Called Shaffer Company after losing hot water. Within the hour a service call was made and the problem diagnosed. Joe provided a variety of options to fix the problem and Brent provided timely quotes for all options. Once my husband and I decided to move forward with a new tankless hot water heater, the install was scheduled less than 48 hours later despite needing to order parts and materials. Brent and Joe arrived at the expected time and completed the job efficiently. Everything was returned to how they found it, except now I don't need to take another cold shower. Highly recommend this company.

I called Brent at the Shaffer company to obtain info on adding propane heat to our current central air system. We currently had Electric heat and was expensive however I was Leary of propane. Brent responded quickly and came out to review and went over the best options. After talking with him we decided to have the AC swapped out with a new one and add the Propane as well. It was only a couple days for the whole process to swap out and set up the new system the crew was great and polite.. They took care of everything from setting me up with propane company to the inspection process. I had a lot of questions as the process was going on and was always responded to in a very timely and professional manner. I would recommend the Shaffer company to anyone going forward.

Called Brent at Shaffer to have a couple of oil lines hooked up after my current service guy left me high and dry. 24 hrs later I have heat. Can't thank them enough. Ethan, the service tech that came out, was polite and courteous. He was done in a timely manner and made sure everything ran properly. Definitely will be using them in the future. Seemed unhelpful and argumentative. I m looking to them for help and I m getting an argument on jargon. I m not a mechanic of course I m not using the exact terms someone in the field would use. I don t know, I gave up.

I contracted with Brent and his team to install ductwork in my unfinished basement, relocate my HRV and install a ducted dehumidifier. Dave went out of his way to identify my old faucet stems, conferring with manufacturers' guides and contacting the company to be sure they had the parts. He kept me updated on the progress and called me when they arrived. And, I was doing my own repair work. Schaffer Company certainly helped me!

Plumber came claimed to install the water heater but didnt fully because he isnt a licensed electrician to connect the power, Installed some lever on the tank we never even asked for, Didnt give us a new pan for underneath we asked for, Left leftover parts all over my daughters bedroom floor who by the way is only 2 and are water heater isnt even working correctly i only have 5 mins of hot running water and they wanna charge us 500 dollars i don't think so

The Shaffer Company and it employees did an excellent job installing a Mitsubishi split air conditioning system. David's layout plan was far more realistic and simple (as compared to the two other estimates I solicited); their price was reasonable, as well. Moreover, it was the installation crew - their knowledge, their attention to detail, their follow-through coupled with their focus on not making a mess of my house was most impressive. They cleaned up any dust and wore booties. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM!
