Extremely bad customer service. We were informed by the application that we had to bail 900 euros due to a (unjustified, they had tested the previous occupant) negative credit registration. Since that indication there was ignored the customer service me via email and whatsapp. I have sent them the letter of proof that we have no negative registration and immediately changed to another.
