Stayed there for 4 nights for Disneyland. Very clean hotel and staff called the room shortly after check in to see if we needed towels or anything extra.

The staff was super helpful, the beds were super comfortable, and it was really close by Disneyland so we could just walk into the Disneyland parking lot and take the shuttle to the park. Great experience.

My go to hotel for Disneyland. Free breakfast and relatively new rooms. It's a bit if a hike to Disneyland but worth it for the value.

This place was really nice and very close to Disneyland. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast area was a little cramped in the morning. My shower was slow to drain. It was otherwise a very nice hotel.

The staff was very accommodating Debbie at the front desk was a life saver and more then helped our family out in a pinch. She was favorite part about the hotel. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from Disneyland. The rooms are nice and big and easily suitable for a family of 4 or 5. They do have Starbucks and an eatery downstairs and offer a very nice free breakfast. It would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room (they do have one downstairs for use) and an upgraded coffee maker, maybe room service.

Clean, friendly, complimentary breakfast that wasn't total garbage

The rooms are quite nice, and everything was quite clean. The breakfast was incredibly good for a hotel breakfast. One problem we had was that the sink and mirror were in the same room as the shower, making it hard for our family of 4 to get ready in the morning.

I loved the hotel. I stayed 10 days and it was exceptional.
Ideal location for those going to Disney and those going to the congress center.

Less than 20 minutes walking to Disneyland Pass. I walk a little but the room is large and beautiful. Above all it is wonderful to have breakfast for free.

Only 4 because breakfast is not really great. But honestly the rooms are amazing and spacious. Comfortable beds and even has couches. Very good location and price. Cheaper than nearby places by far. Polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Rooms are clean though lack the polish to make it an elegant hotel. Distance to Disneyland is walkable, about a mile which takes around 20 minutes if walk diligently. Staff is very friendly and willing to try to help you with most requests or questions. Hotel is in a sort of inlet from the main road, so it's a bit quieter than some of the others that line the street. Breakfast is free every morning and offers a rotating variety of foods that are just a bit higher quality than your standard breakfast fare.

Stayed for 3 nights with family because it's walking distance to disney land. Nice hotel. Had room with bunk beds which was nice. Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean. The decor in my room seemed a little dated but I had a room with bunk beds so other rooms might have been more modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free newspapers at front desk.

Room was clean and suited our needs. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, always greeting us when returning to the hotel. Continental breakfast is very hearty and there are a variety of options available daily.

If I could give this place zero stars I would absolutely gross!! They have a bed bug problem found one right on the top of the bed!!! This hotel is terrible and infested stay away!!

Convenient to Disney, walking distance to the park shuttles. Spacious rooms with the standard Hyatt furniture.

We arrived for late check in and were given room keys for a room that was already occupied. Rooms were clean and complimentary breakfast was nice but beds are very firm. Also has no shuttle service from hotel to Disneyland. Staff says it s not offered since the hotel is in walking distance to the park. If you want a shuttle, you have to use the one from the toy story parking garage which is right across the street from Disneyland. Hotel parking fee of $18 per day plus transient fee which is pretty ridiculous just to stay there.

Personal was great and hotel is very well kept. On the opposite our room was not cleaned well and a couple nights we had no towels or bags in the trash cans after it being cleaned. The breakfast was the same everyday with the expectation of waffles,pancakes or french toast being changed. Very bland food. We choose the hotel for location and it was still a long walk to Disneyland. Overall an expensive hotel for what you truly are getting.

I am very disappointed in this hotel (more like a motel really) this place is on another level when it comes to price gouging. DO NOT fall for $ per night that they advertise, as you need to add CA tourism tax, "occupancy tax," Anaheim tourism tax, $17/day parking, parking tax, and the list goes on! Basically, add $60 to any price you see listed. The front desk is ran by Peter, who hates most things in life, and will not be afraid to make your stay as unpleasant as he can muster. The breakfast is OK -- nothing to great about it and always the same. BEWARE of their Gallery market, they will offer things to your children (gave my daughter a bag of M&Ms and smiled) only to charge it to you later under the premise it was free...yeah right. The only good thing I liked was that the hot tub was actually hot, and the house keeping was on point. That's it. Stay at the the Hilton across the way, had friends there and were very happy.

We booked into this place we got 2 separate rooms.. my room and my sister in laws room had this horrible toilet smell to them so we had them changed our rooms.. they gave us new rooms and they were better with nice views also they have free breakfast.. ik only giving it a 4 star because of the smell of the room

The hotel was nice and up to date and we got upgraded to a bigger room which was a good start. Our room was very clean it was small but it fitted a queen size bed, bunk bed and a sofa bed. I am surprised that it fitted all that perfectly, so it was a big but small room. The bathroom was clean and stylish. We got complimentary breakfast which wasn't too bad. The location was a bit of a long walk to Disneyland though. My stay was very good otherwise.

Beautiful room, great service at an affordable price

Great room for a family. Queen bed, bunk bed, and a pull out couch. And being right next to Disneyland, it makes it the ideal place to stay.

Amazing experience. The check-in staff was very helpful and friendly and the same can be said about checkout. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was a little small and cold but the hot tub was nice. The room itself had some noise from traffic outside and was a little cold. Parking had a $18 fee but it was a well lit underground lot, and we charged our car for free overnight. We would stay again!

Very nice room and services. Our check inn was so easy and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Disneyland or just Anaheim.

It was AMAZING. When my brother or I have a tournament in Anaheim, we always stay here, because it's close to the convention center, and it has a lot of great restaurants near the hotel. It has a lot of things I liked better, than some of the higher classes of Hyatt. The housekeeping and service was just absolutely amazing. Breakfast was pretty good.

Very clean and efficient with the best breakfast for hotels in this price class that I have ever seen!
Rooms are super spacious with sometimes a full seating area. The parking was $18 a night which is quite expensive for my taste (self parking) but I guess thats LA ;)

Stayed in a room with 5 other people (it had bunks). Nice room, close to Disneyland. We walked to Disneyland in the morning but took the shuttle home in the evening.

Employees at the counter were nice from the moment we checked in and continued to greet us and say goodbye as we walked in and out. The rooms were clean and I had no complaints.

Nice basic hotel close to the convention center. Some of the rooms have bunk beds for families going to competitions at the convention center or heading over to Disneyland. Ground level parking fills up fast as it serves two hotels. Additional parking is available in the underground lot. Underground parking has direct elevator access to the rooms.

Been here before. The hotel is nice, but is not a Regency, or anything fancy like that. You can here people running around on the floors above, showers, etc., but the family rooms (regular room w/partition and bunk beds) are great!
The breakfast is nothing special, but its included in the price, so might as well take advantage. Easy access to the Parks by walking across the street to the Toy Story Lot and riding the bus for free.

Great, friendly, updated clean hotel located within walking distance to Disney Land and downtown Disney (Shopping). Across the street is a free bus (Woody) which goes directly to the park entrance.

We really liked our stay- the rooms were clean and nice, and they even let us check-in early because one of the rooms was already ready. You have to pay for parking, but the parking lot was covered and reasonably priced. One bunk bed room fit our family of 6 (4 kids, 2 adults). The continental breakfast was awesome, and they had enough options for the whole family to feel satisfied before heading to Disneyland park. It was about a 15-20 min. walk with our stroller, and with 4 kids and me being pregnant it was still easily doable. My kids loved their beds, and would easily fall asleep in them upon return from the park. We had a good night sleep two nights in a row. I would definitely go back.
