of all the sports events I go to, getting to and from the SAP Center for a sharks game is by far the easiest. traffic moves in and our of there very efficiently.
check out Armadillo Willie's kiosk on the club level. sometimes they have a Brisket Chilli that is fantastic.
Is the San Jose arena. Sharks territory. Is huge, safe and fun to be there.
I've been there for a few events:. Hockey, Disney on Ice, Batman, and WWE. The staff is courteous and friendly. Just note the have a 'Clear Bag' Policy. Food and drinks are very pricey.
Great venue. It was definitely better than Sacramento's Golden one. We went for Bad Bunny's concert, the best I've attended.
It was great I loved it. Great atmosphere and great food.
Never been oh went once 2 see the sharks! I love to see it anybuddy? Let's go Come get me jsyjjxoxo
Came in to see Knights play against Sharks. I must say Shark Fans are better than King fans.
Every one of the SAP Center staff that we encountered was helpful and made sure that we had the best experience possible. Thanks, it was great!
Nice place, clean. Seats are very small and crampy compared to other arenas that I've been to and I'm only 5'1" and 110 lbs. They have a a lot of nice big screens to show close ups of the action!
Had such a great at the Disney on ice with the family. My only recommendation would be to have more of variety of food choices!
Hockey is such a fun sport to watch live!!! Ate at the arena and food was good and reasonably priced.
Saw Queen on 7/14 .. I've seen a lot of concerts in my time and lots of venues are so awful that a great show is overshadowed by the issues ..SAP center is NOT that way! Several parking options and all have several ways out of the area so no sitting in your car for an hour trying to leave (Shoreline amphitheatre anyone ? ) . We parked in the $25 lot right across from the center and were out in about 10 minutes. The other lots are I think $15 and just a little further down and seemed like they emptied out pretty quickly and easily as well as we drove by them. Now there were a ton of people in this center ,dancing , singing, sweating but SAP center had the most amazing AC system that kept the burst of cool air coming frequently enough to keep it really comfortable inside and not bitter cold or stifiling hot . We didn't eat but the food looked and smelled really good - probably priced at what you would expect from a venue like this but the portions did look fairly decent. We drove from about 3 hours north for this show and it was worth it - I would definitely pick a show at SAP center again .
Great venue for hockey; reasonable drink prices, solid variety of food options and large portions. Possibly too large. Management should consider more bite-sized items to reduce choking at the end of the season.
Go Bruins!
They had a policy that only clear bags could be brought in. This resulted in me taking a few of my purse items to put into my pockets. This means my phone was now in my back pocket, which isn't typical for me. Then I used the restroom and accidently left my phone in the stall. I quickly realized it but by then other ladies had been in the same stall. I went to the nearest customer info desk and someone had turned my phone in, it was there. Thank you to the kind lady who turned my phone over to the staff and thank you staff for helping me locate it.
Great concert but the acoustics were a little muddied.
Great for a couple concert or Sharks game. No bad seat. They need to get their wifi upgraded if they wish to have the recent app utilized efficiently
Great layout, friendly staff, wide variety of food and drink. Lots of restrooms. Great experience and great Hockey Game!
Really nice venue, easy to get around with great access to mass transit.
I loved this venue. We saw Justin Timberlake here and we had nosebleed section seats and they were amazing. I wouldn't have wanted to be closer. There was a almost private bathroom close to our seats, close to the private box rooms. There were plenty of food vendors. Parking was easy in and easy out. Really friendly ushers for this particular concert. Kept offering us closer better seats. I will gladly go back to this venue for more events.
Unfortunately it was my final time in San Jose went one last time cuz the place is awesome best place ever see a Sharks game. It was a bucket list item before I left
I was there working on the sharks playoff game set up.
Home of the Sharks, and many great memories.
Great seating, many different options for food, bathrooms are clearly marked and easy to see. I also have had great service from the staff here, any issues and they are there to help. I can't recommend this place enough, and not just for the great hockey from the Sharks and Barracuda.
First hockey game. Great venue..awesome atmosphere!
It's the Sharks so 5 Star by default. For how old it is, they have kept it up pretty well. I cant really think of a major complaint about the place, as far as stadiums are concerned. It's not a jaw dropping place, but it gets the job done.
Pretty nice stadium to see a hockey game or concert. When the upper deck is a fairly decent view. I have not gone to a concert there yet but I have attended two hockey games. The concessions are plentiful and not too far from the seats. If you are lucky can catch a flying puck from the ice. You should come down due a game when you get a chance. The workers are nice and parking is not bad at all. It is a very safe area and arena as well. Many police officers on hand and inside.
My Son and I had so much fun watching the Sharks play the ducks we won 4-1 everyone one there is so nice
Great, modern, spacious venue with good acoustics. Friendly staff, too.
An excellent venue nestled in downtown San Jose that hosts many great acts year after year, as well as being the home for the Sharks!
Go Sharks!!!
We love our hockey and it's close to home, we live in Willow Glen 10 minutes away.
Great venue, amazing show. I've seen a number of shows there and the sound and visuals are wonderful!
great venue. good food and beer selections, though you need to hunt around for the good stuff. very helpful staff.
I've played, worked, and I have been a spectator here. I love this place. Go Sabercats & Go Sharks
Known as the Shark Tank, but sometimes you see other shows there aswell.
Its good. People know how to work to keep everything clean and organized. Food is expensive. 2 pieces of Chicken breast $10, bottle water $6 (16oz.) Cut of beer $10. And if u want to taste it you have to buy at least one beer.
Had a great time at concert.
Refreshments a bit pricey.
Hey, it's a stadium.. you're there for the event. Unless you like paying $12 for a Bud Lite...
Saw a sharks game and Disney on ice it was really fun!
Good stadium, fun crown. Love that whole foods is right down the street to eat before a game. I go to watch the Avalanche play the Sharks. GO AVALANCHE!!
Every time I visit the SAP Center for Sharks, Barracuda or the NCAA---I marvel at the 5-star job by the ushers! They are always very friendly and do a fantastic job at directing people around the arena!
The home of the San Jose Sharks. Typical American food stands, lots of entertainment and show. Stadium infrastructure and seats are doxh already getting old at decent prices.
Relatively small arena. Nothing special. Food is average. Prices are ridiculous like any other place. Got to see the Toronto Maple Leafs beat the San Jose Sharks on San Jose's home use. Place was at least 1/3 Leafs fans. So that was a plus!
Amazing stadium. All big events in San Jose happens here.
Went got a Shark's game and had the opportunity to go on the ice with the boy scouts. Food is yummy. I suggest buying food from the vendors against the walls. The small ones. One sold a giant Chicago style hotdogs that were huge for $8.50. The main big vendors with several cashiers sold the small regular hotdogs for $9.00. Bathroom lines moved quick. Had a blast and the Sharks won!
Saw drake here along with many sharks games. Great!
I love everything about my order my wings were good a lil salty but the crunch was mmmm.
Really good stadium. Easy to arrive at it, maybe with a short walk. Bag check is needed, and the allowed size is really small, so prepare yourself in regard of that. Inside, a lot of different options of food and beverages, with a normal price considering it is inside the stadium. Also, a lot of bathrooms to be used. The entry lines move fast and in less than 10 minutes you are in. Enjoy the game!
