Moroccan luxury, price very justifiable compared to the quality of service. Great choice for a business trip.

Zero star for service went in especially the night porter the eldest and the big one who left me after he served the customers of the night club that was drunk accompanied by a pure and his at 5:00 am and when my driver he came to pick me up at a fixed time this porter began to urge me and all the world so that he does not go in front of hotel really bad

Luxury hotel with delicious restaurants and their rooms of the highest quality. Unmissable view of old Casablanca from our room!

Rooms here are pretty good. Got a great restaurant with entertainment at night. Belly dancing, local instruments and live performances. You have to try the Lamb Shoulder there. Also, love the concept of the lobby/restaurant arrangement.
Right next to a great big market. Be sure to buy your stuff here. Other cities are more expensive.

Very good hotel, one of the best restaurants in Casablanca, stands out for its positioning in the city center, its majestic superfice and the quality service of its personal, frequenting it for a few years, I have never been visited.

Hotel is pretty nice. But has an old musty smell. Can be from cigarettes or a need to change carpets

OK as luxury hotels go, but a poor second cousin as compared to premier Moroccan hotels. Nice as compared to luxury American hotels but nothing special when compared to similar Moroccan venues

Magnificent hotel in Casablanca in the city center
5 stars with a great history in the city is splendor inside with patrons circling all around the place

Terrible experience. The hotel lobby is nice but the front desk staff can make the experience awful.
We were treated to a room on the 2nd floor with a view of a large block of cement. Best of all, the doors weren't renovated, the bathroom lamp was broken, and we didn't deign to come and fix it when I called reception several times.
A 5 * Hotel is standards I do not recommend personally. At Casa the choice is wide

What a terrible experience especially at the rates they charge. They have no concept of 5 star service, not even 4 star and think it is only about being friendly.

Excellent place for a conference venue. The conference hall was separate from the main hotel building, and could be reached after crossing the pool and outside dining. Anyway, the large conference hall was comfortable enough to hold about 500 people in addition to the exhibitor stalls and coffee/snack tables. There was also a good number of posters exhibited around the hall and outside walkways. All in all it was a very happening venue. I would have liked to stay in the same hotel, but unfortunately couldn't make that happen.

Good hotel in downtown. It is located off a one way street so getting to it can be challenging. It is walking distance to most of the tourist sites. The tram is just across the street. The room & bathroom were very clean & nice. There were 2 things that made me give a lower rating;
1. The lounge area next to the lobby was smoke filled. For those who dislike tobacco smoke, this is very irritating
2. The vegetarian & vegan items were limited for what I would expect from a Hyatt Regency.

The rooms were nice and the hotel facilities and location was good. However the service was lacking and food options were quite limited.

Restaurant dar beida sa means the white house means dar is the house and beida means white typical Moroccan restaurant with its musical plate with an oriental dancer and with its tagines and pastilla with chicken, couscous and the map is varied to the availability of its customers, the restaurant for the usual customers nicknamed al kheima sa means the aunt, you are welcome at hyatt regency, always exceeds the expectations of customers

Hotel entrance is impressive. Bars and 3 restaurants divided by type make it an ideal place for work and meeting. Furnished with class, clean and kind service. Located in the city center it is the ideal place to stop

Located in the heart of Casablanca, Hyatt Regency Casablanca offers you a unique stay in Morocco.

Lack of recreation for children otherwise very good decoration, very good catering service. Pool not available in June, that's why I remove a star. Geographical location very convenient, you can even get there by tram. McDonald's, KFC and other restaurants are right next door.

The center of Medina is in a position where you can easily see the life styles that are divided into 2 closer to the market. 2.si poverty does not exist in the middle of wealth. The people are still happy. I've been victorious in a cup game on the day of my arrival.
