wedding so it was also important to me to have a place that made our guest feel like its a vacation as well so this hotel with all of there amenities won over all of the other options. Everything was perfect for us on our wedding day thanks to Mike Dolch the hotels events manager and my wedding planner, Albriana @ Unseen Events. Hosting a wedding during a pandemic definitely required preparation and patience and I can say without any reservations that I couldn't have found a better place for my wedding, all of our quest loved it here and hasn't stop talking about our wedding.Everyone did an excellent job, all of the food was delicious, our cake was beautiful and the deserts were absolutely scrumptious. I highly recommend this place to host your wedding or any event! We will definitely be returning for future vacations.
