Great location, the room was clean and comfortable, though the carpets seem old and outdated. Not sure if the service is indicative of Morocco in general but when we pulled up at the reception, there were a number of attendants at the main door but none of them came down to help with luggage until we asked. After a long day of travel, it was quite confusing, and not a great first impression. Breakfast buffet was nice, though probably not worth the 290 dh price.

I have stayed at Hyatts on four continents and the Hyatt Regency Casablanca is one of the best. We had a truly wonderful time. Every member of the staff we encountered was gracious and professional and showed a genuine interest in making our stay one to remember. Our guest room was exquisite and immaculately prepared. We were delighted with the view! The room as well as the hotel in general has been carefully maintained and is stylish and contemporary. The quality of the food was superb and inspiring. Security is vigilant yet unobtrusive. A welcome respite from the busy medina just across the street.

Overall a good experience. Pros: large rooms, great showers and bed/sheets, good overall service, wonderful buffet breakfast, good concierge and front desk service, TV offers several English channels. Cons: housekeeping opens door without knocking, smoking in main lounge allowed, area is convenient for train but little else, food prices are high for Morocco.
Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

For a seminar they can do better for breaks and lunch (practically the same menu for 2 days)

Outstanding hotel in the heart of the commercial capital

Great hotel. Highly recommend. Nice aesthetics, fantastic service... Very helpful staff, Mr Abdellah Rida El Idrissi Guest relation Manager in particular! The food was delicious and there was a variety of dishes. The breakfast was excellent. Very very friendly staff at the reception They were alway smiling. They ask the guests if they need anything with prompt service.Highly recommended hotel. Probably the best in Casablanca.

The hotel service and inside was good, but the food's cooking was bad.

We were staying at another, lower category hotel nearby and wanted to afford a breakfast at the Wyatt. The buffet was of a high standard, and considering the rank of the structure we expected it. On the other hand, the availability and warmth of the dining room staff was unexpected, from the cook who 'lovingly' advised us and prepared a tasty omelette, to the young girl in the dining room, Aoula (I hope you write this) who explained to us with great professionalism and kindness how to move among the wonders of a breakfast that also offers local dishes, filling us with attention, even though we were not 'distinguished' guests. Heartfelt thanks to a superlative staff.

Just went over to see the bar and restaurant... bar good vibe, restaurant was awesome...Moroccan group entertainment live. Going to try dinner there tonight. Only downfall... no wifi if you're not a guest even if you are spending your euros there

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is huge and the food delicious. Most staff can speak some English. We were here for business meetings so ate most meals here. Food is very good.

Firt time to Casblanca not sure what to be expect but to my surprise it was a beautiful hotel in the middle of the vibrant city. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Totally booking the Hyatt again next time I'm in Casablanca.

Magnificent Hotel with perfect location near the Medina and near Spanish restaurant Casa Jose good price and great food. The hotel has a great restaurant, swimming pool and many services. It would be nice to renew the rooms a bit but it is still a great hotel

Great staff. Very multilingual and professional. The views on the main square are pleasant. Windows open and allow to ventilate the room. The interior design is classy and elegant for those who enjoy woodwork and lighting. Great gym. Overall hotel location is central and in a crowdy area in Casablanca so choose wisely with regards to driving and proximity etc. There is a very nice outdoor terrasse with modern trendy music and refined food. Maybe too refined for my taste, big plates small portions high prices for the bar area. Delicious room service.

Good service in the room, very good breakfast. The pool area is not bad, on photos also interesting. Unfortunately, the pool is right next to a loud Hauptverkehrader. As a wellness oasis the area is therefore out. But children certainly enjoy being able to splash about.

They have a very good chocolate fondant and the setting is nice and beautiful.

Located in the heart of the economic capital "Casablanca"

Nice hotel... rooms are clean on nice and comfortable...
Only negative thing is you can smoke in the lobby and smell of cigarettes... not nice
