Old model but awake. Professional. Interesting concept.
Too bad when the fasting month of the sauna, steam and jacuzzi are closed until July 8th. It's really disappointing.
Pool ok and food ok.
The mattress is also comfortable. Standard room amenities.

Call center service BAD BAD ONCE.

I have been calling from yesterday to today more than 20 times but there was no answer.

Once, I only greeted him and immediately closed it, even though I wanted to ask about my booking.

The hotel is large, magnificent, clean and importantly the room is comfortable

The one who just opened the elevator must use the room card. If you can't walk to see the hotel atmosphere from another floor, because the card is attached to the elevator sensor, it only works to get you to the floor of the room you are occupying, you can't go to another floor

A hotel with a strategic location in Bandung, with a fairly classic room layout in the present. The breakfast menu is rather standard, but has a menu that is rarely available elsewhere = noodles.

Busy hotel for local and tourist check in but room not ready but nice and ckean hotel

We stayed here 5-7 Jan 2019. I seldom give bad reviews for any places unless it is very necessary. I am quite disappointed as before deciding to stay here I read all the reviews and looked like they had very good ones.

Hotel is pretty old, which is fine as long as they are well maintained. My two concerns during my stay were:

1. No refrigerator in our room. It was supposed to be included in the room facility (I checked before complaining). We checked 3 times the first day, they said it was broken. Okay, so why would they gave us the room with broken refrigerator? It's low season, lots of rooms are empty!. Then they said they would place a new refrigerator as I needed it to place my child's milk. NEVER HAPPENED. I would not say anymore after 3 times asking.

2. The electric kettle in the room was SO OLD AND DIRTY (please see the pictures). It was gross. This is a hotel, we pay for the service and facility. I wouldn't even keep it in my own home. They changed it, it was only LESS dirty but still old. You need to replace all these kettles, seriously.

I hope you really pay more attention to the maintenance. It's just too bad if you ignore these matters as the hotel has a very strategic location.

The rooms are spacious, the desig is old and unique suitable for those who like the feel of wood. EXCLUSIVE

Beautiful interior. Slightly aged (former Hyatt hotel). Staff friendly. Rooms up top have great views.

The hotel is indeed old but the maintenance is good so it's still very comfortable not to lose with the new money hotels in Bandung. The room is spacious and clean. Febi at the reception was very friendly and polite. Thank you Aryaduta Bandung for your hospitality

Old hotel in downtown Bandung but still very comfortable. The rooms are very nice, clean and neat.

Hotels that are old but not afraid because they are maintained very well ... don't focus on crowds ... cleaning is ok..breakfast is ok..facilities ok..service is ok..dr start security and the staff are friendly and helpful ..
The information on the parking area is difficult, I really did not add it, but it was just when I was in the lobby ...

It used to be Hyatt Hotel but now Aryaduta Hotel. It's quite old hotel and still the interior looks very old

I get a room facing directly to swargaloka garden, very cool and clean, soup sop so highly recommendedluk hope to visit aryaduta next time!

Aryaduta Bandung Hotel is strategically located right in the middle of Bandung city, the staff is friendly and the service is satisfactory and the food is good
