Hyatt Harborside Review

Very quiet, great view of the harbor. Comfy bed and pillows, huge tv. Nice size room. Took a water taxi to legal seafood. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful harbor view. Very close to Logan airport. They had a free shuttle to pick us up. The concierge was very nice and held our bags for free so that we may roam the city during our layover. The Room was excellent with a large screen TV. The water taxi is located directly behind the hotel for quick access across the harbor. The restaurant and bar was very beautiful and also with an amazing harbor view. The food was very good, but slightly over priced. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

I personally haven't stayed at this hotel, but their staff is wonderful to work with. Their room service/F&B team made it so easy for me to send a gift to a client who was staying at their hotel. It is a small interaction, but it speaks volumes when a team can effectively communicate, take ownership and get things done. If I'm ever in Boston, I'll definitely be staying here!

Excellent high quality Hotel. Very attentive staff. Excellent bar and food area. Rich the bartender is excellent and engaging. He has been there 25 years. Very knowledgeable. A little pricey, but very worth it. Everyone makes you very welcome. Great connection to airport and all local transportation.

If you are not near the airport, please catch the hotel inside the city.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient shuttle service between rental car return and hotel and between hotel and airport. Interesting and tasty food and drink choices. Great for an overnight stay before an early flight.

46 bucks to park overnight what a joke! Cheaper to valet in Manhattan than to self park in a lot in Boston. Makes no sense what so ever. Not sure I would stay here again. Worth dealing with the hassle other side of the bay. Cost the same to valet across the bay much more convenient. Water taxi was fun though.

This hotel was fantastic. Great view even from the airport side we enjoyed watching planes land and seeing the lights. The bed and sheets were amazing. We got the best sleep here. If you're looking for a great view then deffinately choose this place. The view is wonderful. Stuff was really helpful and the room was clean.

The hotel is super close to the airport which is extremely convenient. You can see the airport runway from the hotel elevators! I had the high floor suite which had a spectacular view of the Boston Harbor, especially the skyline at night.The staff was friendly and efficient.

I checked into my room pretty late and I was bummed to see that some of the sheets and comforter were stained with a light pink color, like it got mixed in the laundry with something red. I found an extra blanket and slept on top of that. I left a note for housekeeping before I headed out the next day and when I returned the bedsheets were changed but the extra blanket was draped over the couch and halfway on the floor. I also noticed plastic on the floor and smudges on the mirror and window. I usually don't make a fuss over things like this but for $800 a night I expect a certain level of service. Did I also mention there is no fridge in the room? Parking is $45.

Room service is overpriced for the portions they give you. $30 for (2) small crabcakes? They charge 15% for gratuity that's given to the server (which is completely fine) but they also add a $10 delivery fee on top of that and another 3% fee.

My last night there I was awakened at 1am to an alarm telling me and everyone else to evacuate the building. After climbing 12 flights of stairs and waiting in the cold for about 20 minutes we were finally able to go back in. Turns out there was a small fire in the laundry room. We were given free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would come back but I wouldn't get a suite there is nothing special besides a view that I can stand outside and look at. Housekeeping could have been a little more attentive and room service should only be used if you're dying of hunger and have money to waste.

I paid extra for the Harbor View rooms & it is worth it! Get the Harbor View rooms!
And the water front is literally right outside the Hotel. Its soo beautiful.
Next time I come to Boston, I will definitely stay again.

The room was great. Bed was really comfortable and had a nice view of the harbor. The restaurant had good food. It was close to the water taxi so was convenient to get to popular spots. Check in was easy. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful.

Luxury hotel with fantastic view of the city of Boston. It's a bit 'far from the center but it is made available to a shuttle service to the' airport and metro. Clean room. Pretty good gym. Breakfast great even though crowded.

Really great staff. Allowed us to early check in and late check out. The room was clean and spacious. Only downer is there was no microwave or fridge and water is like $4!! Also not close to any convenience stores.

For a luxury hotel I was very disappointed. The shower did not drain well so every shower I was standing in a couple inches of dirty water. Housekeeping came the first day, did not come the second day, and on the third day I had to call to remind them to come to our room. The room does not have a refrigerator, a microwave, or a dresser to unpack any items (I had to live out of my suitcase all week). The hotel is very close to the airport, but in order to get anywhere else you must take a taxi or the shuttle to the subway. The food at the hotel restaurant is expensive and due to its isolated location finding food is difficult and with no room fridge impossible to store. This stay was for work but if it had been a personal trip I would have moved to a different hotel after the second day. The room view was great and the hotel is quiet, however I did not feel that made up for the above mentioned issues. I would most definitely not stay here again.

Absolutely useless wifi. Be sure to purchase wifi upgrade [you dont get a second chance] or you will want to kill yourself. Great view and rooms.

The staff made my stay enjoyable. They were friendly and engaging. I even got morning greeting from the housekeeping staff which was a welcomed change. Not too convenient for sight seeing but the aquatic taxi comes to hotel to take you across the bay as well as phenomenal view of Boston from across the bay.

Terrible restaurant/bar with high prices and nothing else around

Close to the airport with uncomplicated transit access to Fenway for the ballgame. Didn't have time for touristing but location would work fine. Clean, good sized room and bathroom. Very comfortable. Restaurant downstairs for breakfast perfect before flying out.

Wayne is an excellent employee! He picked us up from the airport and was so friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed talking to him and hearing his recommendations for Boston. The staff at Hyatt Regency is so nice and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful as well. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent hotel with great view of Boston skyline. The only downfall is you need to water taxi, Uber, Lyft, Fasten, taxi or get to Subway to get into the city.

Outstanding views, great breakfast, nice renovated lobby, and while the rooms are large they're outdated compared to other Hyatts. There's a hidden ferry service behind the hotel to take you downtown.

Nicely appointed, quiet, and enjoyable hotel with a terrific view of Boston and the harbor. Room was clean and spacious. Limited menu due to Covid but they offer a selection.

Great place to start your New England Experience. Only a cock-stride from the airport, you can be in your room within 1 hour of landing. My only criticism would be the restaurant. The quality of food does not always match the expectations for a Hyatt.

Best hotel on airport grounds. Uniformly great staff. Water taxi across Boston Harbor departs from hotel back door, so you can be over in Quincy Market in ten minutes.

Went to tacos and tequila might. Food and drinks were great.

The worst experience ever! Construction is ongoing, woke us at 7 am! On a heavy rainy night they did not let our car stop close to the entrance so we can avoid rain, instead they made us park further away and needless to say we were completely wet by the time we checked in! Never staying here again!

During my stay,
The front desk member (Sean) was professional, and his demeanor was welcoming. He was kind, observant, helpful, classy, informative and respectful. Besides the staff the room was spectacular. The room s interior made any other hotel in a 40-mile radius feel painfully dated. Interior aside, the view of the harbor( during the night and day) was amazing... something that not every hotel can replicate. If there was one must go to hotel for a special occasion or relaxation, this one would be the one book a reservation for.

Clean. Great room with a view (we didn't pay extra for the view and thought it was nice. Hotel restaurant VERY expensive. I didn't feel well and had peanut butter toast for $10. Whoa.

Walk in same day reservation, had a room key for two nights in 5 minutes. Good location with great views. Parking is expensive but its to be expect near the airport and city. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very nice! Very satisfied and will definitely stay here again

I wish i could give 10 stars! This place is so breathtaking and offers some seriously one of a kind views! Rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfy i found myself not wanting to get up! We were fortunate to have a bay view from a high up floor!! I was nervous at first staying so close to the airport and can tell you I NEVER HEARD a plane the whole time we were there!! The front desk staff was super friendly and they take the pandemic very serious!! They have lots of precautions in place! Our bartender the first night slapped me together a sangria and served it with such a big smile that made me happy to be in Boston!! Please stay here any and every time you visit!!

Rooms are big and quiet (great sound proofing). All staff were very helpful and the view overlooking Boston is also one of the best!

This place is incredible! As a wedding photographer, I just love the setting with the view of the Boston skyline!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for the weekend and Zack our front desk concierge was awesome! He was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He always had a cheerful attitude.
Our room was spacious and clean with a large window overlooking the Boston Harbor.
Hotel has the Boston Harbor Trail. I Will definitely stay again and will recommend this hotel.

Go for the outdoor seating and view. Service was ok but prices for casual eating outdoors was expensive as you woul expect at a hotel.

And they took $50 dollors as security deposit
And they had told while checking out it will be. Deposited to your bank account 3-4 business days or within a week dependent on your bank account, but it never came back
If that was refunded I would surely give 5 star ratings only that disappointed me

Clean and convenient location next to Logan international.

Everything at the hotel itself was great. Rooms are modern and harbor view room was amazing. Well worth the extra dough. Water taxi takes you in a beautiful trip across the harbor. One minor compliant that caused us a major headache. They really need to do a better job of communicating where the shuttles pick you up at the airport. There is a giant sign that says "hotel shuttles." Don't stand there. No hotel shuttles will come. You will wait for an hour and make multiple confused phone calls to the hotel at 2 am until you finally figure out the issue.

Great hotel. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. I no longer use coffee machines in hotels but they do have free Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

Typical hotel complaint was lady next door banging on the wall constantly until late. May have been a child but still. Noisy hallway people too.

Shower was a little less than my standard. Very hard water.

The room was clean and I had a nice view of the runway. There was no noise from the airport.

Beautiful and stunning Hyatt. I frequent Hyatt s monthly and this is one of the best. Amazing staff and view of the harbor. Only down side, no Regency Club. Other than that, I d definitely stay again.

The Hotel was very nice with a beautiful view of the Harbor. It was also very nice to watch the planes flying in and out of the airport from my holtel room window. The food tasted good also.

The Hyatt Regency Boston Logan is a fine option if you need to spend the light at the airport, but the hotel is not as nice as I expected it to me. The hotel provides a shuttle; however, it doesn't come around very frequently. I waited 30 min on arrival and 30 min to return to the airport from the hotel. The worst part is there's no info as to where the shuttle even is when you ask.

Conveniently located to the airport, this hotel is convenient to avoid the daily traffic jams of Boston. The hotel has outdoor parking (extra charge). You will have from the dining room the right to a magnificent view of downtown Boston. It is also possible to reach it by boat taxi. The marine terminal is right next to the hotel.

Incredible view of the harbor! Room was nice with very comfortable beds. Hotel bar was excellent with fast service even when busy. Water taxis are available right from the patio. Excellent proximity to the airport with shuttle service. Excellent stay, highly recommended.
