I am a Gold Card Holder of Hyatt. I have used this hotel for years especially the main restaurant Cafe M. The food is passable even though they try to be inventive. The main hotel lobby and rooms are in need of help.

Comfortable lounge, culinary diversity .. Possibility of poolside brunch according to seasons ... Lobby open, opulent and comfortable

Nonfunctioning aircon despite numerous complaints over two days and no fresh air because windows only open a crack, fortunately not summer but was already horrid in early June

Very well maintain hotel. Lobby is beautiful but coffee house is awesome. Room not as big as other hyatt establishments but sufficient space for 2 paxs.

The hotel is located in the heart of Casablanca, where the old city wall stands next to it

Very slow service and loud DJ music at the lounge like a night club. Where is Regency I use to know few years ago

Located downtown near lots of cafes and entertainment and all the tourists sights are accessible by short taxi ride. Hotel wasn't bad.

DO NOT USE THE HOTEL ATM! They told us that there was no extra charge for the ATM in the hotel - that was not true (we paid 30 MAD to withdraw 200 MAD). The bathroom and toilet were separated, you have to walk from one to the other.

Unique and elegant place. A haven of peace and harmony right in the city center, in front of the famous Medina of Casablanca. Irreproachable quality of service and personalized welcome. Kindness and professionalism are at the rendezvous. Sumptuous rooms and suites. An essential 5-star hotel. In my opinion, the best of Casablanca!

Nice hotel, suitable for events not far from the train station. Good food in general especially desserts. Lack a cloakroom: I lugged myself with my coat for the duration of the event. A little chaos also cigarette side: it smoked cheerfully in the hallways, it's not professional

Location is very convenient but a lot of construction around the area. Service is decent but less English speakers outside of the reception desk. Iftar menu was fabulous. Rooms have been upgraded but bathroom divided in 2 rooms is wierd. Anyway overall decent experience

Good central location. 8th floor lounge well attended. Good place to relax from the stress of the city. Secuity good. As with may places in Morocco the presence of smoking is not great for a non smoker
