Super hotel, right in the center of the city of casablanca, ready for all convenience

Very classy and elegant with Moroccan style architecture and culture

I keep a very nice memories of this hotel where I stayed for 16 days. meeting with actor and film director "Tom Hanks" who was also in the same hotel

Very bad hotel the basic pool is closed only a small pool the pool is not clean it is so bad no basket in room the breakfast has insictis on the food ac isn t cool there is a bad smell in the room the view is very bad from the rooms that is so bad like I waste my money and I am not coming to this hotel that is so bad

Excellent services, particularly impressed by the concierge at lobby. Not only helped us make a car rental reservation, helped us borrow a car seat, but also waited there after his shift was done until we successfully had the car!! Thanks for making our trip much easier and more joyble with a baby.

Great hotel with friendly staff. highly recommend for Casablanca visitors. The hotel is in the city centre but offers a parking lot so its easy to access.

Luxury hotel centrally located. There is a copy of Rick's cabaret with a "Sam" who will "play it again". The dinner theater with multiple acts is world class and highly recommended to sample to music of Morocco.

Great location..... lobby is beautiful! Rooms are fresh and very clean.

With my experice it is not 5 star not even 4, ppl so agrecive, no body loughs, it is just your money talking, you need a tip budget beside your main budget.

The most beautiful lobby in Casablanca is undoubtedly that of the Hyatt. A Hotel that lives up to its 5 stars. Good luck to the management team.

The entrance and lobby are impressive. Staff is nice. The rooms are just okay. The carpet is dingy and old. The toilet is in a tiny space. Bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Not work the price but better than most. Expected more.

There are security guns on the outside, and they need to go through security checks to enter the hotel. The interior wood decor is very high, the design is very textured and compared to the big outside environment, it is really like heaven and hell.

Hotel great and well located. Very nice and professional team. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is old but all the rooms have been refurbished to a good level. Only annoying matter is that the toilet is separate from the bathroom inside the room. The gym setup seems to be temporary as the hotel seems to be having additional renovation which is still in progress (but does not affect guests). Music from the street is quite high and can be heard from the rooms. Additional sound proofing is needed.
