It is not normal to have to ask to solve these problems on the day of the handing over of the keys. While a preview from the COGEDIM staff should have classified these points so as not to have this stress during the most important day after the signing at the notary.

Very responsive customer service ensuring rigorous follow-up of the customer file and quickly proposing solutions to meet expectations. Small improvements possible: more personalized documentations (eg: proposal to install a shower or electric shutter in the customization catalog whereas the standard contract for the chosen apartment already provides for these options) with more photos for a better rendering (ex: difficult to see the differences in tiling on print, taking photos of the showroom or seeing a 360 visit could be interesting).
