Very comfortable room, excellent view of Boston Harbour!

Had Mother's Day Brunch, everything was fantastic! The food, drinks, and service were on point! Will definitely recommend and come back.

What a great spot for early am flights! We stayed here the night before a 6 am flight and the views of the Boston harbor as well as the grounds are surprisingly nice. This is a terrific spot for families and anyone who needs to be at Logan for an early flight.

Had a wonderful stay here last night before heading to the Cape! The front desk girls were very helpful and friendly. Would also like to make a big shout out to Zechariah for his top notch service and attitude at the restaurant this morning! Thank you guys for the good experience, we will be staying here again next Friday before we leave for home

Overall just an okay experience at this hotel. I stayed here for 1 night since I was in New Hampshire and this hotel is more convenient to get to the airport. I checked in fairly late, around 10 PM so this review is just based off a short night but it wasn't stellar.

There appeared to have been some event that night and the bathrooms in the lobby were disgusting. I've never seen a hotel lobby bathroom in such disarray. Granted it was late and they probably clean it at night, but I thought there would be more care taken.

A good benefit of this hotel is that it's on the Harbor. But when I visited, it was closed so I had to find a backway to get to the actual harbor. It was nice but not worth staying longer than a night.

First rooms shower didn't work, and it was a hassle to get the hotel to switch us to a new one.

Excellent hotel, location, service, etc. Upgraded me to a beautiful harbor view room. Water-taxi conveniently located right at the hotel for transportation to the city. I stay in hotels 50 weeks a year and this one is top notch.

Currently under some renovations but still a great experience.

The room was pretty standard. Bed was comfortable, normal bathroom, but nothing special. The view, however, was phenomenal! We were on the 14th floor, facing the harbor and watched a gorgeous sunset. The city lights at night were also beautiful. The shuttle was convenient for dropping off our rental car as well as talking us to the terminal in the morning. A bit pricey, but the view and convenience made it worthwhile.

One of the best places to stay in the harbor area. Very nice property with convenient access to all the best Baltimore has to offer. Concierge is very helpful. Clean property with great rooms and good food options in house and nearby.

Excellent upgrade to room with a fantastic view across the harbour. Shuttle a bit infrequent and breakfast buffet a bit pricey, but recommend overall.

The staff is incredibly rude. The valet spoke very rough English and did not seem to listen. The hotel is very clean and pretty but the blond waitress we had was very inattentive and we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food. However, building itself was very nice and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Modern and clean hotel. Take water taxi into centre of Boston, the views of the city skyline from the hotel and the water are amazing.

This hotel is great. Has a gym, walking trails, and beautiful scenery. The breakfast is buffet style and you can order omelettes. Great staff and friendly.

Very Rude staff and never refunded the Security deposit. Sahim was very rude to me in regards to my security deposit. Chris gave me an attitude that left me with a pit in my stomach. When I first checked in Chris said in a mean tone " If your gonna park in my lot your paying 25 dollars" I felt attacked and offended noting they both claim to be in a management position. I felt they assumed I was not very well off (Which is not true) and that they could treat me differently then a lot of their well established customers. I am slightly mixed in race so maybe that was it. Beautiful hotel accommodating very rude and maybe even prejudice staff. Be Aware.

For the price, this is one of the best hotels (and views) in Boston! The ferry is at the hotel and provides easy access to downtown Boston. Only downside is that parking is expensive.

Was great the rooms were really nice. In the lobby they had this echo chamber and it was cool so that's that. In the winter it's really windy near the harbor.

Great location right near the airport, quiet as can be. Fantastic restaurant and staff that couldn't do enough to help us. Beautiful views across to the city on the Harbour side and plane freaks will enjoy the runway views from the other. Happy we stayed there.

All rooms are modern. The service is of that found at a 5 star hotel. Staff is very friendly.

I liked this place and especially the restaurant and location. Very relaxing and enjoyable the night since I had the flight next early morning. Very convenient to airport and they have shuttle as well.

At convenient location near apple store and cole haan shop just across the street. A bar on the second floor is good for casual drinks.

Stayed there for a work conference. My double room was incredibly spacious and the floor to ceiling windows throughout the hotel, including the rooms really utilize the harbor/Boston skyline views. Keep in mind it is a airport hotel, albeit a nice one, but there is not a lot to do in the surrounding areas in the way of shops and restaurants

Terrible experience - twice in a row ! Shame on me for coming back. Unfriendly, ill-dressed staff, a/c not working, horrible internet speed, construction noise, slow response times, really bad in-room dining food. Really avoidable if you are a business traveler.

This was a very difficult experience for me. I had come into Boston late at night for a conference at Harvard Business School only to have my accommodation within Cambridge, MA cancelled. With all other hotels fully booked, I decided to pick the closest one with good reviews in the Boston harbor. Big mistake it was. The service was very poor. The hotel looks old and unkempt. The room had no refrigerator and I wasn't told. So I was advised to pay an additional $25 (already paid over $200 for the room) for a small mobile refrigerator. There was nothing complimentary for guests. The drinking water in the room came at a price. The TV channels seemed to all require that you pay. The staff at the front desk wouldn't pick telephone calls promptly. On some occasion, I had to call the front desk twice before someone would pick. The food was horrible too. I was forced to take pancakes as there were no healthy options for breakfast. They also forgot to bring drinking water which I had specifically requested for. "As if to say, buy the one we kept on the table". The oatmeal wasn't properly made too ( How hard could it be to make oatmeal?). Overall, the staff don't care about you. They don't see you. I felt like I was in a strange country. This was by far my worst hotel experience. I doubt if any hotel can beat this terrible place. Finally, I can never recommend this place for anyone. I'm still hurt by the experience

I was a mess after missing my flight that the guy at the check-in desk took pity and upgraded me to a room with a beautiful view.

This is our second visit to this hotel. We had two rooms and they were very accommodating about getting them as close together as possible. Each room was very clean, neat and comfortable. We went to the hotel bar and had some desert which was very delicious. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes to the airport and the driver ran in a timely manner and was very polite. Unfortunately there is no breakfast included in the hotel fee but we left at 4am so it wasn't open anyways.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The room was perfect and the view over the harbor toward downtown was gorgeous. The shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful, as were the desk and concierge staff.

The hotel is a very short shuttle ride to the rental car center and to all terminals at the airport. We took the water taxi across the harbor to downtown, which was recommended by the desk clerk. It was an easy and pleasant way to get downtown.

In the evening we sat on the lawn overlooking the harbor in the breeze and watched the boats and lights from downtown. It was the perfect finale to our New England holiday. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor the next time you have a bit of extra money to spend in Boston.

Decent place right next to BOS. Use the water taxi to get into downtown, which is such a trip every morning.

Clean room with suitable appointments. Food was good. Surprisingly quiet given the location.

Very nice accommodations but service was lacking. Emailed ahead to have no down bedding and was assured it would be no issue. Checked in at 630pm to find all down bedding. Had to wait for another room to be set up. We were given 2 free drinks in the bar while we waited. It wasted 2 hours of our evening.

Customer service is outstanding! Views of the harbor are lovely, proximity to the airport is convenient, and the restaurant is top-notch. But the best thing about this hotel is the people who work there. I was stuck at Logan with multiple flight cancellations due to weather, and they were so accommodating and helpful under the circumstances (I'm staying, I'm going, I'm coming back). I hope to be back for a planned stay in the future.

Hotel is good. But dont go down the restaurant, Harbourside grill. Terrible experience. Food taste bad, service is too slow. Waited almost an hour just to get a cup of soup.

Hotel had great views of Boston harbor. Decent rooms with spacious interior. Outdated, but clean.

The breakfast buffet was not worth the money at all. Made to order omelets were good, but the rest of the menu were mediocre. Service was terrible, considering that there were 3 waiters and less than 3 tables on average during our dining. Never got refills of water or coffee until the end of the breakfast.

If you are stranded at Boston Logan I guess any port in a storm will do but this is one of the worst airport hotels I've ever visited. Very small bar and lounge area. $7.50 for a Sam Adams. Highway robbery.

Great stay! Zack at the front desk getting me checked in and answering all my questions, the bedding was comfortable, my room was quiet, and the free shuttle got me to airport in 2-3 minutes. Highly recommend!

Attended a wedding here. Dinner was delicious, the tent was well attended to during the rain, and the view was incredible.

Visited the Hyatt for a small wedding. Even though the weather forced the couple to have the ceremony inside it still could not have been more perfect scenery. The food and staff also made it a very memorable event.

If I was just catching a place it's fine, but I'm here for 5 days and there is nothing to do here. A water taxi to the city is $12.

Not quite a luxury hotel, more a first rate business hotel

Excellent soundproofing, you will not hear the planes.

This hotel is a good place to host professional events. The rooms are nice, catered food was decent, and the view of Boston is phenomenal.

Fantastic venue for a wedding and the view cannot be beat. Timing it in the summer for fireworks is also a plus!

The rooms and view are superb, however the downstairs restaurant is frustrating. For dinner, the entrees have an average price of about $25-30. It took us 40 minutes to get four plates - the server didn't come at all. When they cooked our meat raw, they charged us full price and didn't do anything about it. Kitchen and servers are incompetent.

We woukd recommend this hotel for the following reasons.

We stayed at this hotel as part of our 25 year wedding anniversary from 8th to the 12th July. Our room was cleaned and towels and bedding changed everyday a total of four days. Also the shuttle bus was a good touch and very handy.

We found the staff incredibly helpful and would like to say special thanks to Trevor the Restaurant Manager and Craig and Mikey for making our stay special.

Food was excellent and of a very high standard.

Once again thanks to everyone for making it a great holiday.
