The security service is very bad, looking at the fur, I checked in 2 days even just 1 day I put it, this part I wanted to enter the hotel I happened to use a motorbike, only I was detained in front of almost not allowed to enter, then right when I went to meet the security guard in front of the lobby , instead I was mocked, I intend to just check out, just give a card, only my motorbike was told to move here and there, even though I was already in the lobby, very bad security services, please evaluate, and in the checking section before entering the lobby the people were not friendly, bad attitude , I arrived at exactly 12.00 noon on November 28 2019, please evaluate!

Nice enough hotel. It is quite large and in a pretty good location.

We got the Club lounge, the bedroom is big enough for kid, service is good

First time experiencing Aryadutta. We had hope to be served well and staff readiness. But what we got was very late room readiness. We just got our room at 4PM :( we had our reservation long time before we arrived.

Overall staffs were nice enough to us, responding well to our demands, and what is best for this hotel is its location at the heart of Bandung city

A good hotel with big, clean rooms and baths which however need an urgent upgrade because they're beginning to show their old age. Our room: the carpet that used to be fluffy is now flat and thin, just like the pillows, in the bathroom the toilet seat is yellowing and full of scratches. The matress is not very comfortable since it has a dent in the middle, the blanket is also too thin. Great room amenities but with a too small electric kettle. The variety of the complimentary breakfast is way below expectation for a four star hotel like this: no salad, just one kind of fruit available, etc. Pool and kids' club are great. Staff is friendly and polite. The garden restaurant looks like a paradise up in the air. It and its huge, beautiful garden are professionally maintained.

Love the pool and the kids playground. The food is nice enough. We're not staying because we're locals but its quite enjoyable. Parking is a problem though since the hotel share its parking lot with a mall next to it

The hotel is quite classy but because the building has been included for a long time so the impression of luxury is less radiant. The rest of the hotel is very comfortable food is delicious

the rooms are spacious and clean even though the hotel is old ... only the food and breakfast is less attractive and the quality of ordinary food is just for the price it should be better and the food is a little ... outdoor swimming pool and kids station is good for kids, my kids like it .. overall good experience except breakfast

At first glance the hotel building looks like an old building but it turns out that after entering it is really good. The staff service is friendly and good, the rooms are spacious and nice but there is no refrigerator .. even though when booking the initial there was a refrigerator facility in the room. Food taste okay with a wide variety of food.

One thing that must be improved is the lack of hotel parking space. At the beginning of entry there is still parking available but when leaving the hotel and back again there is no parking space and finally outdoor parking is opposite the hotel.

It was my first time to the Arya Duta Bandung hotel. The first impression when entering the hotel lobby is the atmosphere is comfortable, the front office staff and the security are friendly, snacks and lunch are ok.

Hotels in Bandung with nice atmosphere and ornaments. Being in downtown Bandung, makes it easier for people to come. Very friendly service, just a pity the parking is a little confusing.

A very nice big hotel, the staffs are friendly. Big garden with tennis court, mini football court, swimming pool. You can go to the BIP mall by foot only for 3 mins, and also surrounded by a good night life and food or restaurants. A very nice place to stay in Bandung.

Breakfast is not really much for Europeans and the shower in the bath is life is dangerous is an anti slip mat but that does not work so we unfortunately found out

This aryaduta hotel is a strategic place, guys, if you want to go to the satay building or want to go to Bandung's square it can be very close to the walk because the hotel is in the city center. When it comes to complete facilities there is a gym, spa, swimming pool, tennis court and for those who like to eat there are also restaurants. For families, it's really recommended because I think the place is nice and comfortable for relaxing with the family. The hotel staff are also friendly if we need immediate help. Anyway, I'm very satisfied staying there so I don't want to go home.

Very comfortable ... like in the house itself. All hotel staff are friendly. 1 the lack of parking is difficult especially if there is no wedding event ... breakfast so so but it's not bad. Register to become members and order via web is cheaper ... especially if there is a bounce package. Order via web bs room upgrade is still available ... TOp.

Still having the luxury of a hotel used to be even though it was ancient

Stayed here May for 2 nights, business room with great view, spacious and comfy bed. This hotel was previously Grand Hyatt, thus it was built with elegance and solid materials. So even its old I did not mind it as the cleanliness is very good, design is pleasing, the staff are well spoken in English. Friendly and knowledgeable. Suana was good for 5 people, just need to make it smell like spa and redecorate a bit. Pool area is fab and huge, not busy at all. Room service food is very good value, tasty and well presented. Plus factor of this hotel - connected to a mall. Recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights during Lebaran. Hotel was nice, breakfast also good but less variety and the capacity for breakfast they need to anticipate during high sesasons, so not too long waiting for breakfast. We stayed at connecting deluxe room and it was so huge...we also have our waiting room sofa in front of our room in the corridor.
