Spacious hotel with delicious food and different places to entertain

Too bad for the bar too loud
Lack of confidentiality

The rooms and food are of a good standard. Several strict security.

It was one of the most enjoyable stays in any hotel I lived in for the following reasons
1- The room was very comfortable and clean, the room service was wonderful and the cleaning staff were very good and helpful.
2- The reception staff is very warm and welcoming, and I especially mention Sister Iman, who prepared a wonderful mini-party for us on the occasion of my wedding anniversary in the room and in the hotel restaurant without any additional financial compensation, a wonderful person and his service so that she delayed our departure date to a very late time. I wish her progress in her work and continuation In providing excellent services.
3- Sister Sakina at the Moroccan Dar Al Baida restaurant, Khulouka, and with his very good humor, she prepared for us another party in the restaurant, accompanied by the wonderful staff and the creative singer.
4- The concierge staff, Hamdi and Yassin, are very uncomfortable and my servants thank them.
I thank all the hotel staff, from the gate reception to the highest level

To appreciate a real modernism in a context displaying the traditional high values of Morocco

I had a short stay at the hotel before my flight out. Room is so so and room service food is the worst I had during my 2-week trip in Morocco. The salad is just whole lettuce leaves with some cut up veggies w/o dressings... the price at the front desk is much higher than that from other booking website as well.

I have been several times guest in this hotel, I can only speak well, it is for what concerns the overnight stay, hygiene furniture courtesy and professionalism, both for the restaurant with excellent traditional and international dishes, then the disco which is located on the top floor and always full of locals and Europeans, girls to go go and guaranteed fun, even alcohol distribution if you are a European resident of the hotel, you can also make wonderful guided excursions both in the city and outside the city, not to mention the swimming pool and the service in short, I highly recommend it to spend a beautiful full imersion holiday in Moroccan land without feeling far from the comforts we Europeans are used to

Good rooms, good location. Very expensive. Would not recommend for this price. Better options available. But yes if you are particular about Hyatt and have deep pockets, this is a good property. There are a lot of other options too.

The coolest thing about this hotel is its location.Situated in the heart of Casablanca . Transport in and out of Casablanca is easily accessible by foot. Also very close to popular tourist places like the bazaar, Place nations unis, Mosque Hassan II etc. The building is ultra modern and very comfy. Awesome services. Overall price is slightly over the edge but it s definitely worth it taking the other positive factors in to consideration. 4 star because i can t give 4.5

Good place for conventions and seminars but it's pricy if you're planning to get a drink or a plate

Excellent cuisine ... hotel located in the Art Deco district of the city near the old Medina .. it really feels like Casablanca.
