Fantastic location, great parking. Definitely park in lot ABC. Great show and the amenities are updated. We saw Disney on Ice and it was easy to get in and out with the kids. Highly recommend this venue

No matter what your fav sport is the NHL is the best one to see live. Sharks games are always wild. The BMW lounge is very hard to leave, excellent staff works the games.
The employees have stupid rule no carrier for your baby. They say its unsafe. I fell through the chair with my baby doing it THEIR way. If I had him buckled in his carrier I would NOT have fallen because I would've placed him in the seat and it and the weight would be balanced.
SAP Center at San Jose was a wonderful venue. It was clean. It has lots of options for food. The seats weren't too uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and easy to navigate.
Very clean arena, with not a bad seat in the house, I sat upper deck in the corner and it was a wonderful view players are closer than they appear. Crowd was respectable as well. I'll come back as soon as possible.
Joined a vendor event there, lounge, drinks, food, penthouse, friendly stuff. Parking was hectic though, got to be there early and leave early or late to avoid traffic in the parking lot which is expected.
Perfect experience. Nice stadium, comfy seats, clean bathrooms (lots of them). 25usd parking fee on the premises. Wish they had a real coffee experience, for the hockey games it gets so cold that I would appreciate a real hot chocolate with milk not just hot water, the same with coffee.
Women BEWARE!!!!!! They have the most ridiculous "bag/purse" rules. Highly recommend leaving purse at home or investing in a small completely clear bag. Otherwise you'll be charged money to "check your purse"(even small clutch purses).
As an avid hockey fan who happened to be in town and wanted to watch a hockey game, I can 100% confirm that this is among the best arenas I've ever been to! The crowd is electric, the arena can get packed (and loud!), the arena is super modern and provides fantastic viewing angles from pretty much every seat in the house, the infrastructure is great (short walk to the Caltrain and other public transit options in San Jose, walking distance from the downtown core), etc. All in all watching a game here was an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back.
Some tips: - clear bag policy is really annoying, but at least you can check your bag in for $5 (as of time of writing) and you get a little souvenir reusable transparent bag to use for the game and for future visits. Checking in a bag and getting it at the game was a surprisingly smooth process, actually. - honestly, you can get the cheapest seats in the arena and you'll still have a great experience. Seating is amazing from anywhere in the house - beers & food are, as usual, extremely expensive. I suggest eating at the wide variety of nearby restaurants beforehand.
Went to the Valentine's Day love Jam through kblx great old-school show Blackstreet was off the hook I would do it again a lot of people there showed up
Went to see Disney On Ice - plenty of affordable parking near by. Good size number of staff members which translate into shorter lines to get into the arena and at the concession stands
The whole building was very confusing I got lost seriously lost twice and again when trying to find the right parking lot. But good thing is they close the streets after the concert.
Our son is cameraman for Nitro Circus so we were able to witness what he did for a living! Yowza!!! The San Jose arena was a perfect setting for this high adrenaline action filled show!! Acoustics good. Clean. Well managed. Parking close by. I recommend parking lot for $20 rather than risk on near residential streets!
Great venue I come here to watch San Jose Sharks Game. Good food selections from a variety of food stalls and restaurants. I am also impressed at the parking staff and guide, because I the way out of the parking lot is smooth and very organized.
Staff, building, food and game were fantastic. What wasn't fantastic was paying for a premium ticket and having a bunch of obnoxious freshmen in 6 of the seats in front of me and to the right. Somehow they managed to get three rounds of beer, not to mention all the oodles of food they kept having to pass by my seat to get and bring back. Half of them were skinny women who probably weighed 100 lbs (THREE ROUNDS OF DRINKS!) The whole group got so drunk the guys were putting popcorn on their girlfriends heads giggling through the whole game and blocking the view. They used Uber as an excuse to get completely plastered... The two women to my left were not much more mature despite being at least 50yrs old. They were on their cellphones texting and using the internet for most of the game.
I would like to reiterate I had a great time - and I will come back - but this kind of behavior was absolutely not worth a $150 seat. Considering the gas, parking and souvenirs, you've got $300 out of my pocket and haven't used any manpower to eject people behaving poorly.
