Good design for food places and bathrooms...
Not great beer selection at some of the places and I get that might be a thing, but I don't enjoy it.
I didn't know about their clear bag policy, so I had to check my purse. That was a hiccup in the night but they did a good job of managing the disruption.

I went to an American Ice Hockey League game between the San Diego Gulls and the hometown San Jose Barracuda about 2 weeks ago.

The Zamboni Machine driver kept on missing long stretches of the ice he was charged with resurfacing.

There were a few too many dog-and-pony acts (that is to say, more than zero) that made the organisation seem like rank amateurs. For instance, the person (or machine) in charge of the music did a crap job. Listening to Rap Music is always for more cultured individuals a crap experience as nearly all of the rap genre is anti-White European agitprop that is full of misogyny and calls-for-violence by Blacks and other so-called People-of-Colour who say they are pitted against an omnipresent White-European enemy. This type of pop culture (and I use this word in its technically-valid sense as, after all, any of the bits-and-pieces of a particular group, no matter how vulgar and primitive they may really be, is properly referred to as representing its Culture) is utter noise and only helped to lessen the overall quality of what would have been an otherwise much more entertaining experience if management had ensured that only some Classic Rock numbers had been utilised in its efforts to rile up the fans.

There was an overweight Latin American female employee who thrice appeared on the rather poor-quality Mega-Tron T.V. screens with her effeminate and flamboyantly-gay White colleague. The female had dyed hair and was wearing a hoodie; the male had dyed hair and was wearing a bright pink shirt and tie. Their tacky-looking ensembles were nauseating. Worse, both of them demanded again and again that the sparse crowd "make soommmmeee nooooiiiizzzzeeee!!!!" This couple earnt every bit of scorn they received from the crowd for being juvenile, overbearing, and poorly-dressed. They really were bush league at best and crass at worst. Ordering the paying guests to baa baa baa at the top of their lungs like sheeple makes many, like me, not desire to visit S.A.P. Centre in future.

The hockey players were entertaining and at least one of the Ushers comported himself well whilst another Usher, a rather plump and, perhaps, intoxicated Latino sporting a ridiculous-looking toupee that was dyed an extremely bright shade of yellow, sent three different groups of guests on wild goose chases for the toilets, their seats, and the Exit Doors of the arena.

Hopefully, Management has by now smartened up and shown staff how to behave in a professional manner.

This location is much better than some of the other locations in San Jose. The average customer is still a sociopath who is willing to run you over with their cart if it saves them 0.1s on their shopping trip, but there are less of them! It always seems like there are more people driving around the parking lot than there is in the actual store. Anyway, fantastic selection, fantastic prices. Don't let people mislead you: not everything is bulk amount. I deducted a star because their bakery is terrible. In fact, even non-Costco brand breads are terrible. Everything molds in less than 3 days. Really not good for a place that sells large quantities. Stay away from breads, donuts, etc. and you'll love it to no end.

Great place to watch Sharks games. Recommend lower bowl. Easy parking off site, in and out in no time at all. Food and beverages prices are sky high but that's par for the course these days.

I have always had a great time at the Shark Tank. It has official names many times over the years. I love going to Sharks games. I have been there for concerts too. Not a bad seat in the house. Ticket pricing and parking is getting higher than I would like to pay, so my trips there are much less frequent then they used to be.

Great concert venue great sporting venue. Never had a bad time coming here. Logistically getting in and out of this arena is a breeze and more importantly it's ina great area with tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance!!

Love the Sharks, but SAP Center needs stand up tables for people so they can stand and eat. Also more attendants in the women's bathroom. I am a season ticket holder and the non-clubhouse level needs good food like down below.

I have been here a few times and it is always a pleasant experience. Nice wide hallways to walk around in and they have the San Jose hall of fame on the walls throughout the arena. It was awesome to watch them beat the Red Wings in a nail biter about 13 rows back. I would highly recommend going to a game. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the price of parking is too high.

Went to the organic chicken spot for food between periods. The staff spent the whole time standing around the fryer waiting for food to cook. Very odd. Waited 20 min as the first person in line.

Went there to see the Disney on ice. It's a normal stadium, you may want to go there earlier if you are attend any event I the stadium. The traffic might be bad due to so many people going there the same time.

Went for Disney on ice. Place is pretty big, and ended up walking around quite a bit to find our seats. Not much going on other than the main attraction. For Disney on ice, I wouldn't recommend seats too close to the rink---hard to see all the action at once. Also, FWIW, my three-year-old daughter got pretty scared during some of the scenes that involved dragons ...

While most of their security check staff seem to be efficient and friendly, I had a bad luck standing in the line with one of the most incompetent security guards I ever encountered in my life she made a sloth looking fast. It took her 4-5 times longer to process each person than all the other lines. They need to do a better job in their security guard hiring department.

Saw Blake Shelton here last night. I ve been here for a lot of events. It s clean. We ll run. Good views. Helpful staff.

We ve had box seats and seats near the glass. Last night, we had nose bleed seats above the stage and they were great too.

We got in easy at 8pm and got out easyish at midnight.

The center was very clean and easily accessible from the main street with ample parking throughout the area. I came here for a concert to see Adele, they seem to manage large amounts of people with great efficiency. I would definitely come back here to see another concert or event.
