Very good store for culture. A huge choice of any medium (books, CDs ...) with the advice and more.
There is also a well-stocked multimedia section where everyone can find what they are looking for, TV, computer, connected watches ...

Practical: double access on 2 streets, in the city center of Belfort, a FNAC on a human scale where you can move around and ask a seller for advice without too much difficulty. I have always been welcomed and advised

I came across a mole saleswoman who was unable to listen to what I was saying. Obliged to say the same thing 6 times.
Also at 6 p.m., we had the impression that she was not awake because she was not very reactive

A few years ago the store was smaller and quieter, now we only find the "cultural" products that make the headlines, otherwise we can not find anything, we spend time looking and looking but it does not matter. There is no great choice of products in the end.

The hardware is very expensive for what it is compared to the prices on the internet and even compared to the prices of some retailers.

I do not go there because I do not feel so quiet, even the commercial area or it is "second zone", traders do not seem very welcoming.

I went back anyway to see the Kobo eponymers sold at the fnac and I understood the extent of the scam, for this price you have an ultra low-end tablet, not even color, extremely slow I wanted to display the menu and I thought it was planted but no, after 5 or 6 seconds the main menu was displayed.

For one of the two in demonstration, I wanted to display some books and once in two it showed me an error. And next door for the same price you have color tablets, much more powerful with many more features that react quickly but also the two first price tablets were not lit and we could not try them. To have almost the same screen as a reading light, it is necessary to lower a little brightness of the tablet and that's it! I found in the books the two other least expensive reading lights including the light and obviously it did not work, it indicated load but it could be planted, or so it takes 5 minutes to load at least?

The atmosphere is still so disastrous (with these rather obese guards who spy and patrol everywhere, in my experience, the more there is guard in the store, the more the service is bad, they want to protect themselves from disgruntled customers) I have no desire to seek advice from salesmen whose teeth do not scratch but have pierced the floor for a long time; expensive products that enrich the bourgeois who sell their books and cd to fnac, small publishers have no place. I had seen the story of someone who wanted to sell cheap electronics that was harassed and forced to shut down by major appliance sales groups who wanted it to remain relatively inaccessible and expensive products, in short for the petty bourgeoisie. Whenever I go out of there I feel like being chased by the police, that's saying!

Store not too bad, but I have already seen fnac better managed than its, and with time, I have the impression that there is less and less interesting thing, and the worst remains the cash register, it is 10:50, ... One in seven open cash registers, and in addition, the cashier takes care of 3 or 4 things at the same time, so average per customer 5 min, we are currently 12 to wait, being in 5th its done already 15 min that I wait, and average of the articles in the hands of the customers: 1, therefore ..... HELP ......

Exorbitant prices for most games, count between 10 and 20 more than on Amazon even for a game of opportunity.
Consoles are reasonable, ditto for books and movies.
The SAV is understanding if we raise a little the tone.

The prices are horribly expensive, the staff strolls a bit anyhow and knows frankly not much to anything (manga and comics in particular ...). Basically the perfect place to do what everyone else does: look in person at the products before buying them on Amazon at 20% cheaper ...

The director has changed ....... He is more concerned to make you subscribe insurance on your products ..... With free services a month, which after this month requires you to pay 11months if you do not more thought about canceling it, and after you are stuck to cancel ..... It was not that before. It's a shame because the FNAC remains a place we find a lot of things .....

At the time when I had rated the fnac de Belfort, I had put only two stars. Today, following this afternoon's visit, I removed one. The seller with whom I asked for information was more than unpleasant.
