A convenient and strategic hotel in the center of the city and adjacent to the BIP mall. There is a place for meetings, gatherings and weddings too

Strategic location, close to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall, Gramedia bookstore and crossing there Bandung Electronic City. The food is good, the room is spacious and clean. The staff is also very friendly. This hotel was formerly named Hyatt.

Old hotel but not bad,, breakfast have many various menu,, taste ok,, big room,, need more maintenance

A hotel that meets expectations. Strategic location, close to shopping centers. The interior and exterior of the building is very magical and modern, exceptions to the halls which are like 'ordinary' but still quite satisfying.

the ballroom is spacious, the food is pretty good, the parking lot can't park outside for the g in house

the employees are very friendly & deftly helpful, the hotel lobby is quite spacious & comfortable, the check-in service is quite fast, the waiting time for the lift is quite long & the goods lift can be used & faster, the hotel rooms are quite spacious & clean, all hotel room equipment is functioning properly , AC is cold, hot water for bathing is satisfying for soaking, the breakfast menu is quite a lot & tastes pretty good, the hotel has a garden to relax, there is a pool for children & adults which is quite clean + towels are available, there is a play ground for children & kids AC, the hotel is next to Bandung Indah Plaza, a hotel with a strategic location in the city of Bandung

Arya Duta Hotel Bandung is a 5-star hotel with complete facilities, but to be honest I'm a little disappointed with the laundry service that is less responsive. Why do I say so? At that time we held an annual meeting to be exact at the beginning of 2017, this class hotel experienced unpreparedness in handling laundry services which should be automatically bought every morning by the roomboy, but in reality there was a day where my laundry and some of my friends were not taken until in the afternoon, I even called 3 times. that's just a little disappointment that I feel, besides good.

Cool ... the hotel is comfortable ... the service is good ... the parking space that is less looking for parking is difficult maybe because the guests are many ... and the lif is lacking ... wait in front of the elevator bs until 10 minutes even though there are 15 floors

we are staying at 1508 and just checked in about 2.30 pm. Room was clean and check in process was fast. No welcome drink or refresh provided during check in.

Unfortunately, after observed closely the situation in the room, we start picking up couple things:
- no towels provided
- guest service officer open the door without permission/knocking
- back and forth knocking just to asking anything required, and come back again to deliver large towel and small towel (even we have spoken on the phone before about what we need)

Not sure if we will receive more surprise until we check out tomorrow.

Nice hotel, good location, but lack of standard services as 4 star hotel. Seems no proper training for the front line members who deal direct with the guests.

Waiting for the room for more than an hour, when I got the room key it turned out that the inside was messy and hadn't been cleaned up at all. After complaining, it was just cleared up

Classic neat, only the mosque is too small for guests if there is an event, if expanded a little more ok + add ablution place too

Old hotel with spacious room,wide range of tasty breakfast buffet and connected directly to Bandung Indah Plaza mall. The only thing we didnt like from our stay in this hotel was its 3 old elevators were veerryyy slow and took long time to wait.
