Clean, very well serviced, wonderful view of the ocean and gives Boston city a dream. Coffee makes wonderful morning.

This elegant hotel has a great location on the water without the congestion of the city. The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is close to Boston Logan, a ferry ride to Faneuil Hall and other historic Boston sights. The restaurant is beautiful and has a lovely city view. And the gym and fitness center is awesome. Great for business conferences or a romantic getaway.

It was a great experience the room was lovely with the view and we were accommodated very quickly as we needed a refrigerator in the room and it was brought within minutes.

Great views of the harbor. I did not notice airport noise, despite being so close. I didn't like that I could hear normal conversations in the next room, but it's possible that situation could be alleviated during the current remodel.

Splendid harborside views. Rooms are ok, except for A/C which is a bit on the louder side.

I have stayed at many hotels in the last 5 years, for my honeymoon, PAX East, misc vacations. I have never had the service I received here. I don't think I can stay at any other hotel in Boston, and will have to find Hyatt hotel everywhere I go

Beautiful location on the harbor, we paid for the view, and well worth it. The food was delicious, we were able to order it right before midnight, quick turnaround with great quality still. I definitely recommend staying here while in Boston. And definitely helpful right next to the airport.

Beautiful location, but you pay for it. Lot parking is outrageous! Clean hotel with pleasant staff. Restaurant is just average food and overpriced.

The views are spectacular of Boston Harbor, great waterfront walk, water taxi available out the back door, brunch was worth every penny of the $26, room was comfortable would have liked a fridge. Service was FANTASTIC from check in to check out from all staff members. Ere very accommodating with my dog. Great dog walk area and friendly guests. Highly recommend!!!

The employees were friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the view of the harbor and airport. The shuttle driver was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

It's an oasis at the airport and plenty of open space along the harbor. Best view of Boston Skyline. The outdoor Restaraunt patio makes the place feel like a resort in the summertime!

If anybody out there is trying to find bargain deals for hotels and resorts check out . booked a hotel room on there and they had the best rates worldwide!

This is a great option if you are flying out in the morning. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, quiet. Great view from the room evening and the morning. Convenient, quick shuttle to the check in.

nice hotel but a touch removed from civilization. Just on the perimeter of the airport so getting off property takes a bit of thought. Otherwise, the food is good and the views across the water are nice too.

Beautiful view but can't really walk anywhere. Right across from airport. One has to pay each time driving to the city (toll). Too isolated!

Too noisy from the next door guests. Two small kids next door and I can hear them talk, cry, laugh, ...

Asked for earplugs from front desk. After 1 hour and two calls, I gave up.

I travel to Boston at least 3 times a year. I recommend staying on the other side of the bay.

Very nice place right a the end of the inbound runway, cabs don't like to come here .

Wonderful stay in a harbor view room. Room was clean- and the view was amazing. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient.

Breakfast buffet not acceptable for the price, unfriendly staff at breakfast (except Isa), rooms very loud and without fridge. But nice view, new furniture and big screen.

Very tired. Stained ceilings and carpets on entry. Rooms have old scarred furniture. No robes, slippers, bubble bath, and coffee only for one. Hallway and room noises prevalent. Not a high end experience and very well below expectations.

The main window that overlooks the harbor is well worth the stay, such a great view to come back to each time you return to your room.

Wow. As someone relatively new to East Boston, having this gem in the neighborhood is great. We experienced the outdoor patio along the harbor last night. Other than a s'more dessert interpreted poorly, everything was fantastic. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We had multiple conversations with servers, a host, and a manager and each one added to our experience. Well done, Hyatt. Keep it up and looking forward to the next evening on the patio.

My husband and I attended our 50th high school reunion last weekend .All staff we encountered friendly and helpful. Function room view excellent,food and service top quality. We would certainly recommend to our friends.

Beautiful view from the outdoor patio. Horrible patio service from the bar. 20 minutes for a drink. 30 minutes to get a dessert. Terrible service at the breakfast buffet; for almost $30 you would think they would offer you coffee...nope...had to ask since they were not paying attention. so-so blueberries served in the green cardboard supermarket basket, so-so bruised bananas covering the good ripe bananas. Strawberries that were not de-cored. Totally uninspired breakfast. This hotel fits the adage "the more you pay, the more you pay, and the less you get." And $46 for self-park for 8 hours of parking to top off the stay.

Awesome view of the harbor, and fairly easily accessible

Place was clean but getting a little long in the tooth. The staff was very helpful. Food in the restaurant was overpriced and middle of the road as far as quality was concerned. I ordered a ribeye steak and thought that maybe I had gone to Golden Corral on steak night. It was not even an inch thick.

It's in a good place good views but the bed was s hard I like hard but like a rock of you have any back or hip pain going on dont stay there I have stayed there 5 times but this very very hard bed.frobt desk said all beds are the same

Decent enough for 1 night. Faucet was partially broken and coffee maker was broken but was clean

Best places really nice to meeting rooms are awesome diffuser awesome or looking the water how can I get better any better than that. The staff is overall really friendly and polite and the place looks really clean I definitely would visit this place again

I stayed here on Christmas Eve. It has a beautiful view of the Boston harbor which was perfect for the fireworks display. The staff was very friendly and informative. The rooms were modern and clean.

15th floor wonderful view and most comfortable bed and lots of soft pillows.

Beautiful view of the river. Loved the outside sitting area. Lobster roll and calamare were great. Reasonable price for gorgeous view plus good food. Parking was 5 dollars for 2 hours. I would come again.

It was great. Clean, stylish and the food was good. The location had more to be desired. Great if you want to be next to the airport. Not so if you have no reason. Amazingly you could not hear the planes in the rooms. If it wasn't for the location it might have gotten a five.

A fabulous experience... Even at someone else's expense... Flight delay, you may know the story. Their shuttle driver was exuding smiles and care, so that was a good start after a 12 hour delay. Receptionist wasn't exactly brimming with smiles and a welcome - more function, efficiency and professionalism. Venue very clean. Room excellent. Most comfortable bed too (ours was 7th floor overlooking the harbor). Restaurant staff in evening were very accommodating and went beyond their means to look after us, and next day a very similar experience at lunch, with different staff, pretty much the same. Food in the restaurant is well worth exploring - crab cakes were delicious, the fish sandwich big flakey and juicy, fresh bread too... Seems to be a very well managed place this. A credit to the staff working there.

When I booked this trip, I put a special request in for a king bed and a view of the harbor. These guys really came through and so far, I ve had a great experience. The place is clean, the people are friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. The only downside is that they have an outdated phone system here. So, if you re on hold, you may get disconnected a couple times before you reach somebody; but otherwise, incredibly friendly staff. One last thing, the food in the restaurant is ridiculously expensive. You could expect to spend half of that if you take a taxi over the harbor into the city. I Addressed this to the management and they said they are working on a new menu with more affordable pricing.

Very comfortable room. Great view - regardless of which side of the building : more expensive to overlook the harbor, other side of building -view of Logan airport, which I found Facinating. Restaurant with view of harbor - good food, but expensive. Far away from everything, but a $20 Roundtree ticket gets you a great harbor cruise on a water taxi to Long Wharf - the famous Quincy Market Place and Faneuil Hall.

Room and front desk was great, house keeping left our door cracked open all day and the food at the hotel restaurant was average. 3.5 stars.

The room is spacious the view is incredible if you get the city side. Otherwise you'll be watching airplanes take off all day. The bathroom was dated and bland. I had a pleasant stay nonetheless. I would stay there agan. 4 stats for the bathroom not being so nice.

Nice enough hotel. Had some strange experiences here though. The first night the fire alarm went off twice so they comped the second night and breakfast. That was thoughtful. Their "concierge" doesn't know how to read a ferry schedule which resulted in us having to take a $45 lyft when we already had public transit passes.

Great views of the runway. Only took minutes to get to my plane with the shuttle that was waiting in the hotel lobby.

Meh. $46 overnight parking in a huge lot with limited security. The lot is very large and mostly empty so parking spaces themselves aren't in low supply to warrant the high fee. Difficult to get to nearby restaurants. Noise travels freely between rooms and hallway. Enjoyed the ease of accessing the airport.

This was a great hotel for our short layover and the Boston airport. Very clean and upscale feeling. Airport shuttle was prompt to pick up and drop off.

24 hour " room service" isn't really room service. It's your choice of a couple pre-packaged sandwichs or salads delivered by front desk personnel. Soft drinks no beer or wine.

The location was nice, with views of Boston. The service was fantastic.

This place is peaceful ,pleasant ,hygienic .make sure to book the harbor view room. The downstairs harbor side grill and bar is awesome.we loved the drinks and the food .we wanted to taste some fish dish and our choice didnot disappointed us .everything was delicious.
The waiters are awesome guys too.they suggest the best.
Just wanted to add something about the hotel room.the room is with just basics.there were no extra drawers to put your stuff if you are planning to stay more than couple of nights and no microwave or kitchen facility.
There is coffee machine. Its get for just roamaround,eat outside and just come to your room for rest.

Here for a family wedding. Not only did they accommodate us earlier than we expected with an early flight, but when we had a small issue with our room that was no fault of the hotel, they quickly and courteously took care of us. The view is beautiful, rooms are clean and modern, and service has been excellent. Shuttle service to subway, airport, etc has also been extremely convenient.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet, and very nice. Bed was very comfortable. We have an infant daughter who has issues sleeping most places, but slept through the night here. The view from the restaurant and water walkway is exceptional. Easy access from the airport and easy access via water taxi to down town. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boston!

The air conditioner in my room was distressingly loud. They served me raw potatoes and an almost raw egg for breakfast. Watching the plane land and take off from the window in my room was nice.
