What a great service with private label energy! th...

What a great service with private label energy! they arranged everything for me .. May 15th I received a call from a salesman and he made a sharp offer for electricity and gas. The same day I received an email with the contract and am now very satisfied. They also took over the fine and it is also green energy too. I really recommend this supplier, take advantage of it too !!

I use Huismerk Energy for over two years now in Amsterdam, because I move a lot and they have a flexibel subscription. Always good customer service experience and super flexible in changing addresses. Also they are accurate in refunding when paid too much.

So bad... I had 14 days to think If I want to get ...

So bad... I had 14 days to think If I want to get a contract with them. Before this time was over I informed them that I dont want it. I sent 2 emails and called 2 times. They said that they will handle it. Well they did not... I got a bill for 250e, don't know for what and also a message from my old supplier that is a pity that I'm leaving them. Is it a joke ?! What do I have to do ??? Horrible communication, horrible company

Vandaag stond er een vertegenwoordiger van huismer...

Vandaag stond er een vertegenwoordiger van huismerk energie voor de deur.
Hij deed zich in eerste instantie voor als iemand van de Nuon.
Hele mooie praatjes over kortingen en lagere prijzen enz enz.
Toen hij eenmaal binnen was, bleek dat hij helemaal niet van de Nuon was maar van huismerk energie.
Hele mooie en gladde praatjes.
Trap er niet in zoals wij hebben gedaan.
Jaag ze direct weg.

Ik raad jullie niet aan een contract af te sluiten met deze energie bedrijf.
Ze hebben gebeld zonder toestemming hebben ze een contract afgesloten met mij.

Ik raad huismerk energie een training aan te vragen van hun concurrenties.

Has been with this energy supplier for two years and am very satisfied. really a very good service, are always friendly and ready. you can also log in very easily, pay invoices and check if you are still on schedule with your energy consumption and monthly payment amount. sign now for 3rd year

Good experiences, transparent, clear and the cheapest energy solution for us. Of course, just compare well. A situation can be different for everyone. For those who do not consume much and do not want to pay high "fixed costs", I can certainly recommend Huismerk Energie.

Do not join the sea !!!! Misleading offers and method of customer acquisition. I had a contract from January to March, previously I was with Essent, where I am now back. Private label Energie presented itself on the phone as part of an umbrella organization that also includes Essent. Essent was currently unable to make the offer because I could not become a new customer again, the indicated discount could only take place if I switched to Private Label Energy. My monthly amount would be much lower. But! This discount came from reducing my electricity and gas! At Essent I received 419 kWh in the contract with Huismerk Energie 319 kwh. This means a much higher bill at the end of the year, especially for larger households than mine. I now pay 60 euros after two months. All in all a strong advice.

I never have problems with private label energy. The fine of the NUON has been properly transferred to me through private label energy. There is a form that you must complete. Furthermore, I am indeed much cheaper.

Really bad company - I've switched suppliers and got charged 100EUR for doing so. Apparently I have ended my contract 30 days earlier than I should have (sic!).
Not helpful Customer Service.
Just don't bother as you see they have bad reviews in general. Being 3 years as a Customer lands you 100 eur fine!

Very questionable conversation had private label energy would be commissioned by my municipality, is not correct there I would be E40.00 P / M cheaper than with my current supplier, is not true at all [even more expensive], just compare the rate very simple I think this is the 5th time that they make a proposal that is not right, so not only with them

Huismerk energie writes 2 times money from my account via direct debit without being a customer. Customer service poorly accessible and also not fair. After the 1st time, I was promised that there would not be any money debited again and I was taken out of the system. Now that this has happened again, I can no longer take Huismerk energie seriously. I therefore absolutely do not recommend this company.

Horrible service/experience! After months of emails, calls. messages still waiting for them to refund me the 500 euros difference between estimated monthly payment and actual consumption.

This is a company only after quick money, that does not hesitate to lie to the client.

Do not recommend at all!

Lies Lies Lies. Ben approached by savingkan.nl Mr. says that he calls on behalf of the municipality (municipality would have turned this party on so people can get cheaper energy through se tax increases) then I am registered with Huismerk energie because it would be cheapest for me. Did not trust it at all so contacted the municipality but they are not known here at all. Advised me to possibly report the matter to the police. What a scam.

Since 2017 you WERE not my energy supplier, 2017/2018 do not have to pay, monthly amount was slightly over 100, and a relatively high consumption, to my shock I have to pay more than 500 in 2019 over the year 2019 while the monthly amount remained the same, and the consumption is less than 2017 or 2018. but in 2020 suddenly set to 160.00 pm without notification! Obviously made a payment arrangement for that high amount, much to regret and forgot by the covid-19 virus, will not be called or emailed but will immediately receive a letter that we are closed, I have had the specifications checked by various parties and nobody understands but something of it! It is a great pity that this is how it works.

Called immediately indicated no interest was just with my supplier a lot of talk further and able to throw the receiver (because busy at work) but still decent so I stick to it so as a result a fine of 2391, - and 400, - (energy was also clearly stated in the business sense) administration costs that will become legal aid tomorrow too ridiculous for words so in 1 word SCAMMERS !!

I have been a customer here for two years because the company is buying electricity from a windmill project in which I invest. When I became a customer, I received 250 kWh (purchase price) as a bonus. I made agreements during the acceptance process (no deposit) i.v. with a negative registration t, g, v. a company termination. At first there was some confusion about this, but the customer service (Baukje) eventually kept to that appointment. They are not the cheapest but service and employee participation is also important.

If the call was just sharpened guests with quick sentences before you know it, you are tied to a contract. They ask your Iban number for verification because they have to send you the e-mail before they come across as coercive and if you do not go with them you get a big mouth that you are a penguin and they hang up rude .... Well they won't record on that tape .... People don't look out and don't read the correct reviews that they place here under a false name that are positive. Because I have never been called penguin by an energy company

Ik ben net gebeld door Soef van dit bedrijf. Hij sprak zoveel dat het begint te duizelen. Omdat wij hier een windmolen in de buurt hebben, mogen ze ons toch zo goedkoop gas en licht aanbieden. Hij moest mijn banknummer ter verificatie om te kijken of we nog schulden hebben. Na een half uur allerlei uitleg, kwam het addertje onder het gras vandaan.

Ik moest antwoorden met klopt dit? Was na mijn adres...Ik zei daar woon ik maar je wilt mij ondertussen een contract laten tekenen door mij ja te laten zeggen.

Extremely bad customer service. We were informed by the application that we had to bail 900 euros due to a (unjustified, they had tested the previous occupant) negative credit registration. Since that indication there was ignored the customer service me via email and whatsapp. I have sent them the letter of proof that we have no negative registration and immediately changed to another. Afrader, never do!
