Location on center, room good and clean, friendly staff, high security check, breakfast so symple no much choice

When you enter from Grand entrance, efficient staff and excellent ambiance welcomes you inside.
Rooms are well managed and separation of toilet from bathrooms is a rare and more hygienic approach which only a few will understand.
Rooms are well furnished and presence of study table is another difference from other mainstream hotels.
Every room has fridge with is fully computerized and anything you use is automatically added to your bill.
Restaurants are quite good and offer a variety of delicious food options.
Overall it was great experience, would love to come again.

We have been to the brunch and then another time to grab some coffee after going to church around the corner. It is a very nice break from the hectic dirtiness in that part od Casablanca.

Service is very poor... die a Drink you weit 30min.... for food 1hr

Rashid met with me, the manager of the Moroccan restaurant, and asked him the Moroccan minio, and the Lebanese mano, and he returned to another place. He said, "I am available, but you can ask for each request."

Hotel Excellent located in the centrum of the centrum

service and food were impeccable.room really great. Only issue was the noise outside but this is only a small critique. I would suggest never using cashline across the road from here. I believe my card was cloned from there. only use machine inside Hyatt. unfortunately it was broken when I was there.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Casablanca 2 blocks from bhe port and train station

We had lunch on 8/11/2019 and 9/11/2019 and we really enjoyed the service where the staff are very helpful and welcoming.

After a long trip, and dinner, found the check in to be a warm and kind welcome. The gentleman at the desk spoke English and Arabic as well as French. He was wonderful. The room was perfect, the sleeping most comfortable and I will certainly return to the Hyatt Regency on my next trip to Casablanca. Found all staff to be helpful and most kind. Thank you so very much for making my stay so pleasant.

One of the best hotels in Casablanca. The Hyatt is very classy and has one of the best French restaurants as well as local Moroccan restaurant withing it's premises.

Great Five star hotel in casablanca, good hospitality , good service, good location in the centre of the city. Nice room and new room. All the staff have a good experience with hyatt standar service. I love the lobby and garden. I am stay now in room 229 for to night. Ery santana

I stay here for one to three nights during business trips and the hotel is very nice and well staffed. The rooms are large, well-appointed and comfortable. Even though there is some city noise, I like staying on the side that overlooks the Old Medina with views of the modern, very large Hassan II Mosque and the ocean in the distance. There is a nice selection of restaurants within the hotel to choose from, but the best is the Dar Beida with delicious Moroccan dishes. There are two easy shopping areas within walking distance - directly across the street is the modern city square that has souvenir shops, a grocery store, some local goods and cafes along with the street car station. Around the side / back of the hotel you can wander through the traditional shops of the Old Medina - much more character and variety; just don't get lost in all the twisting alley and laneways.

A very bad hotel, it is said that the house of a horse on Corbion Street in San Doni is more comfortable. After all, I do not advise terrorists to stay here because the security enhancements are very strong and you will find it very difficult to insert dangerous explosives!

The bed is comfortable .. the view of the room is beautiful! The service is poor and the staff are not helpful .. but one of the best hotels in Morocco is the work of a calorie soup and tuna! What I did not like was putting pork in the breakfast buffet
