Rate changed as booking room for wedding anniversary stay cation from 169 to 239. Representative from hotel rudely said there was nothing they could do even though I had the room priced and was in the middle of booking. Travel frequently and never had a hotel be so rude over the phone.

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here several times. The hotel employees are very nice and helpful. The rooms & pools are great. You can take a boat ride and see dolphins on your way to the Hyatt's private beach. Or go to the other Hyatt pools, where they have a lazy river. Great experience.

Nice

Our family of all ages (local and out of town) of 15 stayed one night after a memorial service held in Naples for the Patriarch of the family who died. We had a fantastic time at HRCPR!! It started with a lovely lunch at the Tanglewood Restaurant. Next was swimming, games, lounging, etc. We all had a blast. The next day after a lovely brunch we continued in the sun & fun including a trolly ride for the kiddos, boat ride to the Island and more pool fun. We just took the boat ride for a ride (kids feel asleep) and the trolly just for fun as the Lazy River was full. Staff couldn't be more accommodating. We had 5 rooms booked and for what ever reason things didn't work out as promised. When getting into my room I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of champagne & sweets!!!!! I guess an apology for not getting everything just perfect. Not expected but so greatly appreciated. We will try and make this a yearly family gathering. 5Star plus night!!!

I am a Hyatt employee at the Confidante South Beach. My fiance and I got engaged at this property. Everyone was beyond amazing. Dori helped us with everything and more. From the warm feeling when you walk through the door to the glass of champagne you receive at the front desk. We loved this entire property. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely beautiful pools, lobby, and environment. The room I stayed in was large with excellent air conditioning, a comfortable bed, well designed interior and a fantastically large tv (60 inches). Would love to come again when their new renovations are complete which will add more water activities like a large lazy river and several water slides to the property. Highly recommend.

Nice place, plenty of things to do, places to eat, nice pools, and plenty for the kids. This place isn't as convenient as a place directly on a beach, but it makes up for it by having many pools, a lazy river, and lots of games to play. They could use a few more servers around the pool areas as we had to wait a white before someone came by. When we first got to the pool, we moved locations because no one ever came to ask if we needed anything. We stayed in a Bayside Suite, but it seemed more like a couple of rooms they threw together that were too awkward to be used as individual rooms, plus, we didn't have any blankets or pillows for the two foldout sofa beds. Besides that, I would stay here again, but I wouldn't pay for a suite.

LOVE this Hyatt!!! It's gorgeous! The pool area is amazing and I love the new water slides. They have a cute food truck by the pools. The fish tacos were great! Staff members are all friendly and helpful. We really enjoy staying here for work and vacation.

Have stayed at this Resort several times. Enjoy the rooms and the amenities. The grounds are always kept in great shape. And the staff is very friendly. The rooms this time was very dusty. Needed clean towels and took forever to get to the room. If you need to change your date of stay, be careful. If you book them online they will not get refund or allow you to check out early without being charged for the full amount. If you call reservations they are not very friendly and not helpful. Not very good service from Hyatt

What a fun spot!!! I spent the day on the lazy river and went down all the water slides. Felt like a kid all over again. I live in Naples and it felt like the perfect get away. The rooms are fantastic! Food at all the restaurants were superb! I can not brag enough about this place! Love, love, love it!!!

This was our WORST vacation club stay EVER. We are typically Marriott Vacation Club travelers but we tried this location since it was so close to the university our son is attending. They had the WORST service ever and we would NEVER stay at this resort AGAIN. Also do not bring your own food or drinks! That is an absurd No No and you will be removed from property. Took us over 2 hours to get pool towels when our room was not ready and 30 minutes to get bath towels after3:00 pm when we were told our room would not be serviced until after the ones checking in. ABSOLUTE disappointment!!!!

Wow, glad someone loves us because this was an awesome place even though the bed was uncomfortable and there are no comfortable chairs in the room and the terrace loungers were sticky, the conference we were at footed the bill, yikes $750 a day is the maximum they could charge for the room, could not get the 72 inch tv to link to our Netflix so watched on a laptop as usual. Food @ the conference was superb and the dessert bar at night, well it's hard to stay on a diet.

Great resort on Estero Bay in chic Bonita Springs. Were there several times at the beginning and end of our Florida vacation. Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms ... but please always book with Bay View. Very nice complex, great pools and very good restaurants. Waiting again for the entry permit from Germany. Longing for Florida!
We recommend.

Beautiful hotel. I wish the overall staff was friendlier and the on site food/drink was cheaper to justify the expensive cost of this hotel. Unfortunately we will not be back as Florida has a million similar resorts.

Everything here is great except the check out... As guest of honor they were unable to provide late check out. Excuse is they are booked for the next day but when I go online I can still book a room without any issues. We had a big group so 5 rooms in total was just looking to have couple rooms to be able to check out late since we had a late flight out.

I will never spend another penny in at this property!!! We had reservations for Thanksgiving Dinner as well as celebrating a birthday. This was by far the worst buffet I have ever been to. the food presentation and temperature was terrible. The food was not being replenished, my pasta was hard and old, Mac and cheese was oily, desserts came out of a box, chocolate fountain had cheap milk chocolate and fruit was not fresh. I can continue but it s way too much to mention. Seriously, Golden Corrals buffet has them beat by far!!! I can t believe I paid $95 per person to eat here yet again. I had the same experience two years ago at this property. We will not be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Wish I could get my money back!!!

We have been visiting this property since 2009 and we have never been disappointed by the condition of the resort, the quality of the food or the absolute professional and friendly staff, that treat us like family. I appreciate the rules for pets, because the charges ensure management has the ability to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the guest rooms and property, which allies the property to remain in the pristine condition that we've become accustomed to. Weather we are vacationing, celebrating a birthday, recovering from a family loss or attending a conference, the Hyatt Coconut Point remains at the top of our list as one of the best location to stay. Thank you Hyatt staff and management team!

Don't take the offer of a low price vacation by way of the timeshare presentation. I got a call from one of the sales rep. Geraldine about two days before I was scheduled to check-in, and I could tell there would be a problem with her from the tone of the voice mail that she left me. I called her back and she started to threaten me that if I did not show up to the presentation I would be billed at some higher rate. I just hung up the phone. I WILL NEVER DO ANY TIMESHARE WITH ANYONE ELSE AGAN NO MATTER HOW LOW THE PRICE.
The resort is probably fine but dealing with a person like this will always spoil the experience.

2020 update:

Food quality in the main restaurant has gone down. Breakfast was blah. The pancakes were hard, potatoes had no seasoning, pastries stale. Dinner was inedible.

Nearly all staff are wearing masks, but guests aren t required to, or even asked to.

Confusing directions to get wristbands. Changes each day, and folks rudely tell you to go somewhere else to get them. When you get there no one is there. Not sure why, why no one is enforcing you having one. I d say 1/3 of folks didn t have a wrist band and nothing is said.

This was by far one of the best resorts I have stayed in. The service was stellar and courteous from check in to check out and everything in between! The amenities were top of the line and the grounds...well...just look at the pictures! Upgrad the room for a small fee and get a room with a view on the 18th floor. You won't regret it!

We felt comfortable here...great pool area!

But on one day there was a party going on in the neighbors room which meant no sleeping at all for us.
I dont know why hotels sell a room for just some partying on a saturday. They make money of course but we wont come back with our little child. This one night ruined our whole week.

The picture says it all. Wonderful Hyatt property. Great water park with slides and lazy river. A bit chilly in April but still worth it. Great rooms. We had a suite on the 5th floor which was incredible. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property for families. We had a great time on the lazy river, climbing the rock wall, enjoying the fire pit, and lounging by the pool. With children ranging from 2 to 11, there was something for everyone. Friendly wait staff and nice room amenities as well. We will be back.

Beautiful facility. I am giving it 5 stars dispite the very rude receptionist in the spa. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Lots of activities for adults and families.
