I went there Saturday November 3rd! It was an amazing experience! I liked it so much I bought more weekend tickets. Im from sacramento CA and it is well worth it. Sharks not my team but I will root for them when they play against teams in my division! Classy place really nice! Love it!

I was recently there for a concert. Getting into the building was easy and quick even with security. Getting out was just as painless since there are a lot of exits. The seating area could use a little more ushers as it can be difficult to find your seat in the dark. Of course be prepared to pay ransom prices for parking, food, and drinks. If you're familiar with the surrounding area, there are cheaper and even free parking if you don't mind walking a little farther.

I have attended many events in this venue like Game of Thrones musical, Disney on Ice ......
Lot of Parking available close to the entrance but it is very expensive.

It is better to park in another lot nearby or easily travel in VTA to reach SAP Center.

Most events I attended had large crowds. It took at least 30 min to finish the security check and get inside.
Very well maintained. Never had any issues..!

Took our kids to their first hockey game. Found a parking spot easily at the lot across the street, cost $10 to park. The arena is clean and well staffed. Very friendly interactions with all staff. Concessions are a bit pricey, $6 for a bottle of soda. Make sure you either leave your purse at home or have a clear bag, otherwise you will pay $5 to have your back checked. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and look forward to visiting again.

I was impressed by this suite for the Sharks preseason game. THE suite was beautiful!! The drinks, popcorn and pizza were good. I just needed a mint after the pizza. The employees were so helpful. One thing I did notice the young ones that were in this suite with us were more on their cell phones than watching the game and talking loudly. Very disturbing when you want to hear the game announcer and watch the game fully. Otherwise I wouldn't mind watching another game in a suite again. This was a surprise gift from my son. Sincerely Theresa Ruiz

Great facility! Large, always clean, numerous restrooms, many food & drink stands. Seating is good - views are great, not too cramped. Good location. Fans, attendees processed in quickly and efficiently.

It was nice, its a small arena, i went to see Ozuna, we had the second floor but its steep, so you do have to watch yourself. The seats are a little tight, so if you have thicker thighs , you will have some pain the next day. The food is expensive but like most places. Besides that it was a nice location.

Great environment and setup for hockey games and concerts for that matter.

We ve seen everything from comedy shows to concerts to Disney on ice and of course Sharks games.

Prices for food and drinks certainly aren t friendly but nothing out of the norm for Bay Area venues.

I was so thrilled to come to San Jose from Colorado to watch the Avalanche and Sharks play in the SAP!! While the SAP cannot outshine the Pepsi Center in Denver, it was a nice venue. The vendors and SAP staff were very friendly. I would recommend this venue for a fun night out!!

SAP, also known as the Shark Tank by locals, is a fine place to go for any kind of live music or sporting events. Just don't plan on eating there. The food has never been good, always over priced. I had a $10 cup of wine the other night. It was so awful, I couldn't drink it. If you do drink, get something in a bottle or can that you know you like. Chances are, if you don't recognize the name, it's cheap swill.

Staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Doors opened on time and since we were here for concert, one staff nocited my 7 year old and gave her a pair of ear plugs, very caring! Facility was very clean and well organized, also plenty of ladies restrooms. I'll be back for future events!

I've been here a couple of time, in two different sectors. Compared to other stadiums and arenas I've visited in the US, this one definitely does not have comfortable seats at all. Leg space is really limited and it's so difficult to move out when other people is seated there with you.
However, you know, the Sharks offered some very good show (second playoff game), so I enjoyed.

I must admit, I was in one of the suites and not in a regular seat, but the whole atmosphere of the place was amazing. And the information booth in the entrance really knew how to direct me to the right place.
