Hi myself Chandra Kiran, working for Hrh Swiggy L1 process from past 16 months, its been wonderful journey in my company till 14 months and I am not satisfied now, because management is not recognizing the value of senior agents, because till now i didn't got any promotion and more over any annual increment. I have already discussed about this with my TL(Akash sir), he was very supportive but management was not responding and ignored my issue. one more important thing is they are playing smart politics, and I am giving five stars because I have learned lot of things here and I am very thankful to my team and team leader(Akash) for supporting me and my genuine rating is 2 stars.
