I really like going to the Tank. I've only been here for Sharks games so far but I like it. The concessions, though, could use some modifications. They've eliminated fountain sodas and only sell soda (or tea) in the 20oz plastic bottles ($6/bottle). This means less soda for more money and no souvenir cups. They have a good selection of beer on tap ($12/ 16 oz cup) & a good selection of food.

We were at a concert and loved the acoustic of the venue. While seated relatively far we could still see and enjoy everything. Parking is easy and while we left with everybody at the end, we were our in a flash.

The concessions are a bit pricy and for a concert the acoustics are not the best.

The Will Call/ Customer Service is awesome, especially when our online Tickey Master Ticket Print Outs had a problem scanning. On the North Side, we were assisted by Dalaney who reprinted us new tickets and asked us to wait for about 5 Minutes to try to scan them again.

Turned out the Scanners on the Northside were mis-scanning. We were requested to go to the Southside of SAP and so we did. We spoke to Joseph, who recanted and reactivated and FIXED our ticket bar scanning situation. BUT.... the lines, stretching halfway down the block, we were let in through the Handicap Zone to gain entrance inside and FINALLY able to scan our tickets to get to our seats. A BiG Thank You to Delaney from the Northside and then Joseph from the South side.

I went to the SAP Center at San Jose for a concert. Nice enough venue with relatively comfortable seating. My one complaint is that for a concert setup, concessions and band merch kiosks are across from each other in the main walkways inside the venue, making it very hard to walk around without having to dodge people or bump into them. Other than that, it was fine. Parking around the SAP Center was easy to find and leaving the area was well-organized and quick!

The Rihanna concert last night was disappointing on so many levels except one. The HP Pavilion staff was so great. Everyone we had contact with were friendly helpful.....I can't say enough. Two people on the floor talked with my 10 year old for a good 5 minutes answering all her questions. The opening act was incredibly vulgar and loud. One of the staff helped us find a nice spot to hang out till he got off stage. When we left (early) there was one lady (I think it was Marie?) in particular at the exit door. She saw how tired my youngest was and was just so sweet with her. I didn't expect to see this quality of interpersonal care.Really how many people must they deal with in a night! Thank you ( all) for ending a bad night on such a positive note! I wish I could remember everyone's name to thank you personally.

The seats, even in the last few rows, had great sight lines and didn't seem too far away from the action. The concourse was crowded with long bathroom line-ups between periods. It seems well maintained and is holding up well for a 25 year old building - the fifth oldest arena in the NHL.

I'm not sure what rating a place like this even means. If you're going to come here for an event, this review isn't going to change that.

That said, I recently came for a concert and the staff were laughably out of sync with one another. It got to the point where I essentially expected any direction I was given to be reversed within minutes, and it usually was.

Came for the $1 beer day. Unfortunately it was only for bud light. SAP Center at San Jose were 2$, they were okay. We also had the turkey and corn beef sandwiches, they were amazing! We had strong liquor drinks... they really know how to make them strong. Overall I had a great experience for my first time.

This is The Shark Tank!! As with any sporting arena, getting through security is a line. But it is so much better than the Oakland Coliseum. The place is clean, the restrooms are well kept! For the most part, it is pretty easy to get to. Pricing for food of course is just as outrageous as any other stadium. But it is within walking distance of downtown San Jose. So if you want to eat at downtown first and Uber or walk to the Shark Tank, it will work!

This is a wonderful venue to take in a hockey game. I've been here twice now and have sat in different spots, and can honestly say, there doesn't appear too be a bad seat in the house. Picture's are from 202 row 15.

Went to see a hockey game here in support of the visiting team. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even had a guy outside instructing you how to get on the Wi-Fi. Facility looks new and not run down; however, I didn't get a chance to sample the concessions nor visit the restrooms.

Stanley Cup Playoffs,. Seats in the first row, directly behind the visitors bench, Center Ice. Admittance to the BMW Lounge/Chairman's Club. Food and drink on the house. No better way to enjoy Sharks Wins... A 5.5 star experience.
