Me and my family stayed here for 1 night. We checked in last night around 7 pm. The service was amazing, as expected from the price. However, the cleanliness was very poor. There were ticks everywhere, which was very disgusting. Furthermore, One of the mirrors in the room(room 1222) was dirty. Moreover, one of the pillows is dirty too; there was a pretty big red spot on it. We were very disappointed with the quality of this 5-star hotel. 3-star hotels would give us much cleaner rooms. Definitely not worth the stars and the price.
