Excellent airport hotel with a convenient shuttle, an excellent breakfast, and an attentive staff.

The salad wasnt cut up. It was like half a romaine lettuce throw it on a plate

The workout facility was excellent. I met up with friends and had a few drinks and went on my way. Definitely would recommend this place to a friend.

Best view of Boston Skyline anywhere!!!

Had dinner at the restaurant prior to fireworks... Lobster Arancini - Thumbs Up delicious
Parmesan Chicken Wings - very bland
Beet Salad - delicious just not large enough
Trifle Desert - totally Skip this one - stale greasy donut weighed down this dessert by 5 pounds

Great location to the airport. Easy access to the water taxi. Very clean hotel.

I spent 4 nights here and this was definitely a place to stay. It s by the airport but it s only a 2 minute drive to Boston because it s across the bay but it s such a nice and quiet hotel. It has amazing views the rooms are nice and clean. The beds were comfy and i slept very well. The room service only made up our room for one day of our stay because of covid they do it every four days if you don t ask them to clean which is kind of weird. So if you re coming make sure you tell them because they didn t tell us that about the rooms. Also the breakfast is expensive for what you get so watch for that. But it was really nice and I would definitely come back if I go to Boston again.

Very quite and well suited hotel with stunning view to Boston Harbor.

Rooms are big and with very comfortable and you have a selection of different pillows.

Food was very good and from local resources. I prefer a little bit different seasoning but it was ok.

There is a free shuttle running to the airport each 20 minutes.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and mostly updated. Our room was a harbor view and was beautiful, but the bath tub/shower wasn't updated when the rest of the room was, which made it look kind of dirty, even though I'm sure it was clean. Staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly, and overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The 24 hour free shuttle service to and from the airport was a life saver.

Hotel for the one night stays. If you want to be close to the airport this hotel can be recommended. The view is great however the mass of people coming and going leaves its traces on the interior but also with the staff.

I like this hotel. It is close to the airport and employees there are friendly.

Horrible experience. ADA room had toilet grab bars designed for someone about 4' tall. Phone did not work. Technician came in, pulled out some plugs, plugged in some plugs, changed the battery and the phone worked. We tipped him, he left, and so did the working phone. We gave up on that one. Then we went downstairs to the restaurant. Food we were served was spoiled and looked bad and smelled sour. Waiter wasn't even surprised when i told him to take the plate away, that the food smelled sour. No manager or kitchen staff even inquired as to the problem. Went back to the room. Housekeeping uses flat sheets as the bottom sheet but do not know how to tuck sheet to prevent it from coming up. Maybe they should use sheets that are big enougg for the mattress or even fitted sheets. Wake up call was five minutes late. Never again. I have been to many hotels and this one has to be one of the worst.

What a view! We stayed on the 14th floor overlooking Boston! Wow.

This really is a nice property, with a good restaurant, and great view if you're facing the city, but there really is absolutely nothing at all around the hotel. Be prepared to spend a lot on a meal at the hotel, or take the water taxi over to town for $20 RT. I would imagine that the only time I'd stay here again is if I simply needed a convenient airport hotel, which it is.

Excellent service, great location at Boston's Logan Airport right on Boston Harbor with a spectacular view of the Boston skyline especially at night. Staff warm, helpful and very professional. Highly recommend!

I always love Hilton hotels . They are well managed: professional and friendly staff. This hotel has a gorgeous panoramic views of Boston harbour.

We actually arrived with no reservation ...we had thought we made one ...I don't know what happened but manager found us a room and gave us the group rate even though we didn't deserve it .

Oh and folks tip your cleaning staff...I'm always peturbed that people will tip 3$ for someone to pour a drink; or $20 for a waiter to bring u a plate ...but cleaners who are handling your personal stuff ...well 0 more often than not ..tip at least $10 ...on first night for a happy maid ...

Incredible polite service, some really genuine people. Incredible food and what I was told is award winning calimari (it deserves it) an incredible bookend to a great night in Boston.

The rooms are fine, and the food is tasty, if pricey. I think the cleaning could be a little more thorough, as there were some stray hairs in the bathroom, but otherwise clean. Their party spaces have amazing views of the harbor.

Nothing but stressful and hectic since the moment we tried to check in. First lady that helped us was trying to charge me $902 on my card when I got multiple emails confirming my stay was $545. I argued with the lady for 15 minutes about how much my stay actually was and she wouldn't budge. Then the second lady we went to put a $277 hold on my card, which I was expecting. Which then she informed me that we would pay the rest of our total at check out. I woke up the next day and looked at my account and noticed another $200 charge from my account. Don't even get me started on the rooms. The beds are of course uncomfortable, and the comforter is very thin. And I can hear literally EVERYTHING from the hallway, and the rooms next to us at night and in the morning. I can hear everything from a cough, to a sneeze, other people talking, when someone is using a blowdrier, and even when they drop something. The only bright side is that I've been out of the hotel for most of the day other than when I've had to come back to sleep. I work at a hotel and I've never seen such poor customer service. If they could just be clean cut, and honest about prices while staying there would be great. It's such a stressful experience when you're on vacation trying to enjoy yourself, but constantly worrying about how much they're going to charge to my account the next day!

It was nice but overly priced. The vending machines didnt work. The food in the restaurant wasnt "normal " food. $4 for 1 cup of coffee! It's a hotel by the airport, cant you fix a cheeseburger?

The view of the Boston skyline is absolutely amazing from the room!

The view of the harbor was amazing for $25. That, I felt was worth it. However, with COVID, I d have expected the room to be a lot cleaner. The toilet top (under the seat) had stains, and you can tell it was not cleaned before our stay. Definitely will not add pics of this as it was too disgusting to even take a picture. The white sheets had some sort of stain (looked like coffee). For money, I don t think the quality was worth it. I would have rather stayed at my previous AirBnB because the cleanliness was way better. Also, there was not an extra toilet roll left in the bathroom where it should ve been and the existing one was not new or full - so much for being contactless. I d have expected at least an extra left to limit the amount of contact required in the hotel. Just had higher expectations due to previous stays at other Hyatt s. Would reconsider before staying again. Thankfully, it was just one night though.

Typical Airport hotel. There is a courtesy shuttle which pick you up from your arrival terminal. The Fitness room has some treadmills, Crosstrainer and a stationary bike. There are Dumbells and some Kettlebells available. Kettlebells are too Light. All in all good experience for one night, however there was a waiting list of 20 minutes to get a table for breakfast, this happened never before to me.

Loved the new addition to the Harbor walk leading up to the hotel.

Standard room with a good view. However, restaurant at the hotel was super disappointing. Service was super slow when there were only 4 customers and buffet was overpriced for what they had. They served salami that was so bad I had a stomache for the rest of the day.

Went for an interview. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Good parking availability as well.

Visited this place with family. Very close to the airport and next to Boston Harbor. Sound proof glass makes for a quite comfortable stay. We were in junior suite and it was pretty spacious!!Service by the staff was top notch!! Do know that they charge a huge fees for parking. We didn't dine at the hotel restaurant so can't comment on that!!

Beautiful facility.
literally on a Logan Airport runway but beautifully sound proofed. Watch room service as gratuity is included along with delivery fee. Shuttle available to airport. I would stay there again just for the views of the airport and harbor. Our room was modern but shower facilities were not up to standards of rest of hotel.

Read Fine print if you book through Orbitz. Hotel is nice but I found out after I got there they charge $42 a night for parking. I looked on Orbitz and it says nothing about being charged $42 for parking. It does say "parking" but not "free Parking". Other than that the Hotel was nice with nice views and the staff was friendly. The work out room was nice as well.

Check in was a breeze. The view was beautiful of the harbor. I absolutely loved Sean the over night front desk. Morning desk person was also amazing during check out. They do offer airport shuttle. The Clam Chowdah from the restaurant was delicious. I would recommend this location to friends.

Our overnight stay was great. Rooms were neat and clean and the staff was very friendly. Great place to stay that is close to the airport and a quick ride to the Faneuil Hall area

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend staying on the side looking out over the harbor. The view was awesome. The water taxi was really convenient as well. The staff took time to give us tips on getting around the city and provided transportation options.

Stayed here over Presidents Day weekend with friends from the UK. The rooms were great, beds very comfortable and very clean. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The one downside was the restaurant. Food was extremely overpriced and bland. We gave breakfast and dinner a try the first day. Ate out or ordered in the next 2. When you can take a 5 minute Uber ride and feed 4 for less than half the price than this place for better food, you would be better doing that. We would definitely stay here again but, not eat here.

It is a hotel right at the airport and on the water. Beautiful views of Boston across the harbor. They are right next to boats that go across. It is great for the airport but about 10 min outside the city without traffic.

I'm torn in reviewing this hotel. It's super convenient with regards to getting in and out of the airport. The staff was all super friendly and you get absolutely no street or airport noise in the rooms. Harbor facing rooms offer a great view of the city. But... Interior noise is high. You can hear normal taking voices in the rooms and hall nearby. The bed was uncomfortable and the comforter thin, I needed to use the extra blanket in the closet. Good thing my husband did not, as it only covered half the bed. Low flow shower head made for a less than invigorating morning shower, and there was only one cup of regular coffee in the room. Great hotel if all you need is to not sleep in the terminal, but there are better hotels in Boston.

It has an amazing view of Boston across the water. Food and service also very good. A little bit pricey but worth it.

Clean facility with friend staff. The two issues were very promptly resolved. The first was the maid never turned down our room, but we called the front desk and they sent up coffee and toiletry refills immediately. Second was the fire alarm going off at 1:30am, but they fixed that by providing free breakfast the following day. Would stay here again.

View of the city line is stunning. Only thing is, it's across the river from everything, so you have to cab it into the city by water or land. It is next to the airport.

The Hotel and the hospitality were splendid, the views of the Harbour were absolutely epic from the 15th floor, we are going home with pictures and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to the Hyatt Recency for making ourselves and our 3 children feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel.
