The room is quite huge but the lunch and dinner choice is limited that cause by COVID 19 lock down.

I can't say I recommend this place for a number of reasons. One, the food is very expensive for Morocco and is quite a rip-off. Two luggage is delivered in a ridiculous fashion because of the severe understaffing. Things in the hotel just don't work; doors don't close, room service doesn't answer, and to top it all off the pool was closed due to an event. In summary this hotel relies on its brand recognition and glitzy exterior to mask serious problems that need to be addressed.

I had the chance to sneak and have a look at their kitchen premises. I was totally shocked. It was entirely a different world. The building looks like a 1940 building which is in very bad condition. It is deteriorated and basic hygiene is missing. If any of their clients had the chance to see those conditions, I guarantee they will never eat their food. That was completely shocking. I thought it was an awesome place just like their lobby and remaining facilities look, but that kitchen ruined it all. It is a complete mess and they need to urgently renovate it.

OK hotel. But as in any hotel everything depends on the service. The bar can be nice but not the banquet staff. lack of space around the pool for speakers when several groups of speakers arrive at the same time. And then the smile is not always at the rendezvous among the holders. Only trainees and extras smile!

Hotel in itself is great, rooms are comfortable, food is delicious. If you plan on enjoying the Moroccan sun, ensure that it is during pool season. To my disappointment, pool was closed for the season. It was 28 degree Celsius. Hotel doesn't have an outdoor area where you can relax.

The concierge is supposed to help ! Not be arrogant, I was today in the hotel and went to the Cartier boutique, I then had bags and asked the concierge to show me the bagagiste in order to store the bags for one hour ! He refused . I'm definitely not coming back and choosing the Sofitel instead !
