We arrived for late check in and were given room keys for a room that was already occupied. Rooms were clean and complimentary breakfast was nice but beds are very firm. Also has no shuttle service from hotel to Disneyland. Staff says it s not offered since the hotel is in walking distance to the park. If you want a shuttle, you have to use the one from the toy story parking garage which is right across the street from Disneyland. Hotel parking fee of $18 per day plus transient fee which is pretty ridiculous just to stay there.
