Idk if it was the fact of seeing Ozuna in concert but this place is very nice. The staff was nice, their uniform was nice and clean, the building is very beautiful, the place was extremely clean. The bathroom and one cocktail station was off to me. I know the bathrooms aren't suppose to be nice but for this spot I think it should. It was clean but for an event not even starting there was no toilet paper. Luckily I had a nice neighbor to give me some. Now, the cocktail station. There was a dorky, funny nice guy but... when it was time to grab cherries for my friends and my drink he used only his fingers! I was about to say I didn't want it anymore but felt bad and did want to get a buzz on. I would have bought more but disliked that. Ozuna did take a while to get on stage but overall enjoyed seeing him.
I have gone twice to the SAP Center and enjoyed myself each time. Staff is friendly and helpful. They get you in quick and seated. Food vendors are conveniently located and plenty of bathrooms. Only regret is that some of the kiosk may be closed close to your seating area so the wonderful convenience of ordering fan wear and having items delivered to your seat is not available.
I went to the Ariana Grande 2017 concert it was amazing.but they should get a brighter spotlight. But the rest was amazing.the staff was kind and offering earphones to little kids. The layout for the seating is perfect.i got back row and there was an illusion to make it look like ur only a few seats away.very satisfied
The facility was nice for a concert. Bathrooms were fairly clean even with high usage. My only frustration was that the pizza vendor didn't cut the pizza at all. I also saw an employee take a couple of fries off the top of a fry boat (without gloves) and eat them.
We go to SAP Center for Sharks games maybe two games a season, and treat ourselves to close to the ice seats. On leap day, we were in row 11 behind the Sharks attack zones, and added Melker's signed puck in the mystery puck sale, and EK9's bobblehead, plus a 5 to 0 shut out win! Our mojo worked again for the Sharks!
Great venue for sporting events. Not a bad seat in the house. Some of the best concessions and food selections. Acoustics could be better for certain concerts/music.
Great venue! Easy access. Definitely would recommend parking a half mile from the venue and ubering to the entrance so you don't get stuck in traffic or end up paying a lot for parking.
We parked in a lot a block away for $20. What's cool is there is a lane for Uber drivers to drop off passengers. Plenty of traffic control on the day of a game. The arena itself is great. I would recommend a HOCKEY game there to anyone!
I've been here a few times to attend the now defunct SAP Open (or whatever it's called back then). Attended a Maroon 5 concert as well there. It's a shame since it was the only ATP tour in NorCal.
Anyway, my experience has all been great. Parking can be a challenge but not impossible. If you drive around the area for a little bit and don't mind a short walk, you can easily find street parking. The stadium/arena is also pretty close to food and drinks at downtown San Jose.
Overall my experience has been quit positive. I'd definitely consider attending another event there.
It is very nice I like how everything inside get a lot of events to hi when bsllan to San Jose I recommend you to go to the center vicitar sap center at San Jose California I ba in singing and they are going to have fun do not stop going to conoser or I recommend that you see when you see a game for ballan and dibiertan a lot because it is very fun games very father can go with the whole family and friends remember not to miss a game qa baliga qa sediviertan much antler the prosima we see migos
Great sound system, fantastic lighting, & plenty of food choices. The temperarure during Ice Hockey games are on the cooler side but not too cold. Too cold for shorts tho!
Go Sharks! The food is good, the people working there are already nice and extremely friendly, and the parking is convenient even though it is expensive (but what do you expect).
Have a special needs child who wanted to hang out on the stairs instead of sitting in a seat for the show....the staff came and overreacted and basically kicked us out from the show... Not very understanding or accomodating.
SAP is a nice arena. Concessions are ok, but pretty basic compared to other modern arenas. Parking is kind of all over the place, but you can find parking a few blocks over if you come early enough. Also, decently close to Caltrain.
Shark Tank!! I love the Arena, this is where I found my very first concert which was Backstreet Boys and that was in 1997! This time that I came it was to watch the San Jose Sharks! It's got a nice layout, it's not too big to where it's a lot of walking if your seats are on the other side, and seems like every seat balcony or not you can see very well. The food and drink is a bit pricey but that's normal for things like this. Staff was friendly, place was clean, the flow of foot traffic wasn't too chaotic to navigate... Overall my experience was great especially seeing the inflatable T-Rex mid game!!!
I really enjoyed watching the Sharks play here. Entrance into the stadium was easy and I found services such as bathrooms to be very clean. My only complaint was the quality of the food. I recognize this is Stadium food, but I found the chicken tenders very underwhelming.
I've only come here for San Jose Sharks games, and I really like it! There's generally a lot of parking around the stadium, even though it can get pretty congested.
I really like the variety of food - you can get hot dogs, Chinese food, etc. at the stadium. In addition, the restrooms are pretty clean and there are a lot so there's never a super long wait.
I always get a churro when I'm here as well, and I'm really glad that they offer them here!
I've been here several times. But as always, your first impression of a place leaves a lasting one. On any other visit, my rating would have been a 5. While there are a lot of people here, this place has a great atmosphere, is very clean and well maintained, and there are excellent food and drink selections.
Those are the positives, the HUGE negative is their treatment if their handicapped patrons. There are very few WCA seating sextions, and most of the seats are compaion seats. I've seen several times where you can't even purchase a WCA seat but there are three or four compaion seats available, which defeats the entire purpose of having those seats available. That's #1, #2, if you are disabled, they are supposed to be able to accomidate you when you arrive, but there is so little WCA seating that its impossible to get a seat and there are A LOT of stairs in that upper bowl. On the phone, they'll tell you purchase a seat in the lower bowl because fhere are less stairs, but for you and a compaion, $200 per person is a lot of money. But my #3 and biggest let down at SAP center is their staffs clear lack of understanding of hanicapped. Our seats were in section 224, which has access from the elevator. I purposely bought seats there because again, there were no WCA seats available, in the top row, right off PL. We get to the elevator, and my husband has a clear handicap, a cane, a limp, and one leg is shorter than the other. I kid you not, we were told by the usher at the elevator to go use the stairs because only penthouse level people at parties and in suites are allowed to use the elevator. We left the elevator, it took damn near 10 minutes for him to walk back over to our section. From there he attempted to use the first set of stairs, he made those adter some struggle, but when we rounded the corner, it was clear he wouldn't be able to make the second set not just because of the amount of stairs or how steep they are, but because the railing doesn't run all the way up and there was nothing for him to hold on to. I had to run all the way to the top and ask the usher at the top of the level what I should do. She said to go use the elevator. When I explained to her what happened she had me go all the way down to the desk by the rear entrance. I told him to wait there because it would take him another 5 minutes to get back down the stairs while I walked all the way over to the desk. When I got there, I explained what happened, and they offered us an escort. It took my husband another 5 minutss to get down the stairs, another 10 to get to the elevator, and about another 15 to 20 minutes between the elevator and our seats. All in all, it took almost an hour from the time we got inside to being seated. The experience was so bad, my husband has been reluctant to return to SAP. Each time I go now, I have beg someone to come with me because he refuses to repeat that experience. Not to mention the standing in line outside because they wouldn't let him in early so he could get to his seat, even after I explained his situation. Their staff lacks the knowledge, understanding, and compassion towards handicapped patrons and their situations.
