Everything about the SAP centre was efficient, clean, affordable and enjoyable. Next to no wait for any of the facilities, kiosks or ATM. Longest queue was for merchandise which was only 15min before the start of the game. They staff worked quickly to make sure no one missed game time.
Located a stones throw from the Caltrain stop. Only complaint is that you have to run at the end of the game to make sure to catch the last train back to San Francisco.
Thanks for the awesome time!!
big and boomy. not the best place to hear music, but fun to feel the giant crowd dynamics. 2 stars.
Awesome place. Went there for a Sharks game recently. It's much more fun going to watch a game in person than watching it on TV.
An older building that is well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great place to watch a sporting event, been here multiple times to watch the sharks play. Grate ambient and the security is a plus especially with all these chaos going around. I highly recommend people to check this place out. FYI food and drinks are not cheap you better bring at least $100 for a decent meal here.
This is a great venue to watch a hockey game. Not so great for a concert.
Wonderful venue. I was surprised by the ease of getting in and finding me seat.
CLEAR bags only! Also will call band box office is far away from ABC parking lot so plan accordingly.
Great place for hockey games! Also good for other events.
Incredible Architecture, friendly staff, and easy to navigate. Great place to watch hockey games
Had a nice time at the oldies concert. Needs to have better parking for handicapped other than that very nice place
Let's go Sharks!
You don't know, you don't know.
went to see Mark Anthony and we didn't liked the sound at all, music too loud over his singing and we couldn't recognize at beginning what he was singing, he needs to do better show, also turning off the lights after each song, he directed a lot his band than sing, he gave his back a lot to the public, he looked too skinny and not shaved he was not the Mark Anthony we always aplauded
Sharks game. Food was good and not too overpriced. Organized staff and parking is no hassle in comparison with other large venue arenas.
BEAUTIFUL!!!!
I watched a cover there.. BRUNO MARS he was awesome and nothing could have made this experience awful... Except!!.. The darn beer was SUPER pricey
Great venue for sports or shows. Obviously food and beverage prices are stadium priced. Could use more variety of foods for evening concerts. Limited to chips and cheese or a pretzel at every stand.
Shark Tank! Love this arena. Plenty of food stands and the rest rooms are big.
GO SHARKS! Thanks for another amazing night of hockey!
Went here to watch march madness. Nice modern stadium which offers good views from most seats. There are plenty of bathrooms all of which were clean. Only downsidewas the selection of food and drink stalls is limited, lots of repetition around the stadium
Great venue for a hockey game. Comfortable seats. Easy entering and leaving the arena. The Shark fans were great. Very passionate about their team but still courteous to visiting fans.
Great venue whether you're there for a Shark's game or a concert. Haven't had a bad seat yet.
To many police!
To help wit dem!
5 stars because I went here for a GD concert and he was amazing! Staff was friendly with finding seats, and security was efficient. If you go here for a concert and by a bottled drink, they will and have to take the cap. I'm not sure where it happened but someone threw a bottle at Justin Bieber and he sued the venues (the cashier told me this), so they have to take the cap. Saw some people upset about it, so please be aware!
Great venue! The floor seats are worth it for the quick access to the bathroom and bar alone. Seriously, even the back row floor seats are great and convenient.
Attended a concert here a few months ago. I have no complains and staff was really helpful.
Great venue, home of the SJ Sharks! Also a great place to see a concert!! I have seen 2 shows there, Metallica, and more recently Pink. Both were epic! And this place is well staffed and clean. They even have a bathroom attendant constantly picking up after people, so it doesn't get all messy and gross like bathrooms at other public venues.
Apparently looks clean but countertops are filthy. I'm surprised they passed health inspections.
Fun time at the shark tank!!! Service was great! Lines moved fast and the food and drinks were amazing!
You can go to their store even if the Sharks aren't playing
Great time at the Shark Tank for the Sharks close out game against the Ducks. Sweep! Good atmosphere, good seats, all good stuff! Fans are nice!
I enjoy going to the Sap Center, I've seen a lot of San Jose Sharks games play there. It's a great place to see and enjoy a great concert too!!
Great greasy stadium food. Good seats and views from anywhere. Many many entrances, good parking, easy exit.
The HP, I mean, SAP Stadium is an iconic landmark of silicon valley.
Its so nice! Great Venue! The costumer service is amazing! They always greet you with a smile.
How much do i get paid from Google for answering questions?
Rich food .... Friendly and friendly people who attend you quickly
Floor seats are an absolute must here! We had an incredible time with fantastic views and sound. The arena itself has quick service in the concessions on the floor and the exit route is simple. Check in through security didn t take very long and all concierge staff were polite and helpful!
Love going to Hockey games here. It is always soo much fun! The concessions are really overpriced, but that is to be expected.
Ey food and beer is so expensive. They have iguanas and Ike's and stuff now so that's pretty cool. But, dude, honestly... Beers are $9-13, so prefade down the street at Henry's or any of the bars over on Santa Clara. Ike's has vegetarian options but I don't think I noticed much in the way of vegan safe items I'd mention by name. Anyway, go sharks.
Had a great time at the SAP CENTER. Parking is easy. The only complaint I have, are the 2 very big pipes of some sort that block the TV screen so we couldn't see Blake Shelton very well.
It was great loved it of course it closed at the time
This place will forever be the shark tank to me. So many years of fun watching the sharks play hockey!
Went to see Queen on July 14th. Had a blast although was in section 226 that was facing behind the stage and wasn't able to see the videos on screen that were dedicating to Freddie.
Live large and upgrade to the BMW Lounge. Good eats and drinks.
Always have a great experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean. All seats are good. Easy train access. Just wish concessions were cheaper.
Overall a great experience, although the sound is a bit unclear.
My family and I have been going to Sharks games since they started in 1993. It's a great venue and the Sharks have been one of the most consistent franchises in the NHL the last 3 decades. We always have a great time there. Good hockey, food and drink always makes for a lot of fun.
Came here for Hall & Oats concert, but watched the Shark's playoff game on the mezzanine bar b4 showtime. BTW every seat is a good seat. Too bad they didn't use the jumbo screen in the middle for concert. You could tell it was their first show cuz all little mistakes, feedback, camera views of nothing, never showed some players... H & O was awesome.
I have wanted to visit the "Shark Tank" ever since the Sharks came into the NHL. It's EVERYTHING I ever thought it would be.
If you want big artist or to support the sharks come here. They have plenty of food sellers and etc
Cramped seating, they take the caps off bottled drinks so you can spill it all over somebody
