Free parking for Barracuda games. Great environment and with general admission you can sit pretty much anywhere. Fun for the kids.

Super stage, huge! And what a mood to watch Hockey, incomparable with what we have in France. Where any fan of hovkey has to go. NHL is something!

Too bad, however, that the shops are so small.

1st time watching the sharks. Seems like any seat is great pretty much! We had to be helped by a staff, she saw we were in difficulty and she ce over to help. Super nice and friendly!!

We had great fun watching the Sharks play (even though I'm a Leafs fan.) We thought it was funny how none of the staff knew what SAP stands for. We had a bunch of ushers all Googling the meaning and then finding us in the stands to tell us what it meant.

One of most convenient indoor arenas in valley area and bay area. For the games like Ice hockey, indoor soccer, basketball, this is perfect place to organize. Besides, prices at the food stalls and other shops are way much higher like a single nacho platter with cheese and salsa is for $12 !!! They cannot give any customer a plastic water bottle as per their weird rules..

Game 3 of the Western Conference Final was pretty awesome. Great intro and prepare celebration on video board. All seats have a decent view.

We attended a Sharks game and had a great time. There are a lot of good seats for reasonable prices. The food and drinks are expensive (which is to be expected at any arena), but I suggest you walk around some because not all beer stands are created equally!

To see the Sharks game. It is more interesting to see NHL locally. Tickets are cheaper than NBA.

Sharks games are always excellent, I've never had a bad time. This place gets LOUD!

Great Show !!!! But the venue SUCK no one have any idea of what is going on they charge us for parking they they said that the lot was full and didn't want to refund the money back !!!!

Great place to see a hockey game... if your local and haven't seen the Sharks play at least once, you have to go...

Plenty of parking lots, $15-25, the arena is well run, but expensive for food & drink, we went to nearby Growlers for beer & burgers

Really nice place! 5 star is because of food offerings and the show we came to enjoy, which was Comedy Legend Gabriel Iglesias! He gave us a very good extended show, thank you SAP Center for having Fluffy here for the People of the Bay Area. Seats should be a bit more Fluffy Friendly specially sine this side of the Bay hosts more XL guests.

Parking was easier than expected for a SJ Sharks game against Chicago. Lines were also moving very freely and the place looks very secure, clean, safe, and most of all fun. The suites were quite nice for functions and rest rooms are very clean and we'll maintained.

Great venue. My only issue is people in front, leaning forward, make it difficult to see.

Great venue, not a bad seat in the house. Right in the middle of the city with access to everything. Very attentive staff, great sound system and plenty of vending options.

I loved it... Will be going there again for more events.

Nice venue, not too big, but clean. The seats could've been staggered so that the person in front of you isn't blocking so much. Parking was confusing, signs pointed us to go around in a circle that lead somewhere, decided to head back to find parking and found one right in front of the main entrance for $25

Fun time. Not as cool as Pepsi Center, but a fun place to catch a game.

Great experience for a first visit. Great people very helpful. Good food.

An excellent venue. What events have I been here for? AFL and NHL. Well, the Arena Football League is gone, I must admit I miss that. We had a great team in San Jose. Fun, high scoring game. Much more fan friendly than the NFL, much more affordable than the NFL.

Go Sharks!!! Yes, I know, we had a tough year. We didn't make the playoffs. It wasn't just Martin Jones, a whole lot of guys were not ON their game. I do think we will do some kind of a trade for Martin Jones to get a solid goalie. Hopefully when next season starts, we will play well through out the whole long, grinding season.

A very efficiently run center. Even for small events. Class act.

The arena is super clean and modern and the sightlines are great.

We have experienced VIP seats with snacks and drinks .The place is huge and safe .My husband surprised us with ICE skating VIP tickets.

Nice enough venue for a concert but I try to avoid attending concerts or events here as much as possible if there is an alternative venue option. Accessibility, as far as seating options, is rather limited and far away from the action. Accessibility staff are mostly very friendly and helpful. Wonderful venue for concerts, safe, le flows quickly, organized. Great snacks and drinks as well.

Decent parking. Clean bathrooms. Better than expected acoustics. Centrally located, easily accessable from freeways.

Good food (and good price considering its a hockey arena), people complaining about too many people obviously don't know how sporting events work. Staff here are friendly and helpful. lets go sharks
