Five star hotel, big and high lobby, glass roof, strategic position

Security is very friendly & deftly helpful, the hotel lobby is quite spacious & comfortable, the check-in service is quite fast, the waiting time for the lift is quite long & the freight elevator can be used & faster, the hotel rooms are quite spacious & clean, all hotel room equipment is functioning properly, The air conditioner is cold, the hot water for bathing is satisfying for soaking, the breakfast menu is quite a lot & tastes pretty good, the hotel has a garden to relax, there is a kids & adults pool which is quite clean + towels are available, there is a play ground room for children & air-conditioned , the hotel is next to Bandung Indah Plaza, a hotel with a strategic location in the city of Bandung

Disappointed with this hotel.
I lost 1 motorcycle helmet because the security guard Aryaduta directed the motorbike parking at BIP, and it turned out that the BIP security guard was angry because Arya's parking was not there so that without my knowledge, I finally took two of my helmets, one could be taken but the other one was lost.

On the first day there was no gel soap provided, instead there were two shampoos, the power plug on the table didn't work.

Asked for free parking, the front office said already but it turned out that the officer below said he had to pay again.

Staying 2 nights at Arya Duta Hotel Bandung was very satisfied. First because he was connecting with the Bandung Indah Plaza Mall, so if you need to find food, stay at the mall, you don't need to be confused anymore. Secondly, the swimming pool and kids corner on the 3rd floor are very comfortable for children. Third, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, yes the standard is a 5 star hotel. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city, stuck to the mall beep through the side door of the lgsg mall. For looking for food, gasgas a lot of food. Breakfast is okay, tasty but not quite a lot of variants, not a little. The service was friendly and when I checked in it was very fast. The room is also very spacious, but this needs to be renewed because the smell of the carpet is not good and the building is repainted so it is even better.

After a long drive from Jakarta through worst traffic, I was hoping could have a rest at the room, unfortunately the room was not ready on 2 pm. I was waiting in swimming pool for 1 hour waiting for the reception to call. A bit disappointing for 4 star hotel.
Eventually it was paid with the room. We got a good view on the corner. The breakfast also good with various traditional menu.

Woooaah likes this hotel. Binyang 5 Nha is perfect. From service to amenities perfecto. Very satisfied. Even though it's expensive, it won't lose. Recomemded this hotel.
