Deket is the same as the mall, if it's not the same with kids it's hard to find food ...

Excellent hotel. Comfortable room, great breakfast, good restaurant, very nice gym, attentive service, and good location close to a shopping centre. The only drawback is the noise - once can occasionally hear music from downstairs or hear prayers from the nearby mosque even when staying on a high floor.

The food menu when opening together on 2 nd is a lot of choices, it's delicious ... but on lt 3 at the same rate the menub is not as complex as lt 2

High quality hotel. Rooms are clean, good interiors. Nice view of the city. Carpeted floor in the main area with marbled tiles at the entrance and bathroom.

Breakfast is decent but not great. Mostly local food, bakery, eggs and American style breakfast. The coffee is not strong.

There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel.

At first I was at home here with friendly service even if it was in the room service, but when I left the hotel and took my bag by accident I was picked up by my driver, the security was only liatin, there was no help at all, even though I was sick. my parents who like their village people see it are normal different from those who dress neatly and wear formal clothes with their luxury cars swiftly with all kinds of things, like kmrin I am dressed neatly served with friendly and direct staff carrying my bag, 5 star hotel with service like that people still see it as bad as the 3 and 4 Star hotels. All kinds of them are swift and don't see what the person looks like, next time don't be so, don't vote, want the person to be like a bumpkin / person. with a fancy car or other type. Me and my family stayed here for 1 night. We checked in last night around 7 pm. The service was amazing, as expected from the price. However, the cleanliness was very poor. There were ticks everywhere, which was very disgusting. Furthermore, One of the mirrors in the room(room 1222) was dirty. Moreover, one of the pillows is dirty too; there was a pretty big red spot on it. We were very disappointed with the quality of this 5-star hotel. 3-star hotels would give us much cleaner rooms. Definitely not worth the stars and the price.

The place is okay, the rooms are okay, especially the swimming pool is okay but the food is less varied.

I stayed for only one night and it was a quite nice experience. The room was great. The view was really nice. But, the service was okay. I tried asking for shower cap because I got a ripped one. When I asked for it at night, there was no housekeeping available so I had to wait until morning, but even so, the receptionist couldn't promise to have it delivered. Until checking out, i still didn't hear anything for my request.

Aside from that, the staffs were really friendly though and the management is thoughtful regarding this covid situation. You will see a bottle of hand sanitizer in your room.

Regarding the location, I'd say it's very strategic as you can just walk to Bandung Indah Plaza and it's located in the city center.
If you drive, the parking officers are very helpful and responsive.

Also, when I went there, the breakfast was in Cha Yuen Restaurant. It was very crowded we have to be waitlisted to get a table and even to get our food, like scrambled egg, it took quite long.

Overall, it was great.

My family and I stayed here for a staycation. This hotel is running health protocols and its location is very strategic because it is in the city center. Check in was fast. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, complete amenities including a fridge. The bathroom was great too. The swimming pool and garden on the 3rd floor (not wrong) are also great. The drawback is that the elevator is small and only 2 can be used so you have to wait quite a long time. And one more thing, the breakfast seems less varied, I don't know if it's because of the Covid 19 pandemic or it's just something like that. But over all, I really enjoyed staying at Aryaduta hotel

Last month I went to the Aryaduta hotel to attend a meeting in Ballroom1, during the meeting I and other colleagues who were present were served a lot of food, a buffet, it was delicious. More than that, the employees are friendly. thanks.

Fast check-in service, nice rooms. The old elevator is waiting for him. Semerawut breakfast, table is not ready for equipment, many menus are lacking in servants who are reluctant to serve.

Made a booking the day before. Said i can arrive at 2pm. Arrived at 5pm, the room is still not ready yet until 6pm. It seems that the front office lady worked by herself with no other staffs to be seen. In my room, there's still some stains and breadcrumbs.

Nice place, nice hospitality, quality equipment, complete dishes for breakfast. What a wonderful stay!
