Clean and friendly. Rooms are comfortable with great harbor views.

A little tough to find through Logan airport roads. But once there pay parking was easy with validation offered. Lobby was small but the staff was very accommodating. My event was outside under their tent. The sound system snore than adequate for the speakers. Superb views of Boston skyline. Food was excellent and service was good. Again the staff was scent helpful doing validation for the whole business group who left simultaneously. What could have been a long wait went very quickly. One of the staff even came out to the lot to hold poem the gate and show quick exit from the lot.

Paid extra for a king bed instead of two queens - got a room with one small, hard pullout couch. Correct - no bed at all. Just a pullout couch. And an extremely extremely stiff, pokey one at that with no comforter, just sheets. Insane.

Overpriced wine in plastic cups, mediocre food on paper plates, and a big fat bill. Won't do that again.

What a setting! A hotel built in the shape of a giant lighthouse and surrounded on three sides by the waters of Boston Harbor, connected to the city by a long, elegant walking and jogging path, or by water taxi. The hotel restaurant has nice views but could use a much more interesting menu and a chef who knows what "rare" means for a steak.

I had come to Boston for my 23rd birthday this past February.. My friend treated me to a nice night out on the city & a stay at this convienent hotel on the water. We didn't hangout much in our room , besides to get ready & sleep the night off but I came back to a delicious slice of chocolate cake, a bottle of wine & a card all from the wonderful girl at the desk, her name was Grace.. Thank you Grace!! I was so in awe by how special she made me feel from the second I checked in to the time I left. I really appreciated my stay at the Hyatt regency Boston.

Very Late picking me up a Logan airport made me wait 1 hour. Had to called 3 times?
My room reservation already prepared with water view. Upon arrival my request upon making the reservation before arrival is not in my request. Then I was asked for a $25 more up charge.For water view. I refuse. On line the price was 118.00
My confirmation was 136.oo
My check out bill was over 200.00 what up with this?? Be carefull when book there even though it's going through your company or whatever please be careful and save your company much money.
Order food for room up charge again on my gratitude very disappointed at this.

Front desk and concierge are friendly and helpful. Depending on the room, this hotel has beautiful views. If your room doesn't face the water, don't fret! Hang out in their restaurant where it overlooks the beautiful Boston harbor. My only complaint is that they don't have USB charging stations (in my room anyway). The food is also fresh and cooked and presented well. I would stay here again.

This hotel is only 8 minutes from the airport. Rooms towards the harbor have a phenomenal view. The restaurant faces the harbor and it is pretty good. The hotel is clean and tightly kept. The staff is friendly and well trained. I was attending a meeting and the meeting spaces were very nice.

The view was spectacular! Water taxi was at the hotel so we rode over to the city.

Beautiful hotel, great views, especially at night. Parking is outrageous at $47 a night.

Pros: The view, nice waterfront walking area, stylish, modern rooms, easy to and from airport. Cons: No laundry, expensive restaurant. As opposed to the downtown Hyatt, this one is very peaceful, but isolated. The Hyatt near Downtown Crossing is right in the middle of everything - very short walk to whatever you want/need.

Easiest and quickest check in I ve ever had at a hotel, complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, clean and modern rooms. This place definitely seems to cater for the airport travelers just stopping by for a night, which was perfect! I d definitely stay here again.

Excellent service and clean, well-equipped rooms. Beautiful views of the "hawba" from your room, the restaurant, or the outdoor patio area. Water taxi takes you right into downtown Boston and there's a shuttle service to and from the airport.

There are virtually no drawers in the room to put things in. Restaurant was good especially the clam chowder.

This is a great option if you are flying out in the morning. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, quiet. Great view from the room evening and the morning. Convenient, quick shuttle to the check in.

I loved staying here. We flew in from Florida into Boston and decided to stay there at this hotel for 1 night. Very clean, bed was very comfy. I was just a little disappointed that the breakfast was not free and you do have to pay for it, other than that it was great..

Magnificent Hotel overlooking Boston Harbor. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Love the restaurant. The view from our 5th floor room of the harbor was breathtaking enough to keep me up half the night. The bed was comfortable enough to oversleep in the morning. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone who wants a memorable experience.

My husband and I had breakfast/brunch after dropping off a friend at the airport. The brunch was wonderful, its 24 dollars per person which may seem like a lot but the quality of the food and the AMAZING view of the harbor (we sat outside) made it totally worth it. It wasn't crowded and made to order omelettes, pancakes, waffles and frenchtoast are all included so you never have to sorry about how long something sat on the warmer. The service was also great!! The ONLY reason I'm giving it a 3 is because I hate that I had to wait in line for 20 minutes after breakfast at the concierge desk to PAY for parking. First of all after spending 60 plus dollars on food in their establishment, I should not be paying for parking. Second of all in order to pay $5 instead of 13-30 you need to get your parking validated at the concierge, because no other person at the hotel can validate parking, not the front desk, not the parking attendant, nobody else. So I had to wait 20 minutes behind tourists needing directions. No exaggeration. Because of that I probably won't go back.

The hotel is located at an amazingly beautiful place. The front desk staff was polite and courteous. However, their facilities need to be managed better, as the TV in our room was not working. In order to mitigate the situation, they offered us another room after almost 2 days. Similarly, it took them one and a half day to fulfill our request of a microwave in the room even though most of the hotel was empty these days due to pandemic.

The hotel has amazing views, great restaurant, good customer service, friendly staff, and great rooms. The only problem remains in the category of prices.

Had a great stay here. All of the staff were friendly and actually looked you in the eye and smiled as you approached. A welcome change in this day and age of cell phone addiction. Beds were comfortable and the room was pleasantly appointed. The view of Boston Harbor out my window made it perfect. Will be back for sure.

Went to a lovely wedding here and the large venue was beautiful, the food delicious and hot (not a given at a large wedding) and the service excellent. Everything ran very smoothly.

No refrigerator, no microwave, no pool ! Room service didn't touch the bathroom sink. I had shaved that morning.

The hotel location is what was the best to me. Although it was cold and I couldn't enjoy the outdoor amenities they had to offer, I can see how amazing it would be on warmer days. Perfect location and very friendly staff. What I didn't like was the fee for parking! Paying for parking on top of the amount you pay for a room here is ridiculous! Had I known (which I didn't because it doesn't say it anywhere!) I wouldn't have stayed here. I wound up paying more for parking then the actual stay!! If you aren't driving in then it's perfect.

Close to the airport, nice rooms, nice view of Boston Harbour, short Water Taxi ride away from downtown.

Food is over priced and disgusting. Some of the staff not so friendly. Rooms could be cleaned better. Bartenders can't even make a simple drink.

Very nice view of Logan international airport and harbour side from the hotel.. You have a harbour walk which is a private property of the hotel and it's amazing to take a morning walk....I asked for a microwave as I am a pure vegetarian and the hotel staff were kind enough to provide me one... Water taxis are available from the hotel to the down town.

Beautiful place but I had a problem with my reservation. I ended up staying in the lobby for 45 minutes trying to resolve it. Other than that the room was beautiful. Beautiful harbor view from your window. Microwave and fridge are provided. Room is very spacious.

A wonderful harbor walk and stupendous night view of the city. Bellman took care of a deceitful cab driver for me, a rescue, much appreciated!

A highly renowned hotel located right next to Logan Airport with an efficient Boston Harbor Cruises commuter boat and water taxi service to all points in and around Boston.

The hotel is conveniently located so close to the airport and right on the water. If you receive an odd numbered hotel room, you will have an amazing view overlooking the water. The workers were all incredibly friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant is a little pricey but the food was good. Very happy with my stay and the workshop I attended was held in the Olympia conference room.

Where a place to stay. Suggest getting a room on the Bayside. Water Taxis are $3 can drop you off at business areas $6 round trip.

Beautiful view of the Boston skyline! Inside and outdoor seating with a full bar, and great food! For Pokemon go players, there is a gym right outside.

Made reservations through Costco Travel. Called Hyatt Regency informing front desk of 4 hour flight delay. Asked the front desk associate when check out was. Front desk associate stated noon. Wanted a confirmation with an arrival by 4am our room would be available. Front associate asked "What do you want me to do?" Confirm our room for a late arrival.
Upon arrival there was NO ROOM! We were listed as a NO SHOW.
To the rescue was Rasheen! Upon the explanation of our no show Rasheen stated she would take care of us. While our original Hyatt Regency reservation was unable to be filled the hotel was sold out. Rasheen secured accommodations at Embassy Suites. Another shuttle ride we finally checked in by 3am. Definitely drastically different experiences and Rasheen made all the difference. Thank you for your hospitality and making a bad situation better.
