Kinda blown away right now. I needed to get a cop...

Kinda blown away right now. I needed to get a copy of my title for my car. I made my first phone call around 4:40pm. I kept getting pin balled around to different departments and on several occasions was disconnected. At some point I was told that Travis was the guy I needed to talk to and they transferred me to a Denise phone vm. I hung up and called back and spoke with Shelby and told her I needed to speak to Travis and she said, "I'm looking at him right now, let me transfer you". She transferred to their Parts Department where I was asked to leave a voicemail. I called back and got another person and I told her that I was trying to get ahold of Travis and could I just leave my number and have him call me. 35 mins went by, no call. I called back at 5:55pm and was told that "the ladies in the Finance Department had just left and that I need to try back again first thing tomorrow morning".

Yes this really just happened. I hope a few of you are just as flabbergasted as me. Freaking horrible service. Guess I'll be showing up personally tomorrow ;).

UPDATE: Travis just called me back and said they had been busy today. He told me that I would have to get a copy of my title from the DMV. Why couldn't the many people that I talked to in this process told me that???
