very clean and modern room. right across from Disney parking lot to hop onto the shuttle. excellent

Double Queen Specialty room was great. Location is across the street from the Toy Story parking which is perfect if your going to Disneyland.

Rooms have lots of random noises, from broken HVAC systems to generators outside the window and construction noise not helped by thin windows. Bed isn't very comfortable and they took 30 minutes to bring me a spare spoon.

Very clean, friendly staff. Room had a nice layout with seperate area for seating.

Clean, very modern Price / performance ratio ok considering the proximity to Disneyland as a starting point. Breakfast buffet in sufficient quantity available, paid parking space in generously dimensioned garage.

PROS: Staff was friendly and helpful, place place is 1 mile from Disneyland's main entrance, the place is roomier than average. CONS: Included breakfast was average and our room was cold.

Really clean rooms, configured in a family-friendly way with a small wall between beds and sitting area. Staff were great and very helpful about local dining and Disney parks. Breakfast was great too. Moderate walk to Disney but you can cheat and take the Toy Story shuttle just about a block to the Northeast

Very nice hotel with all suite type rooms- mini to 2-bdrm. Clean and comfortable. Attentive staff. Good breakfasts-included with room-temperature served each morning. Changing menu each day. V good 24/7 restaurant with food for most preferences. Hot whirlpool and pool that is cool.

Had to.kove 2 rooms. The first one had ants in the shower. Th second room had a strange smell. The that Rd room was fine

Very close to Disneyland. The hotel was very clean and the staff who work here were top notch.

Nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to Disneyland, less than one mile. The walk takes about 10 minutes or you can walk across the street to the parking are where there is a shuttle. If I ever returned to Disney I'd stay here again.

Staff is extremely kind & helpful. Check-in & checkout was smooth and quick. Rooms are clean & comfy. For Disneyland goers, this is a close spot to hop the bus from Toy Story lot.

We stayed there 6 days and 3 of the days our room wasn't clean, we had to call for towels every day we were there. I would never go back

Having stayed for business, I would only return on a family holiday as the hotel is very close to Dizzyland. You have to plan your morning around missing the rush for breakfast.

Only good thing about the rooms, (we had a suite) Other than that no porters, restaurant at breakfast mediocre.
The same people who work at the reception are the same people you find serving at the restaurant.

The breakfast is really good. The toilets should be upgraded to they are environmental friendly. The sink faucet sprayed onto the counter. Other then that it was a comfy stay. The beds were just right for me. I was in the double room.

Great staff and fantastic location to Disneyland! Hard to beat a Hyatt breakfast and their overall experience!

With the World of Hyatt Discoverist level, I started here complimentary and received a 2pm late check-out, no questions asked. Room is BIG and the free breakfast is wonderful. Great hotel for a Disneyland- 20 minute walk to park, or cross the street and take an official Disney bus in for free. Awesome experience!

The hotel is really nice and clean and comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious , views are really nice, it's easy to park. My only complaint is that the housekeeping service did not vacuum and that only mattered because my young child had eaten chips and so there was crumbs on the floor. That made it noticeable that she had not vacuumed. Otherwise, when we requested extra towels or coffee it was delivered to our door within minutes. Everyone was cheerful and happy and really just accommodating

Surprised at how nice and convenient this place is. Room is huge, walking distance to both the convention center and Disneyland, and the staff is actually delightful. The front desk team has been super entertaining and helpful.

Very clean and affordable accommodations within walking distance of the parks. It's about a 15min walk to the Disneyland Gates from the lobby. Not too bad. Rooms are nice and big with plenty of room to stretch out. Underground parking and free buffet-style breakfast make this a place to consider when heading to Anaheim overnight.

The hotel is located conveniently near Disneyland, and offers solid service, comfortable modern rooms, and good service at a great value. The staff were terrific again, as this was our second time staying at this hotel. The breakfast was good, though offered no variety from day to day; it would be nice to see some variation.

Hyatt place was better than expected! Some of the negative reviews are harsh compared to our experience. Our room wasn't ready so the manager compensated us with free parking and a larger room. It was a very nice stay. Highly recommend!

Nice room, people who work here are very nice and accommodating. Facilities are clean. Parking rate of 17.00 is excessive.

Entry level Hyatt property. The rooms and hotel are clean and well maintained, although there's a few knitpicks which lowered my overall rating. I'd consider coming again for the location close to the convention center but it'll come down to the price. That being said, the staff and service was absolutely exceptional.

Parking is $16/night but there was also an extra $2.40 city fee that isn't mentioned.

Rooms are not well insulated from the hallway and I could hear the children screaming in the hallways and doors slamming across the hall at night even though it's supposed to be quiet hours. I had a 5th floor street facing room and the street nose was pretty obvious. Could hear motorcycles cars etc so if that bothers you request a non street facing room.

Breakfast is above average for included breakfasts. There were scrambled eggs with mushroom and cheese as well as fruit bread coffee and pastries.

24/7 dining area has affordable prices for a quick bite.

This was my third time staying here. I chose it again because of the location, cleanliness and large rooms. This visit was different, the garbages upon check in were over flowing (although there was a huge group of prob over 70 people that were checking in) so I didn t let that bother me. But what did bother me was the room didn t seem clean like before and every time we left the hotel there were people smoking outside, it was disgusting. I felt like the staff should have taken care of that. On our second day there I didn t have housekeeping attend to our room. But they afternoon I called the front desk and requested three towels, and was told they would be up with them. We left the room 2 hours after making that call and when I returned at 1030 pm I was hoping the towels would have been dropped off. But they weren t, so I made another call and mentioned that I called to get them already and was told that they are busy and working hard at answering all requests, so I mentioned the to called a few hours prior and was apologized to and said they would figure out what happened . I ended up not reserving the towels at all and had to dry off the next day with a hand towel. Upon checkout I mentioned what had happened and the lady at the front said oh I m sorry I will look into this . Not sure I would return

The hotel's close proximity to Disneyland and low price (compared to many others) was the reason we chose to go to this hotel. The rooms were clean, service was fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff was friendly, helpful and highly professional. They provide an excellent guest experience. The room is large and very comfortable. I love that there is a separate sitting area with a comfy sofa that converts for sleeping. Room style is minimal, almost Asian in nature - calm and soothing. Breakfast is amazing, as is the offerings in room service. But just know that you go down to pick up your order, it is not delivered. The location is great, close to the convention center and Disney. There are several amenities such as underground parking, a pool, and the ability to purchase discounted tickets to area attractions. Overall the experience has been amazing.

Hotel with all the services, and its staff very attentive

Worst experience in a hotel. Staff was rude and lacks basic guest service skills. Ambulance was called to get to a hospital because the hotel staff would not let me access medication in my room. Police was eventually called to get my cell phone out of the room.

IF I HAVE THE OPTION I WOULD GIVE ZEROOOOO STARS "HYATT" WITH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DISHONEST PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS LOCATION. DONT BELIVE IN WHAT THEY SAY GET IT IN WRITING SOME HOW IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT HYATT AGAIN!

We arrived late because we spent the day at Disneyland. My wife likes a glass of milk before bed. I don't think they had any, but the front desk lady got her a glass from their kitchen AND even made me a chocolate milk without asking! To top it off I got a warm peanut butter cookie as well. THAT IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! We're already planning a trip back soon to visit this property!

Best value close to Disneyland. Decent breakfast buffet. Staff is very nice and attentive (front desk could use more staffing). The rooms are very large and could easily sleep 6 in a standard room.

Close enough to disneyland to make walking there no problem. Rooms are clean and professional atmosphere. Clientele is a mixture of business professionals attending conventions and Disney attendees. The only minus would be the homeless people at the nearby bus stop.

Took the Family to Disney while checking on some of my current flips in the area. Great staff, pricing, and the breakfast was included and very good. We will for sure be back!!

Stayed here for Blizzcon, amazing service and perfectly clean rooms. Morning breakfast was actually very tasty and looked forward to it every morning. Staff was very friendly and I had no issues while I stayed here.

Great room! Excellent breakfast. The lack of the fifth star is due to the 30 minute wait for check in. Other than that, the place is awesome. 0.7 miles walk to disney!

Pillows are like rocks and the beds are not comfortable at all

The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The room was spacious and accommodated 4 of us comfortably. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However there was a stretch of time late at night in which we were trying to order food from the gallery host and she was just too busy to help us. It wasn't really her fault, she was just all alone and there were other guests who needed help. The other complaint I have is that the five star breakfast they boast was just terrible. The fruit was bordering on rotten and the sausage tasted like it had been in the freezer for a year. All in all, the stay was alright.
